Awful place to buy anything from. We spent 4000$ on a new king bed sleeping set and when we picked my up order, there was multiple broken and damaged things! We then called their warranty line and it has been a complete nightmare, they told us we would have to wait 2 months before a technician could come out so we’re sleeping on a broken bed frame for another two months. Their support line is completely useless, we’ve tried to see if we can return stuff or get money off and are always given the run around. The second they have your money and you leave that store, there is no support, no help, and their warranty program honestly seems like a scam. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and anger and take your buisiness somewhere else.

We went to 5 different furniture stores and stopped at Ashley on our way home, sure enough they had exactly what we where looking for, the sales man was amazing, knowledgeable and patiently walked us thru each couch we sat on LOL, we purchased a beautiful set and are now awaiting delivery, they have our business for life.

My recent visit to Ashley Furniture left me thoroughly dissatisfied, prompting this one-star review. The store's atmosphere was stiflingly tight, and the experience was exacerbated by the persistent presence of sales representatives who seemed to shadow my every move, akin to vultures circling prey. Navigating the showroom became a cumbersome task as I found myself unable to browse their furniture collection without multiple sales reps doggedly following me.

What struck me as particularly off-putting was the conspicuous lineup of over 10 sales reps stationed at the entrance, ready to pounce on unsuspecting customers. This not only contributed to a sense of discomfort but also made it virtually impossible to peruse the merchandise in peace. Frustration reached its peak, compelling me to abandon my shopping plans and exit the store empty-handed.

The sheer number of sales representatives at the entrance raises questions about the company's approach to customer interaction. If Ashley Furniture can allocate resources to maintain such an aggressive sales force, it should prioritize creating a more customer-friendly and respectful atmosphere. I firmly believe in supporting local stores where personal space is valued, and customers are not subjected to a relentless barrage of sales tactics. Ashley Furniture must reconsider its strategy to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful shopping experience for potential buyers.

HORRRRIBLE SERVICE, do not buy here! I bought nearly 2000 dollars on furniture and they scheduled my delivery and 45 mins before the were suppose to arrive… I received just a TEXT saying it got canceled with no reason at all! I called them to complain and with not even an apology they said they said they will call back.
I haven’t heard from them!
I had to cancel my plans for the day because they said it would arrive from 1-4

What an extremely disappointing experience with Ashley furniture on the south side. After driving 2 hours to pick up my order I got home and it was the wrong color. After days of phoning the store multiple times not once has anyone even answered the phone or called me back. The 1-800 number said they would send an urgent email to have the manager call me and that never happened either. Absolute horrible service after they got their money. I will always advise people to stay away from Ashley furniture going forward.

READ YOUR RETURN POLICY!

I am very very unhappy and all my family and friends are now boycotting Ashley's. I got a 3 piece sectional, within 48 hrs of delivery and literally ripping my baseboards off the wall we called to return or exchange the couch. 10% of the cost of the couch to to EXCHANGE and 25% of the couch cost to return within a 48hrs of receiving the couch. Terrible return policy that will let you know quickly where you as a customer stand with them. To pay to return a couch within 48hrs of having its disrespectful and terrible business.

Purchased a 2k table the table has a massive stain defect. You'd think upon selection at the warehouse that they would ensure there was a table dining set in perfect condition upon delivery now there is a 25 percent restocking fee or a 100 gift card as condolences for a simply quality assurance step that now leaves the vendor with less than they paid or a sad credit

Will never purchase ashley again!

If there is an option to give 0 ratings. I would have given that. Worst experience ever. Their Guest care is a joke. They don't know what Whirlpool policies are. They don't follow any standards. I have an issue with my fridge currently and it is not working at all and this is still going on since last 3 Months.

One of the reason that it is taking more than 3 months is that they are not sending approvals right away. The whirlpool team has asked them for the approval and the email was sitting in their inbox for 10 days. They are acting when you follow up with them. If you don't follow up then you will wait forever for your needs.

I will never ever buy anything from this store and if you don't want the similar experience that I had then I would advice everyone not to buy anything from this store.

