Dr. Lubitz and his team (shout out to Mallory) have changed my life thanks to their expertise in skin health, both medically and cosmetically. Very unimpressed. Initially, I had a skin cancer check. They took a biopsy, and then lost the sample (initally I was told the results were inconclusive, I probed and found the real reason). I visited every 6 weeks for another matter, and dreaded attending the clinic. 40 minute waits in a room, for a rushed 2 minute consult. Most nurses were good, but I saw a new face every time. Nurses and doctor gave conficting information. Multiple examples of lack of due diligence. $50 to get an insurance form signed. Discussion with other community members returned a similar sentiment. As soon as I found another provider I left.
