There was nobody at the tills, kept waiting ten minutes only to be given a bank card that didn’t work. Waited in line forever and told the teller the card she
just gave me didn’t work, her solution was for me to call the number on the back of the card. Not to mention I had to spend $30 on a taxi there and back only for the card not to work. I had to e-transfer the owner of the taxi company. Which was embarrassing to say the least.

I had the pleasure of having Kendal help me through some issues I had been having with another ATB Branch. She was very informative, and very helpful! I am so glad I went into the Spruce Grove ATB Branch today to deal with a professional who really knows what they are doing! Thanks so much Kendal!