Great service! Everything went as explained when we purchased our sectional in the store. I received notices and updates and the tracking app lets you know when your delivery will arrive. The young men delivering the sectional were professional and very quick moving in the pieces and then setting up. Excellent experience start to finish!

Monica was probably one of the worst customer service/sales reps we have ever dealt with. She did not add a product removal from our home on the work order and caused us a lot of inconvenience on delivery day after waiting 7 weeks for our couch. When we spoke to her she had absolutely 0 understanding or tolerance for our frustration, in turn telling us to speak calmly before even hearing us out. These kind of people should NOT be hired in sales or customer service roles if they can’t deliver after sale service or Atleast be apologetic and understanding about a mistake THEY made. DO NOT DEAL WITH MONICA AT ASHLEY South common.

My husband and I went in to get a new bed frame today. We were thoroughly impressed by the salesperson! The perfect amount of helpfulness, but not too pushy. We purchased a frame and were able to pickup ourselves the same day from the warehouse (we were in a bit of a time pinch). Our experience was 10X better than what we experienced at The Brick! Disgusting after sale service. Paint peel off from my furniture. Called Ashley many times there’s no positive response. I am even ready to pay if my things gets fixed but they’re not bothered after the purchase is done. There’s no follow up from anyone even after several requests. Associate said only if you take warranty we can do any after service not without any warranty purchase. I repeatedly said I can pay for fix that patch of peel off but in vein. People it’s a kind advise please visit other good stores who have great after service for minor things even if you don’t buy warranty. Ashley is ridiculous, management and staff are pathetic and horrible. Ashley it’s a loud shout out that you are cheap.

Where do I start!
Purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture last year including a $500 coffee table.
3 months in had issues with the coffee table top laminate lifting off, reported the issue, service guy came out and replaced the top. At the time - great service.
Unfortunately, here we are 9 months later with the exact same issue.
Gave them a call to report it, their response- you are out of warranty.
Questioned how this is out of warranty as their policy is 1 year and this was replaced only 9 months ago.
“Customer Service Agent” on the phone gave instant attitude explaining that as our table was only repaired and the warranty starts when product was first purchased.
I tried to explain that the top was replaced NOT repaired so this should still be covered, side note, it is only 1 month out of its original warranty from purchase date, still was not willing to help at all, was told I can speak to someone else, but they will not do anything.
So, I asked to speak with a manager, once holding for a manager, was then told a manager will get back to me in 48 hours.
Spoke to said manager, they then asked for pictures which I emailed instantly.
I had no reply for 5 days.
Their email reply- “Thank you for reaching out. This e-mail is no longer active”
Not sure what they are trying to pull here, but clearly an unfortunate situation which involves pushy sales staff selling an overpriced cheaply built product.
Feel free to shop here if you’re looking for a headache and disappointment.
I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I went across the city to pick up my stools at the Ashley warehouse.one of the stools given to me was an obvious return with a damaged box and the hardware required to put it together is only half there.

The stool seat itself is also scratched, the box had holes in it and the hardware bag was open, so not a surprise most of bolts and washers are missing. I need to have this rectified ASAP.

Edit to reply to below response from Ashley:

I already have spoken with your guest care which was so disappointing. They told me I have to let you keep 25% of the cost if I want to return this or await sending new parts. Not acceptable as I want a full return and bought these stools for immediate need. Also, Quality is not as expected, which you can only tell once received. I await call back from my escalated inquiry.

I placed my order in September for my sectional and I am still waiting on 2 other pieces to arrive in the warehouse. I had the wedge section and the small armless section delivered last Friday in the meantime. Delivery process was great though! I appreciated the text notification that the drivers were 15 mins away and it allowed me to track where the delivery truck was. The three gentlemen were fast and efficient and were careful of hauling the items in. Looking forward to my other two pieces to arrive.

Awful experience today unfortunately. Lovely furniture at this location with great prices. But we couldn't get a moment to even contemplate what exactly we were interested in without a pushy salesperson being in our face. We just left because it wasn't worth the headache. It's too bad that they go with the obvious commission sales technique, because they definitely would have had two new happy customers today if they would have just let us shop and discuss our purchase without so many interruptions

Deceptive and fraudulent sales tactics. Quotes you one price. Then at time of payment will try to get you to pay as quick as possible without seeing cost breakdown unless you ask.

