Arpi's is my care Specialist for my Furnace & Hot Water Tank. I am VIP customer (gives me some perks including fast service in an emergency).
And I had an emergency with a broken water pipe and they came out first thing the next morning, diagnosed the problem by cutting a hole in the wall, and as soon as a plan was set up by Insurance, they came and repaired the pipe. They were just at my house to do the maintenance check on my furnace.
They are always pleasant & helpful with any questions that I might have & keep my equipment in good condition so I don't have any surprises in winter.

Arpi's has done a fantastic job on our new heat pump. We had it installed as part of the Greener Homes Grant federal program, which meant there were far more hoops to jump through to get it approved for the grant. Craig in the quoting department put in a TON of legwork to make sure it would qualify. He was incredibly meticulous. When it came time for the installation, William also had impressive attention to detail and put in a very long day making sure it was set up properly. My only gripe was our utility room was left with some construction mess that I had to clean up afterwards and some of our ceiling tiles were wrecked in the process and not replaced. But overall, an amazing experience. I would certainly recommend Arpi's.

Arpi’s did a fantastic job on my mini split AC install in my apartment.
Project management: the project manager was responsive to my questions, came back with several different quotes when I was asking about different possible features, and was responsive to provide additional documentation required by my condo board before I could get approval for the install.
HVAC Installers: The HVAC installers put down drop cloths to ensure nothing was damaged, and did a very clean install of the head in my living room. The refrigerant lines, exhaust pipe, and electrical conduit were routed cleanly and unobtrusively around my balcony, mostly hidden under the door jambs where possible. The foreman explained operation and maintenance of the unit at the end of the install, and made sure that everything was sufficiently explained to me.
Electrical: the electrical subcontractors were responsive to my asks, including moving the proposed location of the conduit from the kitchen and living room (where it would be very visible to guests) to having it run through the laundry room, bathroom, and closet instead. I’m sure this made the job more difficult, but it made the overall install much cleaner and less obtrusive.

Overall, I can’t recommend Arpi’s enough. I’d absolutely go to them in the future for any maintenance and any future HVAC installs.

Thank you for the great work installing a high-efficiency furnace by our crew Mike, Elliot, and Andy. They were very efficient and skillful with the job. Every effort was made to ensure that our new furnace and existing ductwork was properly retrofitted to meet code. These guys really know what they are doing! Also, a big thanks for the easy to understand explanations on how the new furnace and thermostat worked once everything was completed. A shoutout goes to Jeremy for making sure our old furnace ran until the recent install date. Difficult to book appointment, booked wrong time for appointment and had wrong phone number, email address etc. Receptionist did a great job and they came back about one hour later, but still had to call four more times to get name, address, phone number right.
Paid extra for immediate service, told that parts were not in but would be in next week. Told next that parts were delayed due to highway 1 washouts. Called another company 2weeks later, all parts for furnace come from houston texas and could be here in 3 days Direct from manufacturer. No response from Arpis. It has been three weeks, and they said it was simply not available.
Basically, I got swindled. Unfortunate - the person who finally showed up was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I recommend not getting the add on service as they obviously have no interest in completing the repairs. Who doesn't have an ignitor for a five year old brand name furnace manufactured in north america? Who doesn't call the manufacturer, Goodman and get the parts here? What is wrong with this company?
Very very disappointed and they have been very unhelpful and seem not to care about, well, anything.
Edit: Arpis did in fact refund me for the service that I never received from them (express service) and did not want my furnace filters back which I offered. I appreciate that the manager did try to make things right but the entire weeks waiting for parts that were on the shelf was not worth it to me. I do hope that the people in the office do a better job of managing parts, particularly parts that are critical to a furnace working and are on the shelf in Houston Texas. And it was also an ignitor which was badly worn not just a pressure switch, without it your furnace is dead.
Three days vs three weeks and no communication? I'll go with the competition. There are lots that do this kind of work. I hope that your experience is much better than mine, as Arpis came highly recommended.

We had our regular furnace maintenance in Oct but in Nov the house seemed not to heat up properly. So called Arpi's and Debbie from the office was very kind, supportive, really heard me out and was looking for available appointments - the first of which was around end of Dec! So she put me on hold since she wanted to figure out another way to help us out, talked to dispatch and made sure that there was a technician coming over the same day to look at the furnace! Vanessa, the technician who came over was very professional, thorough, checked everything, explained what the issue was and what she fixed. We have been using Arpi's for the last few years for regular maintenance but this was the first time interacting for an issue and both Debbie and Vanessa really did a fabulous job! Recommend team Arpi's without any hesitation for their excellent customer service, troubleshooting, honesty, creatively trying to solve the issue as quickly as possible and professionalism.

