Zero Stars. Very poor service, especially from the mortgage "specialist". Even the manager will not own up to the mistakes his staff makes, which in the end costed me hundreds of dollars. I would not recommend ATB to anyone for any banking needs. Their slogan "ATB Listens" could not be further from the truth. They can hardly listen, let alone reply to a call.text or email.