Price is then changed with no explanation, $250-$300 more vs the initial quote.asked why the price change, the response was- "the initial quote was just an example" from the first sales person.

2nd salesman tells me "nice catch, our head office has different prices"

I was then offered $100 off, still above initial quote, I agree'd to it, they then said they can't honour that, after offering it, trying to get me to leave the store asap and that "head office will email me"

There's tons of other furniture stores in the city, go somewhere else.

On December 26,2019, we visited Ashley Home store located at 99th Street South Common Edmonton to purchase a sofa for $2000 on sale. We liked the product in question and purchase the product after the salesman provided more details on the product quality. Later on, the business was notified through guest care service department about the inferior product quality and dis-satisfaction approximately within the 6 months of the purchase of the product. The technician inspection was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Then eventually the technician came to inspect the product and recommended to replace the cushions. The replacement cushions were sent after couple of weeks. Unfortunately, the replacement cushions did not resolve the problem of sinking rather it added one more issue, the cushions width was greater and did not fit into the framework. I reached out again to the business and requested to please resolve the issue. The business sent a technician again for inspection. The second time, the technician put some polyester to the top portion of the sofa but did not address the root cause of the problem. I notified the business again and humbly requested to resolve this issue for us. The business representative responded that it is manufacturer issue and that they do not consider it a defect. Finally, the business suggested that I need high density cushions which will cost me $75/cushion. I asked the question, "why did you not replace the cushions with these high density cushions after first inspection? " There was no satisfactory answer. Then I went to the store and meet the store manager and explained the whole situation. After few back & forth visits, the store manager agreed that he will provide high density cushions at no cost. I have to visit the store almost weekly to resolve the issue and few months has passed but the issue remained unresolved. The business failed to meet the specifications requirements of the product which was displayed on December 26,2019 during the purchase time. Finally I book a phone call with the company upper level manager but the issue remained unresolved. The Senior manager refused too, even though I offered to pay 50% of the cost. She even refused to send me a technician if I have to pay in full for the cushions. The senior manager argued that I did not purchase the extended warranty therefore the business can not help me. The reason for writing this review is to inform fellow Edmontonians to do their due diligence and homework before dealing with a business as such so you don't suffer as I have for the last 2 years.

Do not buy furniture from here. We bought a large amount of furniture and it was all delivered late (with no notice from the company) and damaged/broken (except one small item). Yes, nearly all of it was damaged. It's clear that quality is not something that Ashley prides itself on. Getting the damaged items replaced and repaired is also a struggle because the company's service department is chronically understaffed. They take days or weeks to respond to requests and it will be months before the furniture is replaced or repaired. It's already been a month and they haven't even sent someone out to see it yet. Ashley is all about making the sale and doesn't care after they have your money. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

Company dodges their warranty responsibility and lied about their product to make a sale. Been six months now while I wait for a new piece to a bed frame that snapped. I was told it was real wood however real wood doesn't splitter exposing STAPLES holding it together. This company is a joke to deal with. They refuse to reimbursement, a new frame, or a new frame of the same value.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I bought a sofa and love seat from Priyanka in JUNE! She assured me that it would arrive by august 12, I called her in august she said, oh don’t worry it will be here on august 24th, called her on the 24th and she changed her story and said, oh it looks like it’ll arrive in OCTOBER! I asked why didn’t she warn me or give me this date when I purchased it, instead at that time she was making fun of stores like Leon’s and TheBrick claiming they take up to 2 months and here I am 4 months later and still without my order! Their messed up system gave MY ORDER to someone else and now they’re claiming it’ll arrive in October! My husband and my baby and I are sitting on the floor, I’ve called them more than 10 times and last time she said “do not worry it will come next week”, sure enough still not here. I have never dealt with such lying, incompetent customer service, they won’t even cancel my order because every time I sAy to cancel, they give me another false date! How is this even okay for a company to do? Please stay away from

Couch was supposed to be here in 4-6 weeks. Three quarters of it shows up 9 weeks in despite us saying we didn't want a split order. Then the next part is supposed to come first of September. Guess what? Now it's supposed to come late September.

