Im always impressed with ATB's customer service however this particular branch I must say that I rather disappointed with services provided by Maritess. The encounter left me feeling quite uneasy and dissatisfied with the overall customer service. Maritess lacked basic courtesy and friendliness, throughout the interaction she did not smile or greet me with any warmth which immediately create unwelcoming atmosphere.
What was most concerning was her apparent frustration when I had trouble understanding what she said behind the plastic barrier, she seemed annoyed and called me over in a tone that made me feel as if I was bothering her.
Overall, my experience with Maritess at ATB was less than satisfactory. Her lack of customer service, unsmiling demeanor, and dismissive attitude made the entire transaction very unpleasant. I hope that the bank management take this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer service provided to clients. A warm and courteous atmosphere can make a significant difference in overall banking experience for customers.

I have recently visited ATB branch in Millwoods at 23Av/50st Edmonton. Mr. Kouresh Lotfi is a Personal Banking Specialist, very knowledgeable and did my financial transections to my full satisfaction. The experience was phenomenal. I was assisted at every step of the process with perfection and kindness. Nice, clean and professional environment at the branch. All my queries were resolved and proceedings were taken care off in the most professional way. Other staff members are also great to deal with.

I had a scheduled phone appointment to discuss my mortgage renewal with your work from home advisor Nicole this morning but didn’t get a call. This can’t happen again.

Slow. Inability to communicate with other branches. Extremely difficult to deal with. I was the executor for both my parents estates and I ended up abandoning one of the accounts because it was so difficult to close it.

They are definitely discouraging walk in traffic one customer service person working. 5 others sitting around on computers. Dirty. And I don’t just mean from renovating. Stains on furniture. I wouldn’t sit on a chair here. I don’t know how long it’s been dirty but I think you can catch consumption from them. Never saw the line up go less than 5 people. Seniors standing waiting. Not the bank I remember it being

Today I visit this branch 15 customers were standing in line and only one teller was working.
Very bad experience long waiting time in line.

I love ATB but I’ve come at several different times of day and it’s always a good wait in line at this location.

Leaves its patrons standing in a giant lineup waiting for a teller to become available, only to have two of them leave go to in the back on lunch. So many people ended up walking out. Atrocious service, you should have more staff available.

Always 4 people sitting in frontdesk and only one is dealing and rest r just playing games on computer
