Junk furniture I will never buy ashley again it falls apart and turns into junk in a year or two. Forget it il shop anywhere else.

We purchased a sectional + ottoman as well as two bedroom sets. The sectional looked like it had signs of wear but it was in spots that got covered once it was together. We are still waiting for one piece for one of the bedroom sets, but what we have received are great quality and super easy to assemble. The best part of the whole experience was the customer service. Lauren is phenomenal!

ILauren was really amazing to deal with at Ashley Furniture! When purchasing our bedset she got back in touch with us early on when a bed set we ordered might not have arrived in time. She took time to send us other potential bedsets and made the process very easy and low stress. We really appreciated her being proactive about this as we'll now have a bedset right away versus waiting months on end for one.

Great Service! The sales lady Lauren was awesome, she was very pleasant and helpful with my purchase and excellent at keeping me updated on my delivery dates and with any questions I had. Thank you Lauren I will definitely recommend you and Ashley Home store in the future!

Dealing with Lauren was exceptional, she new when to ask us if we needed assistance. This to me was important as it gave us time to try everything and make an informed decision without sales pressure,

Why are these 5 star reviews ab the staff and not the quality of the furniture.i bought a new dresser and it broke in a week.the drawers are difficult to open and break easily.the drawer itself is weak as well, bending only from a couple of denim pants.making it even harder to open other drawers. 1/10

I recently purchased a sectional for my new home from here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I also got the sectional for a wicked deal so I cannot really complain:) I was told shipping & delivery would take approximately until the end of August but I received it the first week.
White glove delivery does not mean they will take care of everything for you though. We had to take everything out of the boxes and assemble it ourselves. Then dispose of the packaging. Other than that I am very very happy!

Took almost 6 months to get our sectional. Said each peice had to be shipped from different warehouses. I find that a poor excuse, what kind of company keeps each part of the same couch i different parts of the country. Would call every 2 to 4 weeks to let me know it was going to be another 2 to 4 weeks, very frustrating. And they kept trying to change.y delivery date once it was here. Quality of the product is good and the guys who dropped it off were great. Very poor business management and customer service.

My fiancé and I recently bought some couches and a bedset at the Fort Mcmurray store and we were helped by Lauren. I liked that she was very professional and that she politely gave us the space we needed to go about our shopping whilst making herself readily available to answer questions on pricing whenever we needed her. She is also very knowledgeable with the current discounts and online specials which enabled her to give us some very good deals on all of our purchases. Overall a 5 star customer service experience for me!

Ashley Homestore is amazing! We have done collaborations with Ashley Homestore. They care for our community and the people in it. I recommend them if you want great customer service and to receive the best quality that is worth what you pay.

Haven't been to this ashley location so review is not based on the people or services here. This review is based on the products only, Ashley furniture is the most overrated furniture there is and every piece I bought from them looked horrible after the first year. I bought a $1500 table where the top has been flaking off for no reason with minimal use as both my partner and I work 12 hour days and you so much as rub your finger on the table and the coating flakes off. 2 chairs belonging to this set fell apart, screws keep falling out of them for no reason and the other 4 I purchased separately are doing ok (not the same style chair) the sofa and love seat looked 10 years old after a year of a few hours a day sitting, no animals or kids pounding on them and the coffee table is getting rocky. I called Ashley about the table and since a year has passed even though she agreed it would be a manufacturing defect refused to replace or repair it. Save yourself some dollars and buy a different brand furniture, this furniture is junk.

Wish there was a minus score! We saw a dining set online available in Edmonton, called Fort McMurray store to see if they could get it up there for a Christmas gift for our son on December 19th. We were told they were able to get the set to be delivered to their store for the 24th. However that date didn’t work for my son. An Ashley employee guaranteed me the set would be available in store for pick up for the 28th. We repeatedly asked if it would be in store as we could have purchased the set ourselves in Edmonton, she again guaranteed it would be in store. After not getting any emails or phone calls that the set was in, we called on the 30th only to be told that the set we needed for a New Years Eve event was not to be delivered until January 2nd! Needless to say we were horribly disappointed that this store failed in their delivery and were not willing to anything to compensate us for their deceptive practices! I would NEVER recommend them for anything! Such poor customer service! Shop the Brick, shop Walmart but don’t waste your time, energy or money shopping at Ashley Furniture, in Fort McMurray.

The ultimate disappointment. Ali the manager was the worst person I’ve ever had to do business with. Total disregard for his customers. Blamed his staff when something went wrong. I ordered a couch and paid for it September 30th and it was delayed several times, which is fine, but not one phone call was made to me telling me the delivery date was changed. I told him I just got a new phone before I told him how frustrated I was with not being called to let me know and just as I thought he lied to me said he called me 4 times. This was a lie, I never got a new phone I just wanted to see if he would lie his way out, and he tried. I got all my money back in the end. I’ll never shop down there ever again. Wish I could give this manager 0 stars.