Also the quality of the couch is garbage and I've attached pictures to confirm the same. My child scraped their shin playing next to the couch and was bleeding. That's how we found out there were staples coming out of it everywhere in the front! I started an online warranty claim several days ago and still haven't heard back. Due to the injury to my child we are planning to meet with a lawyer if they don't sort this out immediately. That's why you get for $4000

people don't want to get dirty. We bought a rug and it's a display model. Because it's a Saturday, they don't have staff to pack it. So, we had to take it just rolled up and still dirty. Not even vacuumed. It's discounted because it's a display model, not because it's filthy. They should at least vacuumed it. But I guess they are too good to do that.

Me and my wife went in looking for bar stools, was greeted by Rocky. Was supper friendly and new his product. To make a long story short we came out with 3 bar stools and a brand new leather sofa, coffee table end table and leather lounge chair. Prices where really good, so instead of waiting we just purchased it all at once. Early X mass present to us! Lol.

Excellent furniture and extremely helpful staff. We wanted a dining table for our house and were looking at various other stores in the market. Finally, we decided to go ahead with ashley in South Edmonton common. Their salesperson Gurshran Kullar helped us to find the right product. He was unlike other salesperson. He was patient, had detailed knowledge of the products, showed us all the tables which were available in the store as well as on their website according to our needs. I would highly recommend him if you decide on buying any furniture from Ashley.

Purchased a new bedroom set, mattress and mattress protector in January. We were told that the mattress had a 10 year warranty on it as long as we had the mattress protector on it. The warranty covered pet urine. Our cat had an accident and accidently peed on the bed as he was too scared of a dog that we had visiting to use his litter box, he unfortunately used our bed as his litter box. Called Ashley Homestore to see what the options were. They sent someone to clean our bed. They will not honor their warranty on the mattress protector nor will they honor the warranty on the mattress. It is not even a year old and i'm out over $1,500.00. They are completely useless and I do not recommend shopping there. Take your business elsewhere.

Went into the store in April, found and fell in LOVE with one the sofas. Sales person said that it was available but it won't be delivered until May. End of May was approaching and hadn't heard from them to schedule a delivery date. Called and was told that it actually wasn't in stock and won't be available until June 5th. June 5th came and went, updated until the 10th, then the 18th and now the 25th. I don't understand why they are having sales on furniture that they don't even have in stock. They keep telling me that it's because of Covid, but I'm starting to think I'm never going to get it. I just want my sofa!

Update! I finally got my sofa, a little suspicious that I received it so quickly after I gave them a bad review. Also don't bother emailng the address they keep responding with, they don't respond. The delivery guys were great but I think it's ridiculous that you have to spend a minimum of $99 to get the furniture delivered into your house. Hesitant to buy from them again.

After having 3 separate deliveries that were nightmares, Dwayne was a delight and exactly what you expect from the "Ashley experience".
His co-worker hardly did a thing, and didn't even smile or speak to me the entire time; just like the previous 2 disappointing delivery experiences.
Dwayne single handily turned our experience with Ashley Furniture into a pleasure that ended on a high note. Thank you!

More importantly he was kind and considerate even when my husband was being a ruthless negotiator. Bikram held his own. Still waiting for part of our sectional. It’s been five months. Don’t get fooled by the salesperson into getting partial delivery. Because then you’re stuck with the purchase. If you insist on waiting until everything can be delivered, you will be able to cancel the order. Otherwise you’re stuck waiting, dealing with rude staff, and still waiting. We will NEVER order from Ashley Furniture again! This company is slimely.

