I have been working with Jeet for at least 10 years with his handling of all my tax issues. I have found him to be most professional, and has done a wonderful job for me, I would not hesitate one second to recommend him

Absolutely horrendous service. No accountability at all. You can't call them to reach them. They will make you miss your deadlines and pay heavy fines to the government. I got completely screwed with my taxes trusting these people multiple times and believing their lies over and over again. Don't give them a chance. I tried many times to reach them to pay fees and start on my file but they fell to deaf ears. They are a very casual bunch of people not suited for any serious business. Try setting up a lemonade stand seriously and learn business first.

Go to a real tax office. Maybe a corporate office somewhere people are accountable for accounting.

I had been coming to Jeet and his team for years. I thought we had an established relationship and trusted him like family. I brought my own family to him in that span; hands down I used to say Jeet for taxes!

When my wife had moved from Ontario, I trusted that she would be in good hands as well. Jeet took her documents stated he would file on her behalf and like family, I trusted him.

I had contacted him 2-3 weeks before the deadline last year, stating he had trouble with an electronic file, we corrected it. 1 week before the deadline he would file it in time… few days before the deadline silence…. He never filed for her. Even after touching base multiple times, never asked us to come back in for a follow up, stopped responding to calls, emails didn’t work, messages went unanswered, was no longer in the office and essentially disappeared.

Her documents were never retrieved and she was penalized by the CRA. And she lost everything for that year. I would recommend doing more diligence and ensure you have a filed receipt the day of. After everything we went through and going over it with our family we cannot say in good faith to fully trust this business any more. Be cautious about who you are trusting with your money.

He is not professional, he is not answering my phone calls, he made a mistake in my tax return documentation. Avoid this place at all cost.

Jeet- where r u? I dropped off my income tax for you to do a while ago and now you are not in the office. I have been calling every day. I suspect you went to india so i called revenue canada and they said my taxes were not handed in. I hope you would have at least let me know you were leaving.

As an owner of a small business I need the best and most experienced accounting services in Calgary for my business. And from some reliable source I come to know about the Associated Tax Preparation firm and their amazing services. I love the way they work and execute their job to achieve the objectives. Their accounting services is really obliging for me and gives me good support. I become relaxed after hiring their service, they are good and are trustworthy and have the complete knowledge about their field. Small family practice where my accountant fees were lower and better service was provided.

We have found these guys to be most professional and knowledgeable. I prefer their option that allows me to email them the documents which means the taxes are prepared when i go and a quick 15 minutes later wrme ca walk out with completed service. They have helped us send in documents to CRA when they have requested more info. Highly recommend to anyone looking at getting a new accountant.

I would give it 0 if I could. In 2017, Jeet did my husbands 2016 Business Taxes and let him leave with a simple email and 5 page document. Firstly, He calculated it incorrectly. Secondly, my husband needed 17 pages of information not 5. Thirdly, HE DIDN'T ACTUALLY FILE THE TAXES WITH THE CRA.

My Husband then got a letter from the CRA saying he owes 2016 taxes.

We went to him recently to rectify the situation and he avoided solving the problem at all costs - so we found our new amazing accountant at Aftermath Solutions who has been OUTSTANDING! On top of it because he didn't care to do his job he said my husband would get a refund - but he never received it. Money lost - he's horrid.

We got a Saturday appointment with Jeet. His first appointment ran a little late - but there must have been five people in the room with him, and if he was as kind and gracious with each of those 5 people as he was with the two of us, I can see why it took a little extra time! He was thorough and thoughtful, asked all the right questions, and MAN was he fast. Even though our return is pretty dang complicated. It's the first time in the history that our taxes are done on time. Could not be more pleased. Oh - and extremely good value for the work, excellent price. We will be going back for sure.

He really cares about helping his customers. You will get the best results for your personal or business accounting needs. I actually look forward to seeing him at tax time. Being a licensed financial advisor, he always takes a few minutes to suggest helpful tips on saving taxes. I highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Associated Tax for all things tax! Very friendly, efficient and affordable. Our tax returns were done within minutes and we left extremely satisfied. Had our taxes done by Jeet for the past 8 years. Very affordable, takes less than 20 minutes to complete for both of us. Once done, he e-files our returns and we usually get our refunds within 10 days to 2 weeks. He also gives us a complete set of copies. Jeet is also very honest, and we never got the CRA coming back to us due to an error. He has always been very professional and efficient! Highly recommended, without any reservations what so ever!

I highly recommend Associated Tax for corporate tax and bookkeeping services, as well as income tax returns. Jeet and his staff are very friendly, knowledgable and accommodating to their clients' needs. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at an accounting office. I’m always leaving the office smiling. With the new office location, I don’t even have to worry about parking anymore.

I've been using Associated tax service for 7-8 years and they have gotten all of my issues corrected. I had multiple corporations, late filings and many other things that needed to get sorted out and he has taken care of them all. I'm finally caught up on everything thanks to their services, which was a huge headache before I started using them. My previous accountant/CPA was a huge pain and it's all been sorted out now.

He is great one on one and answers any and all questions you may have. While he has many clients, he is focused on you when you're using their service. I trust his expertise and would definitely recommend him to others if you need bookkeeping, filings or whatever else. Their rates are very fair and he tries to save you as much money as possible and I'm extremely happy to continue my taxes and bookkeeping with their company. Highly recommended for small businesses or even if you just need to get some personal tax problems taken care of!
