Went and got a sectional from Ashley On the North Side of Edmonton. Wasn't pressured like some furniture stores and found what I wanted. Was able to pick up that day at the distribution center. Only issue was I waited 50 minutes as there was a clerical issue from the store to the distribution center. Sectional was at the door for me but had to get it all figured out. Once it was the warehouse guy was awesome helping get it loaded in the van.

If I could I'd give zero Stars I went in to purchase a bed and a mattress we were first looking at mattresses my husband pointed the sales guy in the direction of us cuz it was more for my daughter sales guy never came and talked to us we stood around looking lost for a good 20-25 minutes there were three people in the store. There were other customers one of these sales people might have been helping somebody but the other two were not helping anybody nobody offered us anything I wasn't greeted when I entered I wasn't given a parting greeting as I was leaving nothing. I was there specifically to spend money at Ashley I wasn't comparing to other stores. I walked out without spending anything and made a comment about how everybody must have made their sales quota for the month. I will not be going back

Never buy From ashley Furniture. I bought Sofa from those guys, When I got delivery Sofa was damaged, I tried call on store no body give answers I tried convinced her to replace to new sofa but He just do repair new sofa if I didn't want that sofa I need to pay 20% Cost of sofa for restock I never recommend to this store buy furniture One of Selles executive in this store Name was Punita Hans I tried call3 4 Times here even she didn't reply For solutions Never buy from this Sells lady toooo When you go buy products the lady was so polite and so Sweet when I ask about after-sales services it's was so Bad Thank you Punita for Worst service

In search for a floor lamp, several stores were visited in Edmonton and the best one was Ashley Home Store, with a prompt, warm, cordial greeting from Darren as we entered the store; the display on their stock on computer was shown and all details of our request noted. This store was bright with an array of stock and staff willing to help you which was much appreciated. Will certainly return when the need arises.

Aaron was amazing. He was very patient with us when I am sure we asked dumb questions. It was a large purchase for us so we were in there for several hours. Finding a dining room table that we liked was difficult until Aaron said the one we liked came in grey. No offence to that “other” furniture store but quality cannot compare. I went to the store pretty sure about what I wanted but I got confused as soon as I entered. Kevin was such a great help to me, he was very patient and kind to me. My couch was delivered and I absolutely love it.

The table we purchase seems cheap and flawed. The top is wearing out incredibly fast and we BARELY use it. We tend to eat at our island 90% of the time. After we bought it I did order a matching dining bench to go with our table. I waited MONTHS and kept calling only to be told to wait again another month. I finally cancelled my order. Your service and products are disappointing. We will not be making any future purchases from Ashley.

Our experience at the Ashley Home store was excellent. Aaron our salesman was knowledgeable and patient. He provided us the time to peruse and focused us when appropriate. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am 6 months pregnant with my first baby, just bought my first house. I went to Ashley at the 137 street location & bought a bed. They promised up & down, guaranteed it would arrive on my move in day; not only did the sales associate promise but she had the Sales manager come and promise it would arrive the 28th of June he even signed my receipts as a “ guarantee“. I called the 27th of June to see what time my bed would arrive & they don’t even have it scheduled for delivery (which I paid over 100$ extra for) I’m disgusted to say the least. They said whatever they had to say to get money from a single 21 year old pregnant girl & to me that’s the most disgusting thing anyone’s ever done to me; they both clearly seen me as an easy target. Be honest, if the bed won’t arrive until the middle of July; say that & I’ll shop elsewhere. The sales manager is a liar and a thief and the woman who helped me is no better. Take your business elsewhere if you are trying to have a pleasant buying experience. I would’ve furnished my rest of my house through Ashley Furniture but I’d rather die than deal with them. Be warned.

If I could give a 0 I would. I usually never complain but I have been dealing with so many issues with Ashley from the furniture that came delivered scratched to the dresser that fell apart after 1 year. Their sales men attack you when you come to the store but when you call them for help on your situation you get pushed around from person to person and never get a call back from a manager. Fairstone the financial company they deal with are the WORST. A manager never calls you back even though they say 24 hours and they will I’ve been waiting for months for a call back and when I call they don’t deal with my situation. Their interest is so unbelievably high that you end up never closing your account with them because the interest eats you alive. Biggest lies I have ever dealt with from Ashley to fairstone. Complete scam of a company.

It was a wonderful experience today coming into the store. Brenda was very knowledgeable and helpful. She wasn't pushy and didn't hover over us. She helped us purchase the best piece of furniture and exactly what we were looking for! We will be back for more furniture. Can't wait to receive our new sectional and ottoman!

The customer service hang up my call without any asking while I’m still talking to him about how to schedule my delivery date. Unbelievable bad and rude attitude customer service from this company, since their sales are very nice and friendly in the store.

Absolute worst after-sale service ever. Would give it no stars if I could. We paid upwards of $600 on insurance sold to us which was useless as it does not apply to the product that was sold to us by the salesperson.
We paid $3000 worth for the various pieces of furniture from the store and when it was time to utilize the recommended insurance, they refused to service it.
Called their customer service multiple times, failing to get a response from them. Store employees keep sending the file to the customer service department. They have basically harassed us with no explanation or help given at all.