Our home furnace needed an emergency replacement. Kent, our maintenance technician, communicated with his team and we were able to replace our furnace within 24 hours. Kevin, the project manager, took the time out of his evening for a thorough inspection and organized the technician team to arrive the following morning. Branden and Reggie, the technicians, did a flawless installation of a new furnace for our home. Branden was extremely attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns throughout the entire process. Everyone was so hard-working, professional, and kind. We could not have asked for a better team, thank you so much Arpi's Industries.

Robert was my service technician on site today. Explained how my heating systems were operating: everything checked out as satisfactory for the home unit, and my small gas unit in the garage. Robert also helped me get on to a maintenance plan that better meets my needs going forward, and that is more cost effective. Overall, Robert Natalie displayed a high degree of professionalism and knowledge while maintaining my heating equipment. I would definitely welcome him again into my home.

When we scheduled our furnace maintenance this year, we requested Habte as the technician. Habte had done the furnace maintenance three years ago and we were very pleased with the work he did then. We had the misfortune of having to replace two furnaces and a water heater in less than 30 days. The service technicians (Miles/Robert) were wonderful at explaining the reasons for their recommendations. All valid. Installation of furnace in the first case was within a few days. The second a bit longer waiting for the appropriate crew for a more challenging installation.

We had Adi Garibovic from Arpi's come over for our yearly furnace & HVAC maintenance. He did the scheduled maintenance and also cleaned up our humidifier, once we asked him to check that out.
He very patiently and generously took the time to explain how all the systems worked together, how and why some of our settings were not optimal, what settings we should have for different times of the year, what would be the impacts of the settings and their associated energy costs. He also double-checked the furnace induction motor which we had been told might need to be changed, tested and confirmed that it does not need replacing. The induction motor is a considerable cost that he honestly told us does not need to be replaced as of now! This is the first time we now have a much better understanding of all the systems and how they should work optimally because of Adi! He was so enthusiastic and genuinely cared about giving all the right info and did a FANTASTIC job!
It's always such a joy and relief to find someone genuine, honest and really good at their work! Absolutely whole-heartedly recommend Arpi's and Adi.

I called about a furnace issue at 8: 15am this morning and less than 2 1/2 hours later I have a new motor in my furnace. Exceptional service as always!

AC installation on mid-efficient furnace in very small space with unique challenges for existing duct. Other company could not even quote, as they said coil was not possible. Arpi's not only had the solution, but they were better price than we expected and did an amazing job. We are thrilled and so happy we called them.

On Arpi's website, a customer said "We called Arpi’s in the morning and had the technician arrive before lunch that day. " I had no luck with that. My furnace was installed by Arpi's initially, it stopped working yesterday, so I called Arpi's for an urgent repair, but was told that the earliest available date was 3 weeks later on November 3. I just couldn't believe it.

The installation team arrived early and called to ask if ok to start.
They we're very professional and took care to keep all of our house inside and out clean and tide as they installed our new AC.
Also took the time to go over all aspects of having an AC from seasonal shut down to care of unit. Both installers so very professional. Thank you

I recently purchased my property and was looking to replace the hot water tank and furnace, as well as have A/C installed. Had four different companies come out and provide quotes. Arpis was about par with everybody else in cost, but stood out in their professional and knowledge. While getting my quote they answered all my questions honestly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They provided multiple quotes on various solutions, and recorded all the dimensions of my space and how they would do custom duct work for the new furnace. When they came out and completed the work they were timely, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. The job was a bit more difficult then anticipated due to some quirks of the property, but that didn’t phase them and they put in the extra work to do the job right. Next time I need HVAC work or replace my furnace I’ll be using Arpis.

I had texted Arpi in the evening around 10pm and wasn’t really expecting a response, but had a text the next morning from them that they could be there within the hour.

Robert was very professional and friendly and explained things while he was working, which I found helpful being that I did not know a whole lot about furnaces and had questions.

He fixed the problem and then was able to do a tune up/ maintenance on the furnace. (Which we should have done in the first place but being we’re newbies to home ownership we had no clue, we just swapped filters out and called it a day. Oops.)

