Holding deposits into a business account for more than 5 business days. Who does that? ! Even when they said it will only be held for 5 business days, and now I cant get answers. Tried speaking with someone from head office and they cant even get a hold of anyone at the branch. Absolute BS

The worst bank ever. Not loyal to their customers at all. I have a business account with them as well as a huge business loan. Fraud was committed on my account someone was printing checks and taking money from my account. I still had the check numbers in my check book, but no, according to them you’re supposed to check your bank account on daily bases and report the fraud. Like who really checks their business account on daily bases. Not professional at all will never recommend to anyone. And will take my business else were.

No one answers my phones here. After a a couple of days of no answer within business hours it gets frustrating

4: 15 PM on a Saturday. Drive-through ATM out of service. Inside ATM behind locked doors. No access even with a bank card.: (

The staff here are amazing as I've never had someone with an indifferent attitude. They genuinely care and strive to provide the best experience possible.

I had the privilege working along aside Devon Hewitt with my accounts for almost 10 years and it has taken all the stress off my circumstances. My wife and I actually moved from our old bank to here so that we could still maintain this relationship, we appreciate him a lot! He is prompt, friendly, professional and just an overall amazing gentleman. He has recently helped me get out of a bind and I cannot be more thankful.

I believe this branch is very lucky to have him!

I had a chance to meet Devon through a BNI chapter in St. Albert. I was already an ATB customer so I was glad to have a resource that I could connect with so frequently. During one of our meetings he brought up the “No Fee All in Account” and discussed some of the benefits of having an account that doesn’t require any monthly bank fees. This seemed like an interesting proposition so I booked an appointment to make the switch. At his branch, on Manning Crossing, I was pleasantly surprised at how engaged Devon was with trying to understand my financial situation. Through the hour long conversation not only were we able to open up the new account but also open up a line of credit with a much better interest rate than I was already receiving through another institution. This alleviated much needed pressure from a situation I had long seen as hopeless and set me on a course that would lead me to further financial progress. Thanks to Devon’s dedication and passion my relationship with ATB has been further cemented. I now look squarely to them as I consider my business and my family’s future financial well-being. Thank you Devon and ATB.

Devon Hewitt is absolutely fantastic! He helped my daughter set up her first accounts as she recently started her first part time job. He guided her through the set up of both chequing and savings accounts and discussed ways to help her save money and create good financial habits. I often worry that our education system doesn't do enough to educate our young people about real life finances. Well parents you need not worry if you utilize Devon's services as he is a great educator for our young people and even ourselves. He even followed up with my daughter a week or so after our meeting to make sure she had no questions or concerns with her new accounts. I would recommend Devon to anyone, anywhere, anytime! Thank you Devon!
