Sales person and staff super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time buying a trailer and was really glad I took the trip to Carstairs from Calgary. I didn't feel pressured and feel like everyone went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. I love my new trailer, it's exactly what I was looking for and feel I got a great deal. Thank you every one at ArrKann Carstairs for making this experience awesome.

We had shopped at Arrkann in the past and Oliver in sales followed up with us this year on a trailer he thought we would like. We went and looked and fell in love with it. Alain and the whole team were excellent to deal with. Kind, courteous, and easy to deal with. I would absolutely recommend Arrkann in Carstairs to everyone!

Alain, travis and the rest of the team were beyond amazing! They made everything so easy and provided us with all the information we needed and never hesitated on any questions we had. We came from strathmore and I definitely come here anytime I need any repairs or do decide to get a newer trailer. Great job guys!

Buying experience was great. We came in and dealt with Travis in regards to a used travel trailer. It was an easy process knowing that was the one that fit all our needs. Buying process was simple and the mechanic was super helpful going through the trailer demo. Only negative I have is we took it on a trip a week later and the water pump was leaking and we couldn’t use it the entire trip. Spoke with Travis to see if there was anything they could help with once home, it’s been almost 2 weeks and haven’t heard back. Ordered the part myself and will be installing it at home. Not a huge deal just wish the post purchase experience was a bit better as this should have been noticed during there inspection.

This was probably the easiest, major purchase, we have ever made. There was no sales pressure, they listened to our needs, and at no point did we ever feel like we were just another sale. The service here has been above and beyond what we could have expected. 10/10 will shop with them again!

Arrkann in Carstairs was beyond fantastic to our family. Everyone made our family’s experience so wonderful, answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. HUGE thank you to Alain Dupuis - so grateful for him throughout the whole process. We cannot WAIT for spring to enjoy our new trailer!

We were NOT impressed with their service at all. We had asked to have some servicing done on our tent trailer and specifically the lift system. For $295 we received a list of recommended services but the lift system was not on it.
We selected 2 items for servicing from the list and asked for a quote but received no quote and instead were informed that the service had been performed.
Upon returning home to Calgary we opened the tent trailer which now squeals like a stuck pig when raising the tent. It never did this before "servicing" at ArrKann.
Furthermore we found that the lug nuts on one of the wheels had only been hand tightened (after their inspection of the brakes). This could have led to much damage and a a serious accident if the wheel had come off during travel.
This company will never get our business again and we will let it be known what poor service was rendered.

My husband and I had a great experience with ArrKann. Alain and Trevor were a pleasure to work with. We like to support local and well worth the travel time wherever you live to go see them. Plus we got a great unit!

Travis Weaver the internet manager, and Alain Dupuis the finance manager were both great to deal with. I chose to drive the 10hrs one way from B. C.to pick up my new unit oppose to getting it delivered just so I could put a face to the voice over the phone and meet the guys. Would (and will) definitely be recommending these guys.

This was our first trailer and from attending the show in NW Calgary in February to delivery and waving us off the lot in May we couldn’t be happier. Staff has been friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. It’s a quick drive out to Carstairs but well worth it!

My wife and I recently traded our 24 foot trailer in on a 37' 5th wheel at Arrkann RV in Carstairs. We met with Bill from sales and once we saw the trailer we new it was the one for us, but there was no pressure from a sales point to make a deal right away. We did however start the process during the first visit so we wouldn't loose the trailer to someone else. Our trade in was back home in storage, 3 hours away, so I sent pictures and the model etc and we came to an agreement on a trade-in value basically sight unseen. I was really leary that once I got there to close the deal I might get lowballed or "issues" might be found with my trade in that would drive the price down. This was not a vibe Arrkann put out at all but rather a memory of what happened during out last trade in with another well known RV dealer. The day of the purchase I dropped my trade off and took off for a couple hours. When I returned I did the walk thru on the new trailer, did the paperwork, again almost expecting the numbers to change which they didn't, and got hooked up and on my way. The whole experience was outstanding from a customer point of view. Everyone I dealt with from Bill in sales, Alaine in finance, Wayne who did my walk thru and Melissa who helped me in the parts department were professional and friendly and made me feel like family not just another customer. I highly recommend Arrkann RV if your on the hunt for a new or used RV.

We purchased a used trailer from Carstairs Arrkann, coming
from out of province. The trailer was immaculate and exactly as represented. As professional as the sales transaction was and deserving of five stars, the most amazing part was the after sales support.

When picking up the trailer we discovered some electrical issues - but the team did everything they could to make it work for us Jordan, Bill & Alain went above & beyond to solve our problems. We cannot recommend a better dealership, these guys were amazing!

