I like this location. But this is for ATB as a whole. HOW DO YOU expect people to run business through your banks when the ATM's randomly don't work. Or your app is always down for repair. I can't tell you how many times I've needed access for critical transactions and these things always seem to be down and the worst time possible. For small business owners ATB banking really really hinders the ability to do business. This morning I needed to do a transaction. Tried the app? Not working. So I try the website. Not working. Drive OVER to the bank to use ATM. Not available. Park to go into the bank, locked out because card reader does not work. Figure it out. I was told by a bank worker "it's risky to hold large amounts of cash because what if someone breaks in!? Or what if you have a house fire!? " Biggest risk I have right now is keeping my funds on your bank and I can't access them. MULTIPLE TIMES.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I just left this location feeling dissatisfied. I used to work for ATB so I went there to close my account (which nice going me after this) they gave me a piece of paper and was like "sign this" without telling me what I was signing or what it was. It happened 2 more times, I had to ask them what it was each and every time. I also asked to change my payments on my loan and the only thing I got saying I changed it is a sticky note. I asked for a official document or anything, they said no that doesn't exist. Okay, can I have a copy of my loan then? No that doesn't exist. What do you mean it doesn't exist? Said they had to request it from a different department first. Ok, can you send me my loan agreement when it goes through? "No. It doesn't exist. " What? So you cant send me a copy of my loan agreement? "No, we dont have it". Super unprofessional and unhelpful and terrible service. I went to do 3 things, came out with a sticky note, at least I think they did what I asked them to. I signed at least 3 things so. There's that. 1 star I guess.

Stellar and very professional service! I had issues with my credit card and had been so stressed over this but Sharma was able to get my issue resolved quickly and within an hour. Thank you ATB Mckenzie Towne!

Over the years atb has hiked fees, added extra charges and nft fees. Staff at this branch have zero knowledge about their own products, had to return 3 times for a visa debit. Do not recommend.

There is no reason to start doing business with them, if you havent already. I constantly regret engaging with them and look to take my business elsewhere.

Awful location. They lock their ABM doors at night so customers can't get in at all and just leave a note saying sorry for this inconvenience. Then their drive through ABM has a note saying it's broken. If the drive through is broken how can you lock customers out of the main one inside the front doors? What is it about ATB that they can't do simple things right like allow their paying customers to access their cash. I walked across the street to TD bank and used their working machine and paid a fee to them instead. Save yourself the trouble if you are considering this location go across and open an account at the TD instead. The TD also was able to give me $50 bills in the machine which ATB still does not have and only gives $20. ATB used to be all about the customer experience and now it's all about the bottom line. Might as well go somewhere that does it better.

Something annoying happened at Teller counter when I paid off my mortgage loan due to lack of training staff at ATB McKenzie Towne.

Many thanks to Fuiming and team to help me restore my messing on my account. Every time I enter the branch, I feel a warm place like my home. Consistency of beyond customer satisfaction service delivered from this branch is all I want to say. Thank you all.

I had a great experience with Shannon one of the tellers at ATB mckenzie Towne branch. She had amazing customer service. Made me laugh. Very sweet. And the most helpful person ever. She is Awesome and does a Great job.

This is my home branch and I don't know how better to reach the company directly. I am without a doubt very disappointed with the fact that they prize themselves with helping small business in Alberta thrive.and during the time as a company we need them most we are pushed aside for a reason yet I can not understand! Without going into detailed numbers I recommend individuals who are looking to grow their business to go with other 'larger' banks (and this statement hurts me the most to say as I am a HUGE advocate for supporting as much local businesses including banks as possible)! They are great for simple personaI use, but after a rough road dealing with them I will most likely now be forced to go with another bank for business and personal.
(if things change after this post I will retract my review accordingly) **

Once upon a time this branch used to go out of their way to help you. Now you can't even connect via phone with them. Disappointed is an understatement.

Excellent service! Made switching banks super easy and painless. All the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, definitely a great branch to deal with! I was fully financed with them within an hour. Definitely look forward to working with both Sherri and this bank in the future.

I’m glad I opened an account with this branch two years ago. I never had any issues. Ming has always been helpful in processing all my banking needs, and even when I have already moved to another city, she always kept in contact with me. The quality of service that this bank provides - specifically the Mckenzie branch - makes me feel very important and that’s something you rarely see from most banks nowadays.
