Service charges are 3x your actual usage. How are people with regular waged jobs pay utilities that are blown up with $220+ service charges going to eat? Actual usage, $200, total bill $650+, WHAT! Not everyone is Fort McMurray makes a ton of money and even so, who wants to pay that much for a 28 day bill.
