Got my wisdom teeth removed and everything went fine

but they threw away my wisdom teeth while I was unconscious which I wanted to keep after, Even 5 minutes after leaving the office my mom called to ask about them and they said they were unwilling to grab them, so pretty disappointing

I have been beyond pleased with the excellent care I have received at Aspen Trails, Dr Bennett and his staff are kind & gentle and have taken years of dental fears away. I highly recommend this dental office!

My appointment was on time and my dental assist, Katie was extremely helpful with any and all questions I had with my appointment which consisted of two crowns… my family and I have been going to Aspen Trails Dental for over 12 plus years. This is the most amazing dental place ever! My husband, me and my 5 kids all just had our first visit there and all of the staff were so wonderful! The office staff were so accommodating and worked hard to fit us all in, the office manager went above and beyond to process things through my insurance and the dentist and dental hygienist gave such amazing care and treatment. They were gentle, kind and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a new dental office? I highly recommend Aspen Trails dental office.

Thrilled with the entire team at Aspen Trails Dental. I had an appointment tonight and they went above and beyond. Lindsay, the dental hygienist was so kind, and the receptionist Mary was fab as well. Dr Jon saw me and made me feel welcome from the start, he was tied up at first and couldn’t see me so his assistant ran back to tell me why he was tied up and to apologize. I’ve never experienced that before at a dentist office. I have screws and fillings that have turned blackish (or black outright) and though I have no cavities, Dr Jon reassured me directly we could get rid of all of that cosmetically and give me that confidence back. This has bugged me for a long time and I was nervous they would say nothing could be done, but he was so great about it! I’ve now booked my kids in and I look forward to going back. Thank you Aspen Trails Dental for a warm and inviting visit.

Worst customer service ever that I've dealt with. Double charging for stuff that was already paid for with other exams I got done. I'm guessing insurance companies just pay whether clinic bills them for and client don't even know, as it's not coming from their pocket so I am guessing they don't bother to ask. But I always pay from my own pocket & I found their billing to be charging me double. Hence, I asked to clarify the charges, their explanation didn't add up or justified at all and when I asked the charges to be fixed according to what I asked for. I did not just get pushback they literally tried to call security and said that I'm belittling their staff by my raising my voice. Which is funny & ironic, considering my throat is in recovery & I've consistent jaw pain. Therefore, I can't even talk much let alone talk loudly or yell. Plus It takes a lot of strength out of me to get myself to yell. Not to mention they literally just examined and confirmed all this. I guess they only need customers with insurance who don't bother to question their billing. But I'm still going to give 2 star rather than 0 (if I could) cos the dentist I've always dealt with is amazing & friendly. Thus, it sucks that I would have to look for another dentist due to this dental clinic's way of treating people when they got caught wrongfully charging.

Best Dental ever. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service is top notch. Couldn’t ask for better service from checkups to root canals. Highly recommend.

We have lived in various parts of Canada over the years and always been fortunate to have good dentists. However, the past 12 years at Aspen Trails have been exceptional.
This is the BEST dental office we have had. Dr. Brent Chizen and his staff are excellent; professional, friendly and make a visit to the dentist a comfortable experience.
We would recommend them to everyone.

I had a fantastic cleaning last night. The lovely Hygienist was named Kristen. She went above and beyond. She was extremely careful doing the scaling and asked me multiple times about sensitivity. I appreciate the extra time she took. Courtney Aube is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is very gentle and extremely talented at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

What a day my husband had! After lunch he started getting a tooth ache that then turned into a constant throbbing pain. No over the counter medication would ever come close to getting rid of that level of pain. He told me a tooth was loose and it needed to be extracted. I believed him, the pain on his face said it all! Anyone who has ever had this happen to them knows that time is of the essence to get to the Dentist. We do not have a family dentist so I called to see if any clinics had an opening for today. We lucked out at Aspen Trails. They just happened to have a cancellation a few minutes before I called. We got there within 30 mintues. We were immediately greeted by Emma, and she took us in right away. She said I could complete the paper work while she got working on him. Then Dr. Courtney Aube came in and gave my husband a warm welcome too. Soon they were speaking French together. The doctor told him that the tooth had to come out. Everything went smooth; the painless extraction was successful! He was so happy to be out of the gripping pain. My husband is the kind of guy that likes to joke around and we were happy to have the banter with both Dr. Aube and Emma. It helped us stay relaxed throughout the procedure. We could tell that they loved their jobs, helping people and knew what was needed in this emergency situation.

Thank you to Jessica who took the call and made this happen for us today. We now have a new family dentist in the Park!

I finally met the dentist he was super friendly and kind! I usually am terrified of going to the dentist but not too this place they make you feel comfortable from start too finish! I came here for the first time 2 years ago for a root canal and wow, all I have to say is wow. The staff is absolutely AMAZING. My dentist, and hygienist are so amazing. They knew how scared I was of the dentist, how terrified I am of needles and they made me feel so comfortable. I just came back for a check up, cleaning and 2 fillings and they were once again absolutely amazing. Made me feel so good and comfortable. I recommend them 120%! Thank you guys so much for everything and being so kind.

I was shaking in my shoes before my root canal and i had the most painless and professional experience ever. Dr. Chizen is very knowledgeable and focused on the task at hand. He is meticulous about his work. He asks how you are often during the procedure. I am very satisfied with him and his staff.
