Went to get my stainless foxtail chain shorten and instead of just taking my request the guy trys up selling me to a Cuban silver. Then further insults me by telling me my parents necklace urns are plastic. They sure don't sound like plastic when i taped them together! He did shorten my necklace, so far so good.