Overall great experience and will definitely use Arpi again.

I have called for emergency service on the long weekend. The call answering service was terrible, the agent told me to call back on the next business day (3 days later). I insisted

When the tech called me back, I was told that there was 7 calls in front of me.

We have had no heat for four days, the office called me "the next business day" Tuesday Oct 12. I was told that the next available appointment was Nov 19th, 2021. So I will have to live without heat for 39 days. Sorry guys that doesn't work for my family. Due to this, I had to find another HVAC company, who in the same day, obtained the new circuit board from Trane and will have it installed the same day.

Really disappointed with the lack of response and the lack luster response for getting heat back into my home. Will not call again.

I was really impressed with my recent HVAC annual maintenance with ARPI’s. Definitely want to give a shout out to Adi. He was great to deal with, very professional and did excellent work. I wasn’t even aware that one of my furnaces wasn’t operating as efficiently as it should have. During the routine maintenance he identified a faulty circuit board and repaired it immediately and to my surprise was able to do it all under warranty same day, avoiding a second visit and no additional cost. In addition he installed a new wifi thermostat, solving my lack of a common wire problem. Definitely pays to get the professionals in to do a job. Highly recommend.

Arpi, s did a great job for us. They were on time, worked efficiently and completed everything on time, or even a little early. They also did an excellent job of clean up after the installation work was completed. We are very satisfied with the work and would recommend Arpi, s to others.

We were happy with the installation of our new furnace, tankless water heater and A/C but trying to book them for maintenance has been impossible. We were told we needed to get annual A/C maintenance done in the Fall to keep the warranty and when we called end of August the lady said “sorry we don’t do A/C maintenance past September 15th due to cold weather and we’re booked up until April for installations”. I get Calgary can have random early snow storms but theres reasonable weather before Halloween. I inquired about a water softener and asked if someone could connect with me and discuss the A/C further because there should be a reasonable expectation of 2 months to conduct a maintenance appointment. They assured me someone would call with a quote for the softener and to discuss an appointment. A week went by and I didn’t hear anything. I called back and was reassured someone would contact me right away. It’s now the end of that week and no one called me. I feel frustrated that we spent around 20k this year and can’t even get a phone call. I guess they’re too busy trying to get new customers with install vs.maintaining existing clients with maintenance.

All was good, but Terry and Ross left the wrong A/C fuse marked for one of the A/C units. Took me one hour to one hour and a half to figure it out in my PJs at 11pm last night!
It was the last thing they did before departing after i paid. Very sad that that was the tiny error on their visit.
Otherwise their installation went perfectly!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible company. Incompetent work. Failure when still under warranty but unable to fix it as they are busy and have no emergency, weekend service. No service personnel available for 6 days. Just live without water for 6+ days. What a joke. Another reputable company was able to send someone and fix their shotty work within the hour. Do not use Arpi's!

In response to your reply.called you at noon. Unfortunately you can't pick the time of a failure. No emergency service was offered. When I asked about the 24/7 service that you advertise on your website, I was told that there was no after hours/emergency service. This option was never offered to me. The only option offered to me was wait for 6 days. Maybe your operators need training.

Kirk provided excellent guidance to determine our needs and expedited the job in a vrery professional manner.
Jeff and Arlan were very proficient with the install. They are definitely efficient tradesmen. The job was well done quickly and the area was left clean.

Arpi's was great from beginning to end, from the estimate to the install completion we cannot say enough regarding how positive our experience was. Other competitors estimates had the installers leaving holes in our walls or ceiling, which they would charge for (huh?), but with Arpi's, absolutely no holes; when they left we would have never known they were there except for the wonderful cool air our home now has. They took good care in explaining how everything works, how to winterize and even took the time to explain how the digital thermostat works, which was greatly appreciated. We absolutely recommend Arpi's!

It was Mike and Rob who installed my AC. Both men knew exactly what they were doing (of course)! They came as scheduled, very professional with their wonderful and happy personalities.

I can not believe how they make things work. Due to the design of my house, they run wires and pipes from the furnace to the outside of the house where the unit was sitting. I thought that it will look ugly but Mike and Rob did everything to make it look clean and nice.

Arpi's did the annual maintenance of my furnace. They installed the furnace in March 2020. It's running beautifully. The technician, Leroy, was polite and efficient. He did a thorough inspection and showed me how to change the filter. Arpi's is an excellent company. I highly recommend these guys!