Very cold day, narrow entrances with heavy furniture and they didn't complain or waiver, they managed to squeeze everything in even though they had to go all the way around the house to accomplish the feat. Hard workers and dedicated and committed to pleasing the customer

Was just in with full intention to purchase a full bed room set, not one person asked if we needed assistance while a group of employees stood around and chatted at the main desk area in the middle of the store, made eye contact with a few of them and continued to be ignored, we had been in the store for 20 mins and had already picked out a set we liked and intended to purchase. Instead we left.

Bought a 7k couch from them and they delivered it and threw out the pads for hard flooring. Phoned them because I wanted them back and they said they don’t ship with them which was a lie for the bardarson series Sectional. I didn’t fight with it at the time but I now may be moving to a hard flooring and do not want them to move around and will have to buy my own. Great couch but terrible customer experience. Terrible to deal with in the store as well at that time, may considering driving across town to the other store.

Bought Sofa from here and was sold insurance on two separate instances which is not applicable to the product.
When finally came an opportunity to use the insurance they told us that can't be used with this Sofa. When asked why they sold it to me the rep just said sorry.
I have bough 3 different sofas and was sold the insurance on all of them.

They sell it to to make their targets but then they treat you poorly. Do not recommend buying any furniture from this store or this company.

I purchased stools from Ashley's as a Xmas gift. A few months later they fall apart. I'mn March I called Ashley's to let them know. They couldn't get someone out until June to fix them. June they call me said they can't come until Aug again they extend it to Nov I get a call last wk that the parts won't come in until Jan. But they offered me a gift card for $33 if I didn't want to wait. $33. Is a as is gift card. So they will give me $33, not fix my stools that were $150 each. What a joke.

Beware of misleading and simply dishonest sales tricks of this store! They have two prices for the same item. One on the website which is " the original " price and the other is a printed list on the back of the price tag on the display item in the store. This one is about 25% higher than the "original " price on Ashley's website. So if they offer 40% discount in store, they actually discount off of the inflated price and claim it to be the original price. But on the invoice they show the real "original" with only 15% discount. You think you got 40% off if you're not aware of their website. If I like an item, I'd buy it at a posted price with no discounts. But with their stupid tricks, I'll be disgusted to even deal with them at all. I suggest Ashley furniture change its dirty and stupid sales tactics or it will go down the trashcan of unsuccessful businesses. Please avoid if you can or be ready to detect their tricks.

We were taken care of by Kevin. He very much understood what I wanted and took no time to finalize our purchase. The store was very clean and nicely organized making it easy to find what we wanted. So far my experience has been very pleasant and hopefully our new furniture comes as quickly as the service we were provided.

Then Kevin helped us out and gave us some pointers and helped us pick out a better quality one for a pretty good price. Was about to get us a 30% discount. Great place to go. Excellent service. I’m really disappointed with Ashley Furniture, I bought a couch and got extended warranty on it, the couch has sunk. I can’t sit on because the pillows will come out. I contacted customer service multiple times sent pictures to them and I didn’t hear nothing from them.

Our salesperson Juanita was very attentive to what we were looking for in a sofa. Very friendly, easy going and made a good conversation. The delivery men were great…. Did above and beyond… and they made conversation with us… not throw in our furniture n leave without a word. They set up our recliners… and took away all the garbage (plastic/ cardboard). Excellent!

Turning from a great experience to me never wanting to deal with Ashley Furniture again. I have waited long enough and have decided to share my review. Bought a bed frame for our daughter, a few weeks later we decided to order the matching nightstand. There was only one left in Calgary and they were great in helping me order it. It came the same time as the Bed the bed was fine.but when we opened the night stand it was very damaged. Yes they have a claims department virtual you send them pictures. We wanted our money back and to return the item. Instead their solution is to REPLACE ALL THE DAMAGED PARTS! Forget it! But right now I have no choice that is the only option they offer as a remedy. This was August 20th I started the claim. So they had to order the parts. They called and left a voice mail saying the parts would arrive on September 13 and they would call for arrangement of someone to come and fix the nightstand that has been sitting in my garage in the box for over a month now. Its been 8 days since the expected date of the parts to arrive and I have not heard any update. So I called this morning, the first agent said the parts are expected Sept 27th now and the phone disconnected. I called back and the next agent said the same but I also got the chance to express my disappointment and concern with this whole issue, refund isn't an option.pretty much you are at the mercy of whatever happens and at the mercy of their error. No-one called to update on the changes to the expected delivery and they said.depending on HOW MANY TIMES the parts are delayed maybe a manager can evaluate the case since I am unhappy with this service now. I believe that especially when a product arrives to you like how it arrived the customer should have the option of returning it or having it fixed. The problem is that this item is the last of a discontinued series so maybe that's why they couldn't replace it but - like JUST LET ME RETURN IT! I literally took pictures of the item 20 minutes after it was delivered. I called Ashley as soon as we opened the box. Its not like we damaged the item. We've since purchase different night tables now and have no use for this night stand: (
The back was all ripping away from the screws, the drawer face was ripping from the sides and the handle and the drawer was warped and slanted.
Ashley Furniture in this consumer climate you want to make the customers feel validated.not hold them hostage.

