I bought 2 recliner chairs from
Ashley furniture online thee McGann Rocker Recliner & the Warrior Fortress Rocker Recliner both are horrible quality plus the second chair I bought from them the Warrior Fortress Rocker Recliner has this giant bubble where the head rest is so I have to sit in this chair sideways because it forces your head way to forward so now I have to take the chair to upholstery and pay up to $500 to have that bubble reduced on top of that I've only had the chairs for roughly 2 months and they both creak and moan badly when rocking in them and thay also have overrock like the back rest is really loose

Overall review: furniture looks really nice however quality build is horrible.

We walked in the store and we’re greeted right away. We looked around at the appliances for a few minutes and got amazing information and service from Scott. We purchased and were in and out quick and it was a very smooth transaction!

Andrew was an awesome salesman who went over and above in assisting with our purchase. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable and courteous and made our shopping experience so easy and pleasant!

I would like to say Tara and all her staff take the time to expain the product. They are very friendly and kind and try to help you out any way they can, would not be afraid to visit and buy from from these guys again. So here is two up

Went to Ashley to look at queen size beds Scott was amazing gave us great deal I was a very happy customer I highly recommend Scott if u need anything from Ashley thank u scott now I own a new bed can’t wait have it delivered

I just purchased a fridge and freezer. I was very happy with the experience. Andrew was very accommodating and was able to find a purchase which fit all my needs. Ex. Budget, size of the appliances. Etc. He is very personable, which created a very positive experience for me.

Tara was very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped find the right washer/dryer set for me. If I need any other furniture or appliances I'll be going to Ashley's first.

Very knowledgeable and flexible sales associate. He tailored the experience to our needs and never pressured us into something that we didn’t want. My curious 5 year old was shopping with me, he answered all of his questions and allowed him to explore the store. We wanted the item quickly so he rushed it onto the next available delivery.

Got a very good deal with a clearance item that I’ve been wanting! Store looks nice and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Delivery and setup was absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional; polite, quick, knowledgeable, and paid very close attention to detail. I thought that the white glove delivery was a bit pricey at the time but after the service; it’s worth every single dollar.

Great service, lovely knowledgeable staff, great delivery service, awesome communication through texts and a map to follow your purchase as it's being delivered. Great value. Would definitely highly recommend!

Sales lady insanely pushy and wanted me to wait 3 months till I have to pay interest until paying off a chair as apparently it’s better for my credit score. Got grumpy when I said I wanted to wait till I can properly afford it

Bought 2 adjustable bed frames and 2 top of the line mattresses from Ashley. Sales associate was great at selling the product, but there were missing items when the order was delivered. As we lived 1.5 hours from the store (one way), we requested the items be sent priority post. Sales person confirmed multiple times via voice and text messages that items were sent, however they were not ever sent and multiple escalations were required before we spoke to management who confirmed items were not sent. At this point, items were dispatched quickly.

Getting the sale can be easy, providing good customer service after the sale is what matters the most to me. Two stars is appropriate and even though Ashley did provide a gift certificate to help smooth things over, I would not deal with this store again.

Decent furniture.
Avoid anything with moving parts or electronics (ie moving beds), as they offer no service or support for warranties.
I will not be shopping there any more.

I shopped at Medicine Hat store the staff and the managers was very helpful it was a great experience and the variety of choices they have was amazing definitely will come back to shop again.

The men came with the bed frame and they were very nice and curtious and they are very nice people and polite