Purchasing furniture was fine but delivery and communication was terrible. Delivery first almost showed up a week before I requested. Later Showed up without my mattress, headboard and coffee table but no one relayed that information back to the store because when I called they had no idea. Had to call again to get my mattress to come this month. Have to wait for next month to get the rest of the order

We thought that we had made a great buy. We bought a leather sofa and loveseat for a good price. When i got home, i brought the set up on Ashley's website to show family. We find out its not leather but faux leather. When i contacted the sales person, they tried to tell me it was leather. Their sales people either don't know what they're selling or are trying to take customers for a ride. Not impressed.

Don’t buy from this store. I recently had a bed set delivered and the headboard is damaged. When I reported the peeling paint, scratches, chipped wood I was ignored. I asked the men that delivered it to take it back they refused. I emailed photos of the damage but received no response. When I called their guest care they assured me someone would be calling and emailing me but it’s been 2 weeks and still no response. The bed frame, headboard, footboard and rails cost $1700 and the headboard looks like it is used and was purchased at a garage sale. One person I spoke to said it will take 2 to 4 weeks to have a technician come to my home at which time he will repair it. I don’t want it repaired. I want the new piece I paid for.

I had amazing customer service. When I told Nav what I was looking for and she took me right to the couch that was a perfect fit for me and my family! Nav was like talking to a friend. The couch is beyond comfortable and a get fit for the room I was putting it in. I couldn’t be happier.

We purchased a dinning table set in Mar 2021 from Ashley South Common Location and it's June 16,2021 today and we still haven't received 2 captain chairs that were part of dining set. When we purchased the dinning set we paid in full and we were told the captain chairs will arrive in late April as they are slow on shipment due to Covid. We waited for April which is fine but since then we have following up on our order and it keep pushing from one week to another. Earlier we were told it will arrive in 2nd week of May then it got pushed to end of May. I went to store last week to get an update and we were told it is schedule to be in warehouse on June 13th so we were all excited that chairs are finally coming but again I went to store yesterday to follow up and now the staff told me they are expected to arrive end of June. This is really frustrating that a big furniture store like Ashley cannot commit to a single delivery date. I will be hesitant to make any future purchase for furniture that has partial backorder because you could be waiting for months before receive it and enjoy it even though you paid in full. Also, there is no option to select another set. All you can do is WAIT in hope one day you will receive your order. Not happy!

My partner and I purchased a sectional from here a couple of weeks ago. We got a notification that it was set to deliver this Tuesday, but the delivery service did not give a time window until the day before. Once it arrived, the delivery person noticed after bringing all the parts up that the chaise portion was correct, but not the sofa. He then unpackaged the chaise and left it here, saying that the store we purchased it from will be in contact ASAP. On Wednesday, we still did not hear back and are left with half a sectional so we decided to call them directly. We were told that it was really strange and they don’t know how that would have happened, but said they would have to call us back. It is now Friday and we have yet to hear from them and are left with an incomplete sectional. It would have been better if the delivery-person would have taken back the chaise portion so we could have kept our old couch while they sort this out, but he made it clear that taking it back would he a big inconvenience. It is frustrating that no-one seems to know how to handle this situation. If you are looking for new furniture, I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

Great customer service and very easy to work with. They matched a great sale price I had found at a competitors. They also offer “white glove delivery” where they assemble the items, which will be very helpful during a hectic weekend move. The sales agent, Nav was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Out of all the furnitures stores I’ve shopped at she was the best salesperson I’ve dealt with.

The website was very easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. The check out was efficient as well. I have dealt with Ashley earlier and had good experiences so am happy to say that the level of service has been maintained.

Delivery delay after delay. Trying to get some help from guest care is useless they refer you to the store and the store refer you to guest care. Guest care can't contact the manager directly and they don't follow up you have to constantly call and explain again. The store itself didn't say anything about 8-10 weeks wait (mine was way over that) or the restocking fee and annulation fee. I ordered online so if I don't like the product I don't want to be charged 25% restocking fee. At least in the end I was happy with the product and the quality but the service was completely ridiculous this time around.

Great services till you realized they completely screwed you and didn't listen to you at all in the sale process. Now I am paying 11000 in one payment. Because she didn't hear me tell her 20 times I can't make one big payment because I just purchased a home. The only reason I would go back is to get even so ill just stay far away.

