The passport service location is very poorly managed. Security personnel are creating their own rules, allowing new arrivals to be accommodated first instead of prioritizing those who have been waiting for hours.

Staff is always so nice and helpful especially if you are rushing into your visitation and always help if the camera is blurry I have come here for years and have always been treated with respect and awesome people.