We had all the Poly-B plumbing removed from the house and replaced with Pex, they performed high quality work and cleaned up the mess of the old plumbing lines. Nice and friendly, on time and always listening to any questions or concerns I had. I was very impressed and happy with the time line for the work! No surprises as the original quotation was done thoroughly. Installers were excellent, tidy and very professional.

Called Arpis this morning, spoke to dispatch and they sent someone out within 2 hours. Upon James Conor’s arrival he let me know he was gonna check out my furnace and proceeded to tell me the issue. He advised he could get the part asap and have it fixed by end of day. I gave him the go ahead and 5 hours later we where up and running. Gotta say was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of work. I hope I don’t need them again but if I did these guys are the first company I’d call and definitely ask for James.

Yesterday I contacted Liz at Residential Service Dept Calgary about potential repair of my 36 yr old furnace mounted Lennox Humidifier. As you might expect I was concerned about both the repairability & availability of related replacement parts. I provided Liz with pictures of my humidifier and likely repair parts I had researched on the Internet. She then coordinated with both technicians to verify the repair was feasible, and with their Parts Dept to ensure materials were in stock. She then contacted me 2 hrs later with a competitive estimate & scheduled an appointment for me the following day. Today the experienced technician Leon arrived on time as scheduled & performed the repair very quickly. In addition he also inspected the gas supply line to my furnace to ensure safe. He then departed leaving my residence as clean as when he arrived. I would not hesitate to use Arpis again, and would certainly recommend them to others based on my successful experience with them today. Thanks again to Liz & Leon for resolving my problem in a very professional & timely manner.

A few weeks ago I requested Arpi"s perform a Preventative Maintenance check on the furnace they had installed in 2015.
They booked an appointment for January 11th.and sent me a reminder email on January 10th.saying the tech would be at our house between
10 and 12 on the 11th and the tech (Robert) arrived at 10: 20.
The interior and exterior checks were all performed within an hour with one faulty furnace part being replaced under warranty. The area around the furnace was left neat and tidy and before he left, Rob demonstrated a water leak detector that can be positioned on the floor by the water heater or washing machine and emits a loud beep if it senses water flowing across the floor; we purchased the detector.

Always very happy with Arpi's service and will continue to deal with them
for preventative maintenance checks any emergency furnace repairs that may be required in the future.

So I very rarely write a review, but this time I was so impressed I thought I’m going to write a review. My hot water tank broke down and I called several places, decided to go Arpis and I must say this is the best service I’ve ever had from the plumber, and I had a few. The plumber that came out his name is Darryl Was absolutely amazing went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working properly told us how to clean the hot water tank, I will only use arpis for all of my Plumbing needs. Thank you again Darryl.

My furnace acted up (and down) for several days, leading me to call Arpi's after two heatless days.
Robert was the technician who came out, and he was very thorough starting with the thermostat before inspecting the furnace, which he noted was acting strangely. I have an unique furnace unit because of the condo I live in; it is a commercial unit located outdoors. Dealing with the cold and the fading light of a winter afternoon, Robert ran multiple tests and provided a detailed analysis of the results as well as getting it running and helping change the filters. He made sure the unit was heating after his initial work, as well as after we cycled the thermostat off and on. He was also transparent throughout-his testing found nothing-but the unit went from not operating to providing heat (in my opinion) thanks to his diligence and checking various components for intermittent failures. Thanks Robert.

Bought top of the line Lennox furnace 11.5 years ago. Maintained annually by Arpis. Nonetheless, furnace needs replacement 1.5 yrs after warranty expires in spite of expensive maintenance. As a result I have spent over $12000.00 in 11.5 years for furnaces. Why pay for maintenance on top of line furnace if the unit expires anyway?

According to industry standard we should expect 15 to 20 years on a Lennox furnace!

I arranged to have a service and maintenance inspection by ARPI’S industries on my 25 year old Laars boiler. After very courteous service from the office, Jason Paul was dispatched to do the work. He performed a thorough inspection and service of the boiler explaining step by step what he was doing. Very knowledgeable.
ARPI’S have specialists in boilers so be careful not to let any plumber work on your boiler!

