My husband and I were represented by Ari Schacter at Assiff Law. We are an elderly couple that had been involved in a motor vehicle accident. Ari is a true hero in our eyes and fought hard for us and went above and beyond. Ari and his assistants, Shelby and Sam, kept us updated every step of the way and were happy to answer any questions we had. During this difficult time, they provided information for resources that helped us on our slow road to recovery. The day we got the call that our settlement was in, it was far more than we could ever have imagined and we are over the moon. We are so very appreciative to Ari and his team. As soon as I sat down with Ari Schacter of Assiff Law and he explained how his office kept to a flat fee & they were extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. They also were the most upfront and straight up with me out of all the lawyers I spoke to. I was being careful picking the right lawyer as my aunt and grandmother got the short end of the stick with the lawyer they had & I didn’t want to have the same issues. As soon as I signed on as a client of his he really got to work. It really felt like I had someone looking out for my best interest. He got me better treatment for my injury’s with a chronic pain doctor as well as got me more physio appointments that I very much needed still when the insurance company was cutting it off. I got all the treatment I actually needed instead of the minimum & if it wasn’t for Ari pushing so hard for all my treatments I don’t think I would have gotten everything I needed. My TMJ is better because Ari pushed to get me to see a tmj/jaw specialist (which I now have a splint I sleep with on). I don’t think I could have picked a better lawyer. I don’t know if he would want me to say exactly what but he went above and beyond (more than I expected) to help with some issues I was having. This law firm is highly recommended, especially norm who takes care of my case.i got into a car accident last year, when someone rear-ended my car.i wasn't sure about the steps on what to do after that accident, but once i reached out to this firm, they game me all the guideline about the procedure to do, informations that i should be aware off, and even looked for a doctor to monitor my health status, finding a doctor during covid-pandemic is really hard! Norm dealt with my case in a timely manner and kept me up to date on all the necessary topics I need to be aware of. More importantly, he fought for me and I got me settlement that I wasn't expecting! I was constantly bothered with information or kept out of the loop either. It was a good balance of communication.
