Spent $8,000.00 on a new leather set- my first matching set ever. The sofa was faulty. They took it, overstuffed it, and when they returned it, you couldn't sit on it. Then they informed me that they couldn't replace the couch as it had been discontinued. They would not take the damaged set back but gave me a non matching couch and a bit of cash. Heartbroken!

Products were very nice, but they try to grab every penny they can. Joseph tried to overcharge me by about $400. I asked for a price breakdown and he grabbed his computer and went to 'recalculate' the price. When he came back, the price was corrected. Just a heads up, know your numbers before you pay.

Super friendly service. They helped us with all our needs and gave us great deals. Definetly going there more often!

One of their sales rep, John is very accommodating and very knowledgeable with their products and was very respectful with our space while shopping. We didn't feel any pressure to commit on buying something, but we did actually bought a sectional from them. The delivery was fast and on time. Jenny was also very efficient in giving us update on when is the exact time and date of our delivery. I love the app which they shared through text message to easily locate the location of the delivery truck on the day of delivery. The sectional was perfect, we love the quality and the color! We are starting to enjoy lounging on it so as our fur-babies. ️️️Overall our experience is really good. We will come back again for sure!

Great store, friendly staff and beautiful furniture! Only thing is to get “white glove” delivery choice rather than free delivery on big items or you will have to unpack and dispose of a huge amount of packing.

Taylor was great to work with - patient, not pushy. We scored a great sale price on our couch and they delivered it to us. Very happy with our purchase.

Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of our purchase and had a great balance of friendliness and professionalism.

Davina was very helpful and patient, was in and out of the store multiple times looking for a sofa, she recommended we take a couple of pillows home and look at them in our room, it worked out perfectly as we ended up purchasing a sofa that was $600 lower in price than what we were expecting to pay for a different set.

Taylor was great help. He was knowledge and knew a lot of great options for the requirements we were looking for. Thanks for all the help, we look forward to the delivery!

We had a very positive shopping experience at the Lethbridge Ashley store. After ordering many items online, we decided to go see what we ordered. We made some changes and McKenzie did a great job accommodating our requests. Delivery went great, items arrived within 2-3 weeks, on time & the delivery team were efficient and thorough & took back one damaged night stand that they noticed upon unpacking.

Their Sales Associate Davina Johnsen was extremely helpful, she took time to explain and answer all our questions.
She showed very professional customer service.

Making my order Iwas informed that it would be about 8 months before the delivery date. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived 4 months earlier than predicted.
The delivery by Clayon and Francis was done professionally and efficiently. I was appreciative of the care taken to not mark my hardwood floors and walls

I was in the store on the canada day long weekend and had the pleasure of working with Davina in sales. She really knew her product and made the whole experience like I was shopping with my bestie. Friendly and Professional. She had my budget and best interest. I was stunned when she could give me a quick turn around on delivery. (Im sure I got lucky on delivery date)
Today, Francis and Clay made the delivery. They were timely, professional and thorough with the set up. Im very happy with my purchase and the team at Ashley Lethbridge. Cant wait for my second order!

Please all do yourselves a favour and do not I repeat DO NOT buy your furniture from Ashley. I bought a brand new expensive bedroom set from them and I kid you not there is chunks of wood missing on pieces, multiple multiple scratches on every single piece. The boards under the bed are so warped our drawers won’t even close. Their customer service is horrendous and have been the biggest joke of all and there manager won’t even speak with me. You call that “customer service”? I didn’t spend all this money on a brand new bedroom set to have technicians come in and “paint” over the chips and a scratches. They have nice furniture and all but when it comes down to it they do not make customers happy. We looked at the brick and Leon’s first because I remember have the same sort of issues years and years ago when we purchased our couch which made me really not want to use them again but Leon’s and the brick didn’t have the storage we needed on our bedroom set. My husband didn’t want to deal with the hassle of running back and forth to Calgary but I WISH I would have just went to Calgary. Dealing with Ashley’s customer service has been an absolute nightmare and nothing but a constant headache.

