Worst clinic with worst doctor, I had to apply for short term disability sue to my condition but doctor said I dnt want you to get salary by siting at home, you have to come to me every 2 Weeks to my clinic.
He said I will charge $50 for every page of a document which itself is 1 document with 3 pages, he just need to sign initials on every page.
