Honestly this review is here for one reason. I walked into the bank this weekend to deposit some cash into my account. The gentleman then tells me that they are advisory branch only on the weekends and don't deal with money. Honestly if you aren't going to offer full service then close the doors I don't want to have to waste my time driving to your location when it says you are open to have literally half services provided.

My experience at St. Albert north branch with Shawna was awesome she honestly went above and beyond for me and my husband. We have dealt with a few banks over the years and all I can say is she went to bat for us and hit a home run. My experience withTara at this branch has been excellent. She explained my investment options and we made a plan specifically for my needs. The documents were completed promptly and made easy for me to complete by email. Tara followed up later to make sure that everything was in order. I have never had such good service.

We were having difficulty sending Global Transfers through our online portal. I went to the north branch and spoke to Mariam. As usual, she listened attentively and immediately initiated an investigation into our issue. Mariam has always been very helpful and professional and is a real asset to ATB.