Last year i bought furniture and beds and sofa from this store $13 k, so this year also i order rocking recliner jauary-2-2021 and same day i pay from my credit card they took my payment also, but still now i didn't receive my recliner today date is june-03-2021, i call and text the sales person so many time he said this month or next month always but finally he said i will get delivry may-29-2021 but still now i didn't my order, he is name is BIKRAM, i spoke to bikram yestarday he said i will get delivery on june-12-2021, still i m waiting on it almsot i make it payment 6 month ago,

Very very poor service. No managers available. No one woth proper information. Attemped to switch our tested defective mattress and the service was awful. Anna the administrator was very rude and unprofessional. Nobody had any answer. An in the end. She tried to charge me more. Instead of honoring the original price. They tried to.give us a gift card then charge me and extra 120 on top of the original price.

Not only will I be speaking with head office. But we were ready to purchase a new sofa and couch. My wife decide Leon's or.the brick is a better option. Highly recommend not purchasing from this store.

Great place to buy furniture, offering lots of variety, very aggressive pricing model with great delivery and financing option. The store has excellent staff, Maulik Raval in particular who understood our needs, worked within our budget and gave great options. I would highly recommend this store in comparison to most others in Edmonton, and I have visited lots ️️

Found the couch we had been waiting for after looking everywhere else. Muhammad was a really patient sales person and made sure to help us get everything we wanted. Whole store stayed open an hour and a half late until we were done. Awesome job!

This place did not tell us about a 48 hour policy in which they have taken nearly $1000 from us. Service didnt care to see we were never told about the policy. Service is bad and in sufficient. We have now been charged with 10% cancelation fee. I do not reccomend ever coming here, spend your money elsewhere.

Disappointed with Ashley Furniture. We have had ongoing issues since August and it's now November with the products and services. Instead of letting us walk away peacefully, we are trapped to keep the items we bought and deal with all the "repair" work to brand new furniture. The delivery people didn't have their tools each time they came and asked my neighbors to borrow the tools. How unprofessional! On top of that, they stood on my furniture instead of bringing a step stool or ladder. I mean there are way too many examples. I have already shared this with customer service but there is no solution. A few sorries but nothing more than that which is not genuine. I highly recommend avoiding them and unless they would give us an out or stand behind their commitments, I will never support this store. Think many times. I'd rather pay more than go back here again!

Walked into the store, met Virginia and she asked us what we were looking for, she found us exactly what we needed, less than budget so we could afford to not only buy our adult children new high quality, affordable bed frames and matresses but a desperately needed new mattress for ourselves! The whole experience was excellent and I can't wait for delivery and set up so we can finally have that great night sleep we have been missing!

I bought 2 sofas from this store. The sales associate told me that this sofa is the best. After a few months, My son who was 12 years old at that time, sat on one of the sofas and it was broken. I called customer service, they sent me a technician. I asked for replacement but the company did not accept. The technician repaired the broken one, but after 3 months, that sofa was broken again. Although the company repaired it again but I was so disappointing for buying a product from Ashley. Never buy any thing from Ashley again.

Do not buy any furniture from Ashley! I bought my couch about two months ago and it is already falling apart. My husband and I spent well over $2000 dollars, and for that price it should be high quality. However, that is not the case, it is already creaking on the arm rest, staples are coming undone underneath, the armrest padding is shifting and bunching, the seems on the cushions are coming undone, the cushions for the back of the couch are slowly becoming lifeless and bunched up. I could go on and on about the quality of this couch but I think I said enough. Also, BUYERS BEWARE, ASHLEY FURNITURE'S WARRANTY IS A JOKE! We have a technician coming next week, and from my understanding they will just put a band aid on this horribly made couch, and most likely not replace the couch. The reason I am writing this review is to help someone who is thinking of buying from this establishment, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Just an FYI, I had a $500 couch from Leons that held up much longer then the overly priced piece of garbage I purchased from ASHLEY.

