Not open when it says your open. I went to 4 different banks. Change your information so people don’t waste their time.

I’d like to share how this bank especially Gracie accommodated my request right away. I was calling other banks CIBC and ATB to book an appointment and they were either booked or not answering their phones. I reached out to open a TFSA account and also talk about how to invest. She got me an appointment the next day with her. She even did a quick review on what my goals are in 2-3 years, 5-10 years and 15 and above so she could advise me. This hasnt been done in a while for me with other banks.

I recommend booking an appointment with Gracie here in ATB.

Worst bank in Canada. Just got off a phone call where they refused to offer me service over the phone when I was instructed to by the website to call to verify identity

My father passed away and my mother attempted to access funds from her joint account. I setup an appointment with this Branch to verify that my mom had a joint account with my father and the procedure to remove his name from it. I attended the appointment with mom and the Business Advisor, Gracie Llovia. We provided the death certificate and Will and verified it was a joint account. When my mother asked for the funds in the accounts, the advisor said the account was frozen. We asked why and she stated it was an internal issue and that it would be dealt with through the estate group within ATB, which could take 1-2 weeks or longer. I asked if we could have taken out the funds before we advised ATB of my father's passing and she yes.

This has left a terrible feeling with my mother. Although she is legally on the joint account, ATB has denied access. It is sad to think that ATB is treating my mom this way and preventing her from accessing her funds. Other institutions we have dealt with were horrified at this situation.

Standard location for an ATB, nothing my experience was neither positive or negative. Would come here again if needed.

30 mins waiting on the phone they said its estimated 15 mins so I waited not sure why but nobody answered at all