Arpi’s recently replaced our furnace and hot water tank, and installed a humidifier. The service was excellent! John McLaughlin and William did the installation for us on a Saturday. They arrived before 8 am and worked straight through until after 6 pm without any breaks. They took exceptional care of our home and covered almost our entire basement and stairs with blankets to protect everything. They kept us apprised of their status regularly and consulted with us throughout the day. They easily answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to work with. Super friendly! They gave us a run through of everything at the end and helped us install the various apps and program everything to our liking. They were excellent! Arpi’s supplied and installed our high efficiency Lennox furnace and accessories in 2009 and has since provided our annual maintenance service. Dave P.was our certified technician for 5 years and knew our furnace inside and out and when he left Arpi’s in 2017, we were disappointed and uncertain of who might be assigned next to maintain our furnace. Well, Vanessa Lam is our expert craftsman. The past two years, unfortunately occasional breakdowns were inevitable, but due to Vanessa's timely and knowing care of our furnace, she has indeed ensured our furnace performs optimally. We hope to have her for the life of our furnace.

David and William did a wonderful job at installing our two stage Goodman furnace really good trades man work, than you for calling to ask how the furnace works.

We were super impressed with overall experience of getting our hot water tank replaced by Arpi's, specially by Sam's work and service.

Kevin provided initial estimate to have 40 gallon tank replaced with 50 gallon. We really appreciated that he was able to arrange installation for next day, even though when I called Arpi's office they didn't have anything available till next week.

Sam showed up right on time and he was awesome! It was a pleasure to deal with him. Sam is genuine, polite and caring. I have never had any service provider who actually cared as much as Sam. When he arrived he explained exactly what he will be doing. Once installation was complete, he explained regular check-ups, warranties and maintenance procedures I should do in future. One of the isolating valve had a small leak, instead of selling me a new valve he showed me how to tighten valve stem to stop the leak. He even called me later in the day to ensure that water temperature was appropriate and if I had any additional questions.

I recently had to call Arpi's about the pilot light on my water tank. I had tried to relight the pilot myself but as it turned out I wasn't doing it correctly.
From the time I called the office to the time Sam showed up at my house was less than 3 hours. Sam was extremely professional, showed me the step of holding the pilot light down for 10-20 seconds to purge the system, and relit the tank immediately. He is a very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly plumber who made sure I was happy, which I am!
I am very pleased with the service from Arpi's and would recommend then to anyone!

I've had 2 dealings with ARPI employees, Jeff Johnson and Seth (sorry I can't recall his last name). Both times were super awesome experiences. They were very helpful both in person and over the phone, punctual, polite, and not only fixed our heating issues, but explained it in a way that I could understand. Overall so happy with our experience with ARPI's and these two stellar employees in particular. It's so nice to know that if an issue comes up again, we can reliably give ARPI's a call to help us out. Have definitely recommended to friends. Keep up the great work Jeff and Seth!

Great experience. Kirk came to my house, quickly assessed my needs, and provided options in a clear manner. He set me up with portable heaters until the furnace install. Competitive pricing versus a couple other quotes I got. Kirk listened to my priorities balanced against my desired spend level, versus just trying to upsell me.

For the install, Jason and Matthew were skilled and professional. They were running just a few minutes late from a previous job, but called to update me. They worked around a couple challenges with my house/current set up. Then walked me through the work done. Good guys and care about their work and their customers!

I have been troubled by my furnace since I purchased my home. Previous owners having done some work and mickey moused things here and there. Finally able to afford to get it looked at and upgrade to the smart thermostats. After Rob came out and assessed things, their tech Vanessa came and worked on it. Things were a bit more troublesome than initially thought but Vanessa explained what her process was, what her plan was, what she was finding and what she was doing. She was amazing! Didn't try to up sell anything, didn't take shortcuts. Charged me for not only what they estimated but less as she wasn't able to do all the work and the fix will ultimately need some different parts/work. In the meantime she got the system up and running! I have never had such a great experience. Not treated like a dummy or irrelevant. Highly recommend her and Arpi's this time!

I recently had services done to my home all service advisors and services were well done, they explained and discussed the service advantages and benefits. Darryl, Chris Duct Cleaner, Rob and his partner for Furnace Tuned up were very nice, polite and professional. Specially Darryl who did some work for my other home for Hot Water Tank installation, did a superb job. I really like Darryl and his attitude, he goes an extra mile to explain and educate how to maintain Hot Water Tank to prevent leakage and malfunction. Good Job guys.
