I have been a customer at this branch for several years. Dolly, Ashley and Nicole have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of my various banking needs. Customer service is an obvious priority with them. Love the ‘small town’ atmosphere within this branch.

The staff was incredibly personable and professional in all aspects of ensuring my financial needs were met. Ashley took the time and energy to oversee a difficult situation and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you!

If there would have been minus in review. That's what I would have given to them. ATB beaumont big time disappointment.

The ladies at ATB accommodated my shift schedule with camp and let me in before they opened so I could transition my banking. I have never been treated so nicely and personable before by a financial institution and I was impressed by the honesty and transparency of advice provided; being in business myself, I can attest to the quality of the advice being given before I conceded my background on the subject matter. I’m glad I switched, and not only for the rates.

Put cash into my account through the ATM on Wednesday, still held on Saturday. Was instructed to this by the tellers "as they empty the ATM everyday". This has happened to me before. Not very impressed. Update: its now Monday afternoon and they have still not released my cash. Unacceptable.

Dolly and Nicole were very helpful with opening a generation account for my son. Dolly explained everything to him and made the process quick and easy! This may not be a big branch but the service was great! I would recommend calling to see if an appointment is needed prior to going for things like opening accounts ect.

Thank you to all the staff in the Beaumont branch for your friendliness and professionalism. The service is excellent. The staff there have taken care of my financial needs for over 20 years. In particular I'd like to thank Nicole for her care and thoughtful advice in handling my investments. I look forward to managing my finances through your branch for many years to come.

We got our mortgage rate through this branch and the service was amazing! The staff helped us get a great rate and the process went seamlessly. I would highly recommend making them your home branch!

I had a great experience at this branch. Nicole assisted me with a loan and a chequing account. Was a very easy process and quick! Definitely my favourite branch to go to as the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic to have this local branch for a great financial institution. While it is a small branch I have no complaints on their customer service which I have experienced over the last number of years. Keep up the good work ladies.

I agree with the most useless location review. How does this branch stay open with the most outdated hours? When I came in, one teller was on her phone and the other was looking at her computer. There was no one else waiting. I wasn't greeted and didn't wait too long but felt like it was chore when one of them called me over.

I'll be doing the rest of my business at Ellerslie branch where the customer service and hours are much better.
