Despite a court order being on file, this branch still put my finances at risk!

Despite multiple meetings in their little offices.

Completely incompetent financial institution.

Had a appointment to get a student line of credit and ask them to call me before my appointment to let me know exactly what papers to bring and I was called the day before at 4pm I worked till 9pm and wasn't able to call back during business hours and the voicemail didn't give any details on which papers to bring. I got there for my appointment with Okosun and he didn't shake my hand and didn't ask my name, then after I sat down showed him my enrollment and timetable sheets for school, he told me they aren't good enough and that I couldn't go forward and I said you didn't tell me which forms to bring these are what I was told he said that I didn't call him back and I explained I couldn't, then I asked why he didn't tell me on the voicemail or send a email, he said he wasn't allowed to share that info over VM or email, which I didn't understand then, he asked me to send him the papers I brought to him email, to which I said cant you take photocopies these or just take them as they are copies and I don't need them back, he then argued saying my papers weren't good enough again and that he needed me to send them via PDF, (I didn't bring my laptop, I just had my phone unsure how I was supposed to do that) I then tried to show him my Olds College account on my phone to show him that this is what they give me, and then said no I can't do anything for you, get the right papers and make another appointment, and then showed me a U of C package for student line of credit, I said I'm not going there I'm going to Olds College, do you have that package so I know what papers to look for.he said no, I asked to have meeting with someone else who knows about Olds College, and he said no one else is available, I left, Went to RBC and they said my papers were fine but I needed to make a account to be able to get approved and I didn't have time to make a new bank account since I have be with ATB for over 20 years I wanted to stay there but I wasn't getting any help at ATB, My mother called ATB and got me an appointment with another adviser, Chloe was much better, and helped me out, and even let me log in to my Olds College account to show her the forms I printed match what my account says, and she said I was a special case and she would look into it and help me out and in the mean time try to get the forms they requested, I did and sent them over to Chloe ASAP. But I still got no apology from Okosun for being so dismissive and not listening and poor communication. I think I might go to another bank as this was overall horrible experience.

They harass customers and tell them incorrect information for their benefit. If this was the only bank available, I would go to a credit union.

Crowfoot is a Horrible branch from ATB, they stained the name of ATB and I will be switching to other means of banking.

The reasons: They are not friendly, they don’t know even know how to pull your account, they have to hang up and call later in the day to fix a small issue and you never get a call back, they never answer their phone when you have questions, they seem like they hiring anybody because they barely speak functioning English. It is not a professional bank and you’ll be treated like subhuman. I suggest CIBC or KOHO, they actually have good customer service and will get back to you asap or talk inside the app if a problem arises.

Everyone here should be FIRED.

I would like to take the opportunity to encourage anyone who is tired of there current banking arrangement to consider visiting Jack Shehadeh at ATB Crowfoot.
Jack was extremely helpful and respectful in all aspects of my many questions and made me feel extremely comfortable when making a switch from one of the big 5, not only was this experience with Jack and ATB one of the best I have had, Jack also directed me into the exact products I wanted in a amazing time frame.
I will now be completely moving over to ATB for all my specific banking needs and very comfortable to do so.
Excellent work Jack and ATB, I wish I would of done this years ago.

Only two tellers at most so be prepared to wait. At the same time usually 2 or 3 people sitting in offices playing on phone. I regret having an account here

Simran bhandol is new but she is very informative and friendly.she gives her 100 percent effort which shows that she is hard working and surely will be very good assert for atb.promising lady.best of luck to her and keep up your good work.

Jack Shehadeh is fantastic. Always makes himself available for me and is very accommodating. One of the best personal bankers out there. Always impressed by his knowledge and his guidance with my finances. Thanks Jack!

Very unsatisfied with personal banking specialist named Saira aftab not dependable, poor service, knowledge and blames client for arguments.
She can't properly explain in reason why my account was closed off and acknowledged with charge back that was made in 2013. A concern that occurred 7 years ago. Brings that off as last reason after she couldn't explain why my account was closed!
Very ignorant and poor knowledge.
I would waste any time trying doing business at this branch.

I have dealt with ATB for 20 years now. Almost think I need an anniversary present. Either way, I have had some bumps in the road. Banks aren't perfect. However, ATB always fixes problems in a timely manner and treats me with dignity and respect- from when I was a young single mother and student to now as an established professional.

I suspect bad reviews about keeping your money has kore to do with trying to cash cheques. You need to earn that privalege- it is risky for banks to cash cheques.

Was quite unsatisfied "Saira"; one of the financial advisors here. She was unhelpful and made us feel as though we were waisting her time. She did not seem to want to help me at all.
She kept staring at me when I asked her questions and gave me funny looks like my questions were not viable.
Anyways, very bad experience, will likely not be returning to this location and have also considered changing banks completely as I feel ATB is always quite behind with new technology and security.