Biggest mistake we made buying from them, the recliner we brought in January has been breaking and had 3 people come from Ashley to make it now the 4th time the recliner was taken from our home to make it at there warehouse but now its 2 weeks and they said will be done in a week but still not got it back what a joke. Also the mover taking the recliner damaged our door since he was handling it like Garbage. But the Ashley guest care says they cant do anything about it.
Paid over 1p00 and extended warranty but the couch has been given trouble since the day one
Now we dont have a couch to sit on

I decided to go to the store because I was looking for a Tv Stand Coffee Table, & End Tables. I shopped for about an hour to see what I was interested in. I decided to let the salesperson know I was looking to bring my roommate in with me on Sunday. Instead the response I got was about my appearance I was so uncomfortable I didn't come back and decided to shop at Leon's. This was my first time entering Ashely's Furniture.

I am pleased with the service that was provided when purchasing our outdoor furniture set. I saw the set in person then ordered on the phone. Both sales associates I dealt with were helpful and friendly. The ordering process was very easy and quick. I look forward to receiving our set and enjoying it for the summer.

I am renting a new place and went to Ashley’s on the North End and wow! My consultant Jing was so happy and helpful with my first furniture purchases! If I could give no stars I would do it without thought.

This store has screwed me after paying them around 500$ for a TV stand plus assembly. When we finalized the purchase, it was agreed that the stand would be in stock 2 weeks after, while competition had better choice of TV stands with quicker turnaround time. I had heard good things of Ashley's Homestore, yet didn't know I'm setting up myself for a huge disappointment with their customer service.

What really happened was two things:

1) No one had contacted us about the TV stand so I had contacted them, to find out that the stand was delayed for another week.
2) I'm supposed to forfeit 10% of the payment paid for admin fees, when they have not lifted a finger to help, or have even delivered the TV stand. Their other option as per their terms is to re-select without penalty. Well no I am not going to even do that again.

Purchased couches from Ashley’s was told to purchase warranty that would cover any stains! I have called them on multiple occasions regarding this issue and every time they say it’s not covered or say that stain was there more than 7 days ago which I don’t know how they can know that! Also tried calling the store atleast 10 times to talk about this and no one ever picks up the phone!

I had visited Ashley home store on 137th Avenue. The sales man Mr Darren Shirley is a great guy. Very friendly and respective man. I dealt with him from the start of my order in the store, to the finish. He never gets tired to be asked questions. Any questions i asked him he answered politely and respectively. I was with my son and he made him smile and laugh all the time as we placed our order.

I am sure he must be earning this store plenty of customers because he is very courteous. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the customers he talks to are satisfied with their orders. I will recommend him to any person visiting the store for their orders.

We were satisfied with our order and we're happy with what we purchased.

When I was in the store today I was assisted by a very nice sales man names Keith. He broke down all the pricing, demonstrated how strong their chairs are and helped me in purchasing my new kitchen table. I would recommend this store and sales team to anyone who is looking for new furniture.

The sales reps were very eager to please their customers and did so in a very relaxed atmosphere there. The pressure point bed they have shows what firmness of bed you would need - State of the art. They carry nothing but the best in beds, pillows and furniture. A Highly recommended shopping experience.

Good sales people, terrible quality for the furniture. I had my bedroom set for less than a year, and I am having some issues with the wood on my bed. I called their "customer care" line and got the response "unfortunately, there's nothing we can do". Buyer beware I guess.

Terrifying Experience!
Our 18 month old bed frame manufactured by Ashley Industries, bought at an Ashley Furniture store, and put together by Ashley Furniture delivery and assembly staff - broke suddenly and unexpectedly 2 nights ago!

What was so frightening is that both of the side rails on the bed frame broke and then the legs in the middle of the bed gave way. My husband and I (who were sleeping) were shot head first towards the wall. There was a big gap between the mattress and the head board but we managed to get out of this disaster without injury.

If you have purchased a bed similar to the one pictured below, you may want to have some additional supports to the bed frame if you have a king sized mattress like we do.

This is a very expensive bed frame so we were not expecting it to break so quickly.

We contacted Ashley furniture customer care but since we did not have an extended warranty their customer care service said the best they could do was 15% off of new side rails that sell at $400. Even with new side rails, we do not think we could go through this nightmare again.

It was like using the red 'that was easy' button from Staples. The salesperson was very professional showed us our options, provided good value on our money for the purchases. The store set up was excellent allowing us to look and feel different pieces of furniture and to see at a glance how style, colour texture, and designs worked with each other when they are located close by. Payment financing was offered, providing the flexibility of affordable financial planning if needed.

Sales and service great at this store, After furniture was delivered there was a lot of nics and scratches, veneer cracks on the feet of the dressers. Just beware when delivery of your nice new furniture arrives. Buyer Beware!

Friendly staff. Good deals. Great experience. Definitely a store to visit. Yes its a bit expensive but when there is sales its worth the visit besides the colors of the bedrooms that they have you wont find it in any other store unique and amazing. Thanks
