Associate Clinic

The receptionist at this Establishment is useless and rude. They sit, laugh and chat is that all they get paid to do. The unprofessional nature of this place. They wait until you show up to tell you there is an appointment change. You call the patient as soon as possible so they don't waste valuable time showing up for nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE PEOPLE!

Closes soon? But yet can't make an appointment for another day? You just let it go straight to voice mail? Cool. But you should probably put your open hours shorter if that is gonna happen. I get it, most receptionists there are older, but no need to work anywhere where you deal with medical patients that need to see their family doctor. Whether it's alot or not that often, probably shouldn't be working there. I'm not saying I want an appointment the day I call. I don't expect that. But don't be "open" if you aren't gonna take calls for appointments. Not professional or good for business. I'd rather travel to Edmonton, Red Deer even then here at this point.

After 40 yrs of going there we now have to go to emergency as all doctors have closed there practices and won't see new patients or patients they haven't accepted as their patients. So me and my son now left looking for another clinic or going to the ER for non emergency stuff. Very sad. Miss the days of true walk in clinics.
