ATB Financial

This teller deposited my regular cheque today and wanted to put it on hold. I told her that it is a regular vendor cheque and I usually deposit it without any hold as it is a verified account. She replied OH THE OTHER STAFF IS IN THE BACK LET THEM COME AND ILL RELEASE IT. Until they come in the front its in hold. And the cheque was never released. I called the branch this evening and she was so rude and told me i was not able to find any transactions in the ATB's record for this vendor. She clearly need some training. Pathetic Service

This branch is very efficient and goes above and beyond to help customers.
We needed the bank account urgently and branch manager Paul stayed after hours to finish setting up our bank account.

Bank machine was not working (I didn't even know that happened anymore.). I had to go inside and the staff was quite slow and visited about their holidays with the guy in front of me. Two stars because when I'm old and lonely at least I know my bank will visit with me.

Took away 3 stars because I'm hungry and they are so slow

I was a victim of a Microsoft scam and they were great at helping me get a new account and password. They went above and beyond. I am going there today.

The quality and speed of service I received from this branch was phenomenal. If you are thinking of switching up your banking, I would absolutely recommend popping into this branch to chat with the staff.