We purchased a used trailer from Arkann RV Carstiars and they were amazing to deal with and I recommend anyone in the market for a new
or used trailer to check them out. We had an easy process during the purchase of our new (used) trailer and with trading in our old trailer. There were a couple things on the trailer we noticed that were broken from use and they had them fixed before we came to pick up! The whole team at this location went above and beyond answering all our questions, we were very impressed. They are great to deal with!

Purchased our latest RV at Carstairs Aarkann and process was seem less. Absolutely no issues from the start to finish. They had the model we were looking for in stock, prepared it the way we wanted keeping us in the loop every step. They even delivered it out to our campground for us. Smaller town dealerships are the best!

Our experience trading in our trailer for a bigger one was fantastic. Bill and Alain and all the service staff were awesome to deal with. We were able to do 95% of the deal over text and email and that was perfect considering I live 45 mins away from their lot. They also had their tech help me set up my dual batteries and adjust my hitch on pickup day! I've only had the new unit out 1 night but it is awesome and I look forward to the next trip and all the ones after! Thanks for all the help guys!

The guys at ArrKann are top notch. My wife and I and our daughter drove down from Edmonton dealing with Travis on purchasing a 32 ft bunkhouse trailer and were helped in the financing department by Alain to get everything set up and on the go had the insurance on the trailer and everything lined up to drive back down the following weekend to pick it up. Unbenounced to ourselves we had been in the hunt for a purchasing a new house and was told our backup offer was declined due the house we wanted being sold. The potential buyer backed out and our offer was accepted. We had a somewhat tough decision to make buy the house or the trailer. We went for the house and had to pull the deal off the table. Alain and Travis were quick to help us get our deposit back here in Edmonton and understood our position we were now in. We didn't end up with a new to us trailer for our young growing family but we did end up knowing when the time comes where we will be purchasing our first trailer. Even though they cheer on the Flames I will always bring some E-Town flavor back to the boys down south when we return. Thanks again for everything.cheers and keep on doing what your doing.

This is the second RV we purchase with Arrkann Carstairs.

The first time was absolutely amazing. The sales team was great and the services department even better. As all new RVs, there were some expected adjustment required and Arrkann RV went above and beyond to accomplish these, even accommodating our crazy schedule (we didnt want to miss a day of camping). I honestly had nothing bad to say, and our experience was great, so when we decided to upgrade, why would we go anywhere else?

I am so glad we went back. Our second time was even better. Everything from looking at our needs, even letting us stay after hours to chat, the trade in of our previous unit, and delivery of the new RV went beyond expectations. Trade in price was better than other places we looked at and they stuck to this price until the end, no bad surprises. (Of course we were honest with the state of our unit). The sales and finance person, Bill and Alain, went way past their call of duty to accommodate us. Communication was great and honest, and in the end, the final numbers were better than stated at the start. We felt no pressure, just honest discussions to ensure we were getting what we wanted and what we needed.

The service and delivery person were also amazing. Patient and professional!

I would recommend this place 100%, and I have complete faith that we will receive a great service each time we need them!

We purchased our 2018 Bullet, 28ft bumper-pull in the fall of 2018 from ArrKann RV Carstairs and have been overwhelmed with the kindness and support they have shown us throughout our first couple of summers living the RV life. We recently purchased a new trailer from these guys. I have never had a better trailer buying experience.

We where treated with complete care and attention to detail. They kept me up to date on every step. Had our trade in and purchase done and running in the shortest amount of time I have ever seen.

My least favourite thing to do is look at trailers and deal with any kind of sale shenanigans but I wouldn’t hesitate buying another trailer just to deal with the team at Arrkann again. I can tell you with personal experience of buying multiple trailers from multiple dealers that any other RV dealers have ALOT to learn from these guys!

This being said. We haven’t needed any service yet but I’m sure when that time comes we will still be treated like family.

Best decision I made looking at trailers is taking the drive up to see these guys.

The girls in the parts and service department are awesome to deal with. Super friendly and always keep me informed. The techs in the shop do awesome work and are willing to answer questions on any work they have done on my RV. Go here and you'll be treated like family!

I recently tried to return a RV extension cord that one of the parts salespersons recommended. The cord was packaged in such a way you could not see the male/female connections. We never used the cord, which was in pristine condition and accompanied with a receipt, because it was designed for newer style RV's. The female end would not attach to our '04 Travelaire. The parts manager said that it was company policy to never allow a return of electronic equipment. I could understand that if it was an electrical panel or something of that nature but an extension cord! Now I have a $145 cord which I will have to butcher and replace the female end with a proper fitting! Will never be back!
