Art recently helped us with the purchase of an income property. It was the second house I've bought through him and once again he came through in a big way.

We worked with Josh to buy our first home. Calgary's market has gotten very competitive, and we were starting to lose hope after losing out on a few homes. At the last minute, we found a place that fit our needs perfectly, but the seller already was already working on a deal. Josh moved heaven and earth to get us a viewing, and worked hard to get our offer in and ultimately accepted. We wouldn't of been able to get our place without Josh. Very fortunate to have worked with him.
