SERVICE lacking. I wanted to open a HISA but got completely turned off by the robo-service and then long wait on hold. My friend closed his account here because of the bad service and now I can see why. There shouldn't be any reason that they can't answer their phone in a timely manner - by a real person! I won't put up with that mistreatment and I'm not going to enter into a relationship that starts off this badly.
