Honestly one of the nicest places I've been to for shows and orchestras. Also it's in the heart of downtown so it's a great place for night life

Jason Mraz concert was really entertaining! Acoustics was awesome! Couldn’t wait for the release of Mraz’ new album!

Beautiful building from the outside. Sat and warmed up with some friends there tonight. Obviously in this hostage scenario I can't afford recreational. Spent a number of nights in the parckade below. Nights exactly like tonight, snowy and cold out.

Amazing acoustics and location! I just wish that the ATM machines would have been working, it caused so many people to not be able to purchase goods from the concert.

Motel theater, very small maybe 60 people. Nice venue for small VERY intimate shows. (Get your mind out of the gutter)

Jack Singer Concert Hall had good sound quality. Could be improved by having a larger variety of food and drink options.

Was fortunate enough to witness the Bond and Beyond. The passion put into those pieces was profound and chilling!

It was a school visit to Arts Commons, great time spend with kids. Really interesting and thought provoking activities. Love the time spent there.

This facility houses numerous performance spaces to accommodate a variety of shows n audiences. Ive seen several concerts at the Jack Singer Concert Hall. It's a great venue with excellent sightlines. Easy walkin distance from City Hall LRT station. Do give it a go.

Easy to find, confusing as hell, and needs to be way, way more accessible for the mobility challenged. Why aren't there more maps?

This is a great facility for Calgary. They host a number of different theatre venues and the events they host vary from plays to speeches to musicals and symphony. My only complaint is that you want to leave a little time to enter the facility as the area where you present your ticket often gets crowded. But that is nominal.

Once again, a magnificent evening at Arts Commons. The facility is second to none.there is not a bad seat in the house. Last night we heard Marthe Cohn, author of Behind Enemy Lines, speak about her experiences as a spy during WW2. Thank you for hosting such important, thought provoking events!

Went to this venue to see Chris Hadfield. First time at this venue and enjoyed the experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sound was quite good. I do not mind the decor but I think some people would find that the atmosphere is from another era to be back in vogue soon.

Excellent facility that only gets better with time. I have always enjoyed going to shows here, staff are friendly and the facility is well managed. A real gem for Calgary.

A wonderful place to go for many things. It has many halls for different types of entertainment. And the entertainment it brings is always exceptionally spectacular. They have numerous art displays as well. They also have a lovely beverage/coffees/pizza place and the pizza is amazing. One of the best I've had in a long time, it was open before our show started.

I have seen many people perform here specifically at the Jack Singer Concert Hall and I always come to see the Calgary Philharmonic play. An amazing experience everytime. Would highly reccomend for all ages.

Great place to see a show. Very convenient location for any mode of transportation. Great bars and restaurants nearby for pre- or post-show drinks.

The Arts Common. Jack Singer.is home for the Civic Symphony concerts. Acoustics are pretty good all over which is very important for all concerts or performances.
Seats are comfortable, can be moved back & there are drink holders for your coffee etc.
From what I can see.parking is plentiful, we haven't had a problem anyways.

Lovely building, could use some updates. The CPO is always a good time, and they've really stepped up their game in recent years. Would absolutely recommend for an evening out.

One of my favorite venues in Calgary for a surprisingly diverse range of events, although the 'evening out' music performance is probably their staple. Always well organized and the staff are friendly, a good spot for a memorable evening of entertainment.

Went to see orchestra. Easy place to find and parking is across street. Arrive early for your show. Late comers are frowned upon

Nice space for larger group rentals - most recently there for NYE party and they have bars open on two levels to address parties.

Being from LA I had expectations in mind that were not met but felt the Art Commons to be a very convenient place to enjoy the philharmonic orchestra. Very talented people!

The Jack Singer Hall at the Arts Common has a beautiful pipe organ that had wonderful sound making for great ambiance. A wonderful experience with very polite, friendly helpful ushers. Cafe serves snacks to eat as well as bear and wine before the show or during.

Hubby and I came to see the Haters Roast in the jack singer concert hall and omg it was so much fun. Had the perfect seats for being in the upper level and the place is absolutely beautiful!

Arts commons is always running fascinating shows which never disappoint! I always find myself ending up back here:)

Went to see Shane Koyczan here and it is a great place to see anyone preforming there. My only gripe is tha during intermission the lobby gets very crowded very quickly.

Beautiful, classy building. I went for the symphony, and it was awesome. The concert hall is beautiful. Lots of classy looking staff throughout the building to help you, and there's escalators to every level. I will definitely go back when I get a chance.

It has some great programming. It can be confusing trying to figure who/what is presenting each show. The pizza/pasta cafe is generally good but they run out of stuff all the time. Parking sucks.

Intimate setting where the audience surrounds on 3 sides and and is right up close to the performers in the Big Secret Theatre.

Went to Classic Albums Live - Led Zeppelin. Band was great! Acoustics were great, view was great. Had seats in the center balcony row E.

The loby is quite nice, and has a minibar. Easy to find your seat as the staff are friendly. The theatre has comfortable chairs and it is easy to see the stage from any seat. The only problem is the parking, as it gets quite busy in downtown.

The venue is beautiful and quite easy to get to even if you aren't familiar with Downtown - but I would say they could use more signage inside to know where the different theaters are. I don't think I have been there one time without getting lost and having to ask for directions.

Fantastic architecture, spaceous and we'll designed. Lobby area was clean, and the concert hall looked brand new. 11/10 would art again.

It's been quite some time since I've visited the Jack Singer hall. It has been updated very nicely with new seats and such. I enjoyed my visit.
