I had team 7 come and clean my house today and they did an amazing job. I am so pleased and impressed with the quality of the job. They were so efficient in making sure all the jobs were done in the time indicated. They did such an amazing job cleaning my home. I am so happy with the service today and thanks again team 7 for today and future jobs! Exceeded my expectations and would 100% recommend this service to anyone!

I had Aspen Clean team 1 in yesterday and the results were wonderful. The team was professional, polite, efficient, and thorough. I don't often treat myself to a professional house clean, and I was so glad that Aspen delivered as promised.
They are not the cheapest option in Calgary, but the quality is certainly there. Thanks!

We had Aspen Clean, Team 3 come and clean our house yesterday and the results were fantastic! They were very communicative and showed up on time for the cleaning, and showed an extremely high level of attention to detail in their work. We were very impressed by how fast and efficient they were, and by the end product! Our house has literally never been cleaned and we will definitely be using Aspen Clean Team 3 again in the future!

They were on time and very professional but when I came back the floors were wet so you new they had been washed and yet I could still see paw prints from my cat. I expected way better for the 400$+ I was paying.

My house was a disaster! Team 6 came today (at the very beginning of my one hour window!) and completely fixed that. The team was quick, thorough, and so lovely! Amazing value for money. Will absolutely use them again - and recommend the same team!:)

We had our initial clean on Saturday with Team 7 who were professional, so warm and very efficient. I would recommend Aspen Cleaning to anyone - what a great experience we've had. We're now regular customers!

Great work for our Move-Out clean. Left us feeling confident the new homeowners are moving into a clean house. Team 5 was fantastic!

This was our first clean in our new build. After moving things around and still having lot of outside work being done, our house just seemed to always be dusty and hard to get on top of things. Coming home to such a clean and fresh smelling home was wonderful! Thank you so much Aspen clean we are looking forward to our regular cleaning days. What a treat and stress reliever.

Setup my 1st cleaning with Aspen cleaning and was very pleased with the quality of work that Team 1 did. Felt great to come home to nice and clean house including general tidying.

I've used Aspen clean for bi-monthly cleanings for about a year. They are reliable and provide consistently excellent cleaning service regardless of the tidiness of our home (3 kids: not everything gets put away every time). The team is friendly and efficient. We will certainly continue using Aspen clean.

Hired Aspen Clean for a deep clean of our home yesterday, as baby is due any day now and we wanted a nice clean to start off that journey.

Also, being 9 months pregnant doesn't make cleaning easy or safe in some circumstances to really access certain areas. For reference, our home is a single-level bungalow with basement, approx 1200 square feet. We were quoted $441.00 at the outset, which we were willing to pay for a good and deep clean.

Had high hopes based on reviews but was left with a sub-standard clean, and just as painful customer service afterwards.

While the bathrooms were done fairly well, there were several areas that were not addressed.

Not done:
- Sanitizing door knobs/handles as specifically requested
- Couldn't be bothered to move some wires under the desk to actually get the dirt and debris
- Broke/ lost piece to curtain rod when supposedly cleaning downstairs windows, rendering it unusable. (Window sills still full of dust so not sure what was actually cleaned here)
- Kitchen island not wiped down, same for almost all non-bathroom services upstairs and down (TV, countertops, table tops, nightstands - all left dusty)
- Didn't vacuum around the exercise bike at all (see dust bunny in photos)
- Floors still felt dirty and had visible debris present from before we left the house that day.
- Brown product ground into upstairs bathroom tile that was not there before, which I had to wipe up myself.
- Did not take garbages out to back alley as specified, left them out in our backyard in the rain where they got soaked.

I sent an email to their "customer care" team shortly after arriving home, and after several communications back and forth, the best they could offer was 10% off for me to basically re-clean most parts of my house again, and it was a fight for them to eventually agree to replace the curtain rod - which was left on the bed with no note, phone call, email or explanation of what happened.

They had offered for another "better" team to come back and re-do the clean the next day, which would be pointless as I had to do this all myself already when I got home. But they seem to be aware that they have several teams that do better jobs than other ones, so I guess just hope you get a good one if you hire this company?

Oh and they still charged my credit card the full cost of the clean while we were still discussing the price adjustment. This was remedied only after I sent an email informing them that this was unacceptable.

Was left with a stressful experience and extra work to do, when this was supposed to provide the opposite effects.

Consumer beware.

A huge thank you to AspenClean for a spectacular move out clean. The team did a fantastic job, even went above and beyond by cleaning some mirrors I had taken down but yet to pack. I arrived home shortly before they left and the team was so lovely in person, asked me if everything was to my satisfaction or if I wanted anything touched up. 100% would use them again!

We all go through ruts in our life, and I am no stranger to that. Unfortunately, my home environment got out of hand and I was not in a position to put energy into my home. I am beyond thankful for AspenClean and their services. They were timely with their responses, and kind. The group of cleaners that were sent to my home respected my space regardless of the mess, and left it spotless after a thorough clean. My expectations were completely exceeded and I will be sure to use their services again!
