Always helpful and friendly, the staff are very efficient and go the extra mile to ensure that I'm satisfied. Never any issues, from cashing a cheque to investing. Liam the teller I was dealing with actually walked over to CIBC to verify a draft for me. IN THE RAIN!

Called about five times over the last two hours and no answer, not sure why you would have phones if your not going to answer them.

Not sure what's up with this place. They should be open but won't answer their phones for two days now.
