I recently visited Aspire Physiotherapy and had an amazing experience. The team members were dedicated to improve my well-being and making sure that I had the knowledge on how to prevent injury. I had lower back pain and hip pain, they used dry needling, cupping, shock wave therapy, and heat and TENS to improve the pain I was feeling. The facility is clean and well equipped, creating a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Aspire Physiotherapy for anyone who is looking for a caring and efficient physiotherapy service.

My husband and I both had the opportunity of working with Troy at Aspire Physiotherapy! Personally, Troy and his assistant Andy were able to help with my lower back injury. They provided professional knowledge about my injury and exercises to help at home. They also used TENS, dry needling, cupping and soft tissue massage to help with my injury. Overall, I highly recommend Troy and Aspire Physiotherapy!

We visited the clinic for my son's injury from basketball. We had a really great informative session where they took time for assesing the damage, did some remedial work, and recommended very useful exercises. They didn't rush anything, Troy and his assistant were really great. My son is feeling much better, highly recommend.

Dr Simon and Harman Sekhon, they both are really professional, near to perfect in their own world of sphere.

I'm thankful that I stumbled upon this place. The staff in the front are kind and understanding, and always remember everyones name.

I've personally never had such a positive expirence with a chiropractor as I have with Dr. McFarlane. He asks the right questions, adjusts well, and not only that but he does muscle work. He sends me home with excersizes and always follows up. It feels that he genuinely cares about my progression.

Aman, the owner, is a patient, knowledgable physiotherapist who also is extremly diligent at continuily training his staff to confirm that everyone at his clinic is reciving the same high level standard that he provides. He listens and works on what you need and doesnt just throw tens on you.

The massage therapist Harmon is gentle yet effective and also sends me home with stretches to help with the tough spots.

All in all this is one of the most professional and effective places that ive been to and ive been to quite alot of places for my recurring injuries.

Troy worked with my hamstring/lower back injury and was quickly able to resolve the pain with multiple methods like dry needling and a TENS machine. He also provided multiple stretches to perform at home which helped tremendously.

The front end staff at Aspire Physio are professional, efficient and helpful. I was injured in an accident and have been seeing Harman for massage. She gives the most fluid and exceptional massage that I have ever had! Harman is an excellent communicator and has been able to explain what is happening to my body and advise me during this past acute sciatica episode. Harman definitely knows anatomy and is able to explain the effects of injury and how stretching and massage aid in recovery. Harman is an encourager and provides hope when one needs it most after injury. Thank you Harman for your commitment and dedication in being an amazing massage therapist!

Dr. McFarlane and his team at Aspire Physiotherapy go above and beyond your expectations. It's starts with the staff at the front, Hailey and Team do a great job of getting you checked in and settled prior to seeing Dr. McFarlane. Dr. McFarlane is very thorough in his examination and asks questions to fully understand what you have and need, and starts helping you on the first visit. He is very knowledgeable, patient and offers modern techniques to help you get better faster.

I had chronic knee and shoulder pain and massages would help a little but soon would return. After seeing him for the first time, felt much better.

During our sessions, he took the time to assess my progress and set up home exercises to further help me between our sessions. Great doctor and I will use always and happy to refer my friends if they have a need.

Dr. McFarlane is great and deliberate with his in-office treatments and gives necessary exercises for home care. The rest of the staff for front end and booking are also all very friendly

I've been going here for about 3 or 4 years now and it's fantastic. Everyone here is great I usually in and out in less than 30 minutes sometimes if it's an hour if it's a initial consultation but yeah overall I really love it