This store I WOULD STEER CLEAR. The staff is not KNOWLEDGEABLE and promised us a no questions return policy if the sofa did fit or does not work. The delivery guys showed up and it was not a good fit for our room. We paid $150 for " WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" delivery and FAR FROM IT. This is a joke they are stealing our money on a faulty product and all we want to do is return the sofa that dos not work. The drivers jammed this in our house and we were leery. All we want is for them to take their non working sofa back and we would have bought something else. But noooo they were rude and un accommodating and want to only refund 25%, will not refund any money and want to charge us 10% to take the item back which does not work and let us use the rest as a credit. What a sham of a business and the quality of the furniture is basically ikea junk. We are not done with you!

John R helped us and was amazing. He was knowledgeable and showed us options while not being pushy. Great selection and very happy with the service.

Do not buy any extended warranty. Avoid it at all cost, it will not cover what they say it will, and products come with a manufactures Warranty. I wouldn't say the sales stuff was good, they sell the extended warranty knowing that it is worthless and only benefits the salesperson and not the consumer.

I bought a bed through Ashley's and it didn't work out for me so it had to be returned. I felt terrible having to do this but Ashley's were so good about. I was able to get another bed which I'm hoping will be "the" mattress. Working with Karen through all this was great.she was extremely helpful and patient. I was able to test out a couple mattresses several times. I figure she must be very tired of me by now!
Delivery was definitely white glove. Everything is done quickly and with the least amount of disruption. Ashley's has their delivery service down to an art. They send you a link and you can keep checking to see how far along they are and you're notified when they're on the way to your place. Extremely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend them when looking for furniture or decor, etc.

Haven't got our furniture yet, but John was very easy to talk to, very down to earth without being pushy! Excellent selection.impressive! The prices seemed very reasonable too!

I will never shop at Ashley furniture store again. Worst customer service and communication…. We went to Ashley in May to buy furniture for our house, hoping to have it by the end of June. We were told they have lots of stock and the date should not be a problem. I do understand with the shipping and shortages in the world that it is hard to get supplies. But we ordered in May then finally got all our furniture end of September. I made countless phone calls and stopped by the store to speak to the manager and sales team. No one ever followed up with me and never notified us when the products dates got changed. I found when I called the staff were unprofessional as well. I hope once stock is back to normal they are more reliable for future customers but I will not be back

Davina was excellent. Our washer broke and she was very helpful, checking specs, parts, and anything else I could think of to get us one in our budget that met our needs. Thanks a bunch!

We had François and Brandon deliver our furniture today. They were very professional and made sure everything looked great before leaving. Definitely a 5 star review for these fellas! Just bought a sectional today and had the pleasure of dealing with Taylor. He was very helpful and at no point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything, He made the experience very easy going and I would totally recommend Ashley Furniture.

Sales representatives, both in store and online, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Just ordered today so have yet to take delivery. Expect it in a week from now, much sooner than we thought it would be.

This was my first time in Ashley HomeStore. Taylor was excellent to deal with. His professional no-pressure approach was refreshing. The store was nicely laid out and the selection was great.

Friendly low pressure sales, salesman was knowledgeable and was extremely helpful is helping us decide what appliances were going to work best for us! I appreciated him being upfront about wait times on ordering and best delivery options

Was helped quickly by Steve, he answered all my questions, was very attentive to what I was looking for and got me a better deal than I was hoping for. If you are ever in Lethbridge, Alberta and need furniture, I would ask for Steve.

I find Ashley furniture is a great place with multiple selections within each area. Workers have always been right to the job. There's a fair amount of parking space. You can find much detail in the items they sell which are very durable like the stone top tables I've had for years.

Sherri helped us out when we went in to buy our sectional. She is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She has a relaxed energy about her that makes you feel at ease. Hands down one of the best sales people I've encountered! Highly suggest requesting her. Side note I have felt that there's a few staff members that are bothersome and wont really let you look without bombarding you with questions, I hate that. Sherri made this a wonderful experience.
