Absolutely astounding how terrible this company is.
Have tried to take out cash from the teller but noone in the building was able to get the cash for me.
Lost a client card and not only is there no card lock in the BUSINESS APP but the business phone number just hangs up on you while the main line just has you on hold indefinitely.
DO NOT TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BANK. THEU HABE NO INTEREST IN PROVIDING BASIC SERVICES OR SECURITY FEATURES.

My experience with ATB has been great. I set up my personal and business banking here (along with a number of other accounts). Lina has been great, she is always prompt to respond and helpful. I'd highly recommend ATB and Lina.

I go this location very often they been always great to me. Sometimes I get upset because of the long lineup but staff been always great:)
Today Gurveen helped me I was in very tough situation because of my master card situation but she went out of the way to help me and made it a hassle free transaction for me.

This bank decided to reject all my direct debit payments during the Rogers network issue, cause me a hige amount of nsf fees and proceeded to lock my account and debit card with no real explanation.

Tried to find your location and tried calling multiple times. No answer. Was not able to contact of find location. Does not give direction in mall. Garbage idea of a bank location. Cibc and cmo and all your other banks have easy access. This address takes you to wrong location claims bank is in middle of road and won't say where in the mall bank is located. Absaloutly garbage.

Great service. They had a flaw in the system in which one month they took out 265,000 from my Other account at another bank.for the mortgage. I don’t even have overdraft. The entire mortgage. Left us with nothing. Balance was -275,000. Cleaned us right out. Wife called. They fixed the problem over the phone. They gave me back 295,000 in which case was wrong again so as an honest person we called them and they corrected the problem. Once you maintain a good relationship with them they will bend over backwards for you.

Was willing to help even after hours, lost my wallet and was in need of a debit card, and they helped even though they were closed. Great customer service!
