Bought a 2022 $110,000 diesel truck, was charged $100 to diagnose a break squeak, truck doesn’t even have 60,000km yet. Unreal. (Thank you for the response aspen ford- however I was able to make it to my home dealer Melody ford, they were just as shocked as me that you guys charged me $100 for a break inspection when it should of been included in the $500 service that I was booked in for, very poor customer service on your end, gladly enough Melody ford will make it right.
If your in the market for a new ford heavy duty diesel Melody ford is 100% when it comes to customer service they will look after you even after you buy the truck. Melody ford only place to go!

Bought a mustang from here. Was surprised at how messy the shop was for a ford dealership. Had some small issues after I bought the car they seemed to give me the run around on it not super helpful there. The buying experience was good carter was good to deal with. Overall decent sale experience.

The sales team and management are lovely. However the service team hasn’t been overly helpful. I took my car to them because it needed a new clutch. Known issue with Ford focus. They brought it in and checked it out. Charged me over $300 to tell me it needs a new clutch. I decided I would fix it. $2600 and it was done. Then I noticed my horn no longer worked by fob or inside the car. I took it back as it obviously happened when the clutch was done. After looking at it they said it needs a new horn. I asked why. They said because water must have gotten into the plug. $75 just for that and another $200 to fix the issue. I won’t be back. Less than satisfied. ***Update on my review. Funny story. All that was wrong…the fuse was loose. The horn works now and I didn’t need the $200 plug that the service department told me I would!

Mike in the service team literally saved my day (and my car). I drove from Calgary for work and my car died. I called for help and Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. After assisting over the phone, he kindly arranged to send one of his drivers to lend me a hand (driver with a warm smile, sorry I didn't get your name). Seriously the best service and kindness I've ever seen at any dealership. I highly recommend their team! Thank you!

Great Buying Experience Here. My experience in buying a preowned car at Aspen Ford Sales was excellent. Even though I live almost an hour away from Stettler, Jeff in sales made it easy for me to get information, negotiate a fair price, and place a deposit on the vehicle - and the price was the best I could find after extensively researching the best value I could find in Alberta. When I, my wife, and 5 year old son arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff and even popcorn which our little one loved. The car was nicely detailed and ready for us to test drive - thanks John! During the process of test driving the car, talking to staff, and completing paperwork we never felt pressured in anyway. Rob and his entire team actually helped us feel quite at home (which was a unique experience for us coming from the "big city"). On a final note, the dealership building seemed new, and was bright and open with lots of windows - very comfortable. So for all these reasons I would recommend Aspen Ford Sales to friends, family, and anyone else in the market for a vehicle. Tony

Took my F150 in to find the problem with the heater. Cory pinpointed the cause. Jonah arranged a loaner and two days later the truck was fixed. Koodos to Cory and Jonah.

Tried to have a conversation with the service writer while the folks he was visiting with kept interrupting. Everything that I take for work at Aspen is multiple visits to get right.

First tinw i went here, and induction coil in my car had burnt out while on my way home. They has me back on the road within a couple of hours. I decided to have them do the transmission service on my car too, and it's running beautifully.

So to start I have been looking for a certain truck I am from Ontario and I have always been told the truck I’m looking for doesn’t exist John went above and beyond found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible pace unfortunately he was not able to secure that truck but pointed me in the right direction to secure my dream truck with everything I’ve been looking for kept in constant contact and even tried to upfit another truck with the one option missing to make sure I get the right truck to say they put the customer first is an understatement I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle and want to personally thank John for his help securing my new truck

My husband and I broke down close to Big Valley in early June, 2020 called up closest Ford dealer and to our good fortune Aspen Ford in Stettler was where AMA delivered our truck. The service manager Mark was outstanding in his knowledge and understanding. The mechanic Tanner was A1. The whole staff on this day were great people. Had us on our way in no time flat and reasonably priced as about 6 years ago had same hose come off and were charged twice as much in Rocky.

I have been bringing my vehicle in for servicing since I got my first vehicle and As a young girl, I have always felt comfortable bringing in my vehicle in for servicing. I highly recommend Aspen ford!

They charged me almost $300 to do nothing more than confirm that my U-joint was gone. I told them that before the truck went in. 2 hours of work to confirm the problem and do nothing. They offered me money back or a free service I decided on the money then they said they couldn't do that. I have no faith in my supposed lifetime drivetrain warranty. They also wanted over $500 to change three U-joints. They could have done that in that 2 hour service that they charged me for already. I had it done at a different place for $50 and I brought my own U-joints. The total job was under $200
Then later today resort to name-calling and giving my company the same rating. I admit I didn't do the job, but I did not send them a bill.
This is an extremely childish way to act. You guys at Ford could have upheld the $100 offer that you gave me when I originally expressed my discontent.

The absolute best ford dealership in Alberta, an owner that cares about his clients and who holds his staff to a higher quality level than i have ever seen. Worth the drive if you live in Red Deer!

I’ve been to a few dealers looking at buying my first vehicle an the sale’s person we had was beyond amazing! The whole team at the store was amazing it didn’t feel like a dealer ship no one was pushy an all very honestly an helpful. Very happy with the service I got am glad I bough my first suv at this store. Also got my truck serviced for an oil change an the lady that did the service on my truck was awesome she found stuff that another ford dealship didn’t do an fixed it, i was very pleased an happy.
