EDIT TO ADD: I got a generic response from “the owner” that is NOT helpful at all. If they actually cared about customers they would give a number to someone that can do something.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Your money is not protected. They tell you are a victim of fraud then not give you your fraud money back. Then refuse to talk to me about the manner and kick me off the premises with my 2 year old as we sat quietly colouring waiting for the manager hiding in the back. They have lied about what happened and saying things happened that didn’t…. Thank goodness for CTV footage we will be obtaining. If my review saves even just 1 person from being treated the way I have from ATB and their money being stolen then it’s worth it. Pls pls pls DO NOT give your money to ATB it is not protected. The female and male manager at the Main Street branch in Airdrie have no idea what they are doing or what they have caused and frankly don’t give a damn at all about customers.

I'm calling to ATB for more than two weeks in this main street airdrie branch and no one is answering a call.what kind of service they provide if no one can even attend a call. I think they don't need a business.

Exceedingly unreliable and impossible to get ahold of. I’d recommend you find somewhere else to bank.

7 people lined up, one teller open. I do use ATB because they claim to be more people oriented than the big banks, bit starting to question that. Half hour in line to move up one spot. Good thing noone has anything better to do with their day. Some stuff still has to be done in person.

I went to the Airdrie Main Street Location today and was assisted by Sabrina.

She went above and beyond to help me. I was also very impressed with the kindness and empathy she showed during a stressful time.