Bad experience. We purchased a dining set, box springs, matresses, bar stools, sofa and loveseat on the 2nd week of August. September 27th, I received a call informing me that the bar stools, loveseat and sofa were not in stock and won't be able to ship them until 2nd week of October. When we purchased them on August, we were told that everything were in stock and all will be delivered right in time on our moving date. We went to their store, cancelled the loveseat, sofa and bar stools. We purchased a different one to replace those that were not in stock. We thought everything is settled but the matress and box spring we received got a little rip and two of the dining chairs' back leg was broken, like it has crack on the leg. So we reported them to their guest care, the box spring and matress were replaced but the chair's leg, they said would need to be ordered from the manufacturer and would take up to one month before they would be able to receive that part. So it's more than a month already and still not fixed. They called me a week ago, they said they will be receiving the part to their warehouse on October 31st but I haven't received a call up to this moment.

Edit: I received my couch the following week, after having made an arrangement with them. The couch arrived just when they said it would, and the deliverymen did a great job getting it in and set up for me. We came to a very fair arrangement regarding the delivery and compensation for having not met their initial commitment, so honestly I have to say that I'm very satisfied with how everything turned out in the end. In the end, I got a very nice new couch, delivered and in my living room within about a week of when I bought it, at a very good price. My only knock is that when unforeseen circumstances arose, it took a couple days to get alternative arrangements made. But overall, I have to say that my experience was a good one and I'd shop there again.

Nice furniture, but serious problems with customer service. We bought a couch, and we paid for the delivery service. We got a call the day of the delivery telling us that they wouldn't be delivering it that day, and they'd call us the next day to make arrangements. They didn't call, so I have no idea when they're going to try and deliver my couch. The eighty dollars that I paid them for a Saturday delivery? Who knows? Ever since I gave them the money, they haven't been able to live up to their commitments to me. Very disappointed.

I have been waiting for the store to deliver a couch I bought as the first one was delivered damaged and did not even make it into the house. They now delivered one and damaged the heck out of the couch putting it in my basement along with actually ripping the leather again, wrecking walls (which I was given no choice to sign) breaking a light, casing around the door. This is the white glove service I paid for? What is white glove service, wow never again. I am now waiting for parts to come in and asked to talk to senior management to talk to them about what has happenned as I wanted to some to listen above just the customer care people and was told there was no one. What is that? You don't have senior management to help in situations like this? I bought two couches of good cost and this is how I get treated. No legs for the couch were delivered so we cannot even sit on the ripped couch. This is the worst I have seen in a long time in regards to customer care and if I treated my clients this way, we would have no clients at my place of business. I would like someone in upper management to contact me immediately.

We just bought a over 10 000 dollars worth furniture at south common in Edmonton. Our 4000 dollar sectional broke when someone sat on it for the first time. It took a full month to get repaired. Come home today to find another part of the sectional broken from delivery guys. I calls the store they said another week before they can inspect it than they decide if it needs repair. The service is horrible they sell us on best quality work on the market it's all garbage. They take ur money than leave you out to dry. I would recommend to go any where else but ashley home furniture, find beer product in a garbage/recycling place. Save your money everyone it's not worth it.

We purchased a dining table and chairs and one dining chair came with a snag on the fabric. We also purchased a server to match the table and it came damaged (the drawers would not close flush and the one door hinge was broken right off). We were forced into their product repair processes for these which takes weeks/months to get things resolved (originally purchased July 27,2018). Apparently we had not learned enough of a lesson and we purchased a love seat, chair, 2 end tables, and a coffee table. It was delivered today, and guess what, the tables were scratched and one even had a chip out of it! Nothing comes wrapped or in any type of packaging to protect it. They deliver almost everything damaged! Appended is an example of how they deliver their products.

ZERO STARS! We ordered a dining table set and the table that was delivered at home had couple of marks on it. One of these marks is so dominant that it looks like we got a second hand piece. I sent pictures to customer service and they came to have a look, all they have to say is " It is a rustic finish"! Excuse me? The one in the store had no such marks and the sales guy never told us to expect anything like this. And yes they have closed our complaint and we have to see that mark everyday and remember the worst experience ever! I had to order 2 more chairs from this store but will NOT do now.
