We bought a brand new travel trailer, bullet keystone 2022 211 BHS. The bath tub and the led strips got a problem we drop off the RV at location west Edmonton Arrkann from August untill now November 27 2023, they still did not fix yet.

These people are not qualified to work on anything electrical. They didn't fix the issue twice and are trying to rip off my father in law. A senior citizen. Worthless liars and unqualified con men.

We recently bought a 5th wheel trailer from Arrkann RV. Super impressed with our salesman Wayne. He was very helpful showing us all these different units until we found the right one for us.
Neil was fantastic to deal with as well, he was fair to negotiate. We can not say enough about Arrkann RV, we had a few hiccups with our unit after a trip with it and they stood behind it and helped us out! Even though it was a used unit.

So disappointed with ArrKann. We bought a Viking brand new in 2021. Every year since then we have had it in the shop for repairs. They are telling us it is off warrenty although we paid a good deal for 5 year warranty. They wanted to charge us for the furnace motor not being mounted properly, and water leaks, broke fittings the.toilet, and shower leaking water pump not properly fastened down. We have to argue costs every time. I am so disappointed

This is the second trailer we have bought from ArrKan East, Daughter and so in-law also bought. Trying to get to talk to someone is a challenge have been calling since tuesday.and get voice mail every time, that says someone will call back but no one does. We are way out in the country and have a challenge and need one answers, then you get thru on your 3rd day of trying and the answer they give you at parts is like they are shooting off the hip answer. Knowledge is just not there, and they refuse to put on a service tech or shop forman whom would Know the answer in a blink. Its like OH! We can not give any free info, they keep saying if you bring it in we can look at it, once again you explain your about 400 klm from them out in the bush. No one in this family will be dealing with them, they have gotten so bad in this regard. PS: They are nicey nicey when your looking to upgrade or buy another. Nothing is a problem then.

Worst rv dealer to do business with. They sell Dutchman, which is the worst dealer on the market right now. Arrkann is great at shifting the blame for issues with their products. Go to Woody's they will make you happy

We purchased a motorhome from Arrkann last year. We were invited to their VIP camp out this year. These people really do care about their customers and treat you like family. I highly recommend purchasing your next rv at Arrkann!

We recently purchased a new fifth wheel from the Edmonton West location. Our salesman Ryan was friendly and easy to work with. Neil was good too. We did have some issues which we noticed after we purchased our trailer, but Cliff (General Sales Manager) went above and beyond to address our concerns. His customer service skills are top notch. We were also impressed with the knowledge of the service tech who worked on our unit and, as well, found the service manager to be considerate and attentive to our concerns. Thanks to everyone who helped us! We have dealt with ArrKann many times over the years. The customer service is what keeps bringing us back.

Met the lovely carol arrkann at the costco tire center a few times.you will know its her because shes the one who buds everyone in line and says that she was a vehicle to pick up.i guess paying an invoice puts you ahead of someone buying a battery.good thing the staff catches on.i guess her tiny handbag must get heavy needs a place to put in like the front line on a counter. Here at arkann rv were bud lines and think that you should too.

Chantel in Acheson at ArrKann Trailer provided wonderful experience finding what we were looking for. She is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to make the search and purchase process comfortable. The level of customer service is fantastic!

While the purchase with Chantel was a good experience, we are not pleased with the quality of our trailer and the workmanship and communication from ArrKann. They talk really good business t don’t follow through. Every thing had to be checked for quality repair and stuff doesn’t get done even with their system of recording details. Very disappointed.
I must say after expressing my disappointment and getting a follow up call and personal quality control person Geneva. Calls are more pleasant. Now to wait and find out if they get it right this time.

After having our trailer stolen last year and the previously dealer being less than helpful, we’ve had a terrific experience dealing with Aarkann and Cassandra. From the salesperson, receptionist, technicians and floor staff I can’t say enough good things! We’ve just purchased our new trailer and did our walk through today and my family is so excited. Thank you so much Cassandra for all your help!

Purchased a new unit from Camper Cass at Arrkann Trailer. She was really helpful, informative, fun and interesting to talk to about the features on the unit. I knew I loved the layout but I didn't realize how many small, thoughtful details were in the build of this unit until Cassie took me through it. Great quality, beautiful little unit. It was a unique layout for our family (2 kids) as we ended up deciding on something without bunks. Cassie didn't try to sway us one way or another. She offered options and listened to our feedback to help us along the way with our choices as her main priority was helping us choose something that we would be happy with. Neil, Amanda and Adam were also very patient and helpful through the process of buying a new unit. I felt like I was in good hands. Can't wait for the Spring to go camping!
