I had Angie Y.as my therapist on a few occasions. I found Angie's professionalism and attention to my thoughts and concerns very good. Angie listened to my feedback regularly and provided what I believe was the appropriate treatment. My experiences were excellent. Angie was thoughtful and communicated very clearly as to our next steps etc. I would highly recommend Angie Y.for your therapeutic massage needs.

Have had multiple good experiences here with Mackenzie! She’s very intuitive and knows how to help me! The facility is clean, easy to access, ample parking. Love that I can manage my bookings on line at my own leisure! Always a friendly reminder the day before! Many more massages to come!

I've had appointments with Miranda and Jodi from the Sherwood Park location. I cannot rave enough about either of them. Definitely two of my favorite massage therapists. I have suffered with chronic neck and low back pain, and definitely get a lot of relief from seeing either of them. Thank you ladies!

Ive been seeing Sara M for about a month now for some hip, knee and other foot related issues. Sara listens to your needs well, and does her very best to help alleviate the various issues. She has great knowledge about fascia and I’ve always felt so much better after I’ve had a session. Thanks Sara!

Ron G. – RMT @ the Sherwood Park location did absolute wonders. Not only was he able to give relief from my head/neck and shoulder pain so I could go back to work. He also gave me so much valuable information regarding the issues I have been having and how to manage and fix them. Kudos to you Ron! I'll be back without a doubt!

Excellent establishment - therapists are well trained and informed, and very fairly priced. I've gone here with severe hip pain twice and walked out feeling better and was relatively pain free 2 days post massage. Prior so I had been in pain for months!

Long story summed up… I suffered a back injury at work that had me suffering for nearly 2 years. At the end of my provided treatment through WCB, I was told by one of their PTs that constant pain would be my new norm and I would need to learn to cope with it. I read a review from a woman that posted Real had significantly reduced her pain after an injury she had experienced. I figured I had nothing to lose so I booked with him. He started off with friction therapy. It is NOT for the faint of heart! And it took several torturous visits where I contemplated my life choices every drive there. But I am PAIN FREE! I never would have believed that short bursts of suffering (at the appointments) would lead to a problem I was told would be life long to be healed. I can’t thank Real enough. I continue to see him for all my injuries that happen at work, gym, etc. I’ve upgraded to shockwave therapy and I’m really noticing increased healing times. Again, painful but WORKS! Try it, you will thank him too

Diana has magical hands and took extra time to give me stretches that help, highly recommend coming here.

Received a neurofascial reset from Ron G for recurrent back pain. After 1 session, I had almost no pain and had no restriction in movement. I cannot recommend him and this service enough!

Had Ron as my therapist. He was awesome, made my sore spots feel incredibly better and introduced me to a new method that was great. Highly recommend Ron!

Had a great session with Ron G. Working as a carpenter my body gets pretty sore with lots strenuous work in and out of the cold. I got a rapid neurofascial reset session and it has absolutely changed my body. It's helped me gain a lot of the feeling I had lost in my hands and after a few days I feel way more limber and energetic!

Real is knowledgeable and experienced in his treatment methods. He listened to me and understood my issues before starting treatment, and I found those methods to be successful.

My husband and I have been seeing Real for a couple of years and he does wonders. Prolonged sitting from work has caused pain and discomfort to my body. Real has been helping my body get back to better shape. He is very professional, makes you feel comfortable and is a great massage therapist. In addition, the Sherwood Park location is super clean and has ample parking.

Miranda takes the time to understand what I want and need for treatment and doesn’t over do it. I trust her completely when working on my sensitive and weak lower back and is a huge contributor of my overall healthcare team.

The clinic is clean, friendly and welcoming. I love the reminder text messages and treatment follow up emails.

I had a massage with Student therapist Danielle V.last week and she went "beyond my expectations! " I was feeling pretty tired and sore and by the time the 60 minutes had past, I was relaxed, breathing better, feeling GOOD! ‍️ thank you again Danielle and Athletes Choice for a clean, cozy easy accessible place. Lot's of parking too!

It was a Great massage. Not a painfull massage, but enough pressure to release my knots
and tension in my back. I would Highly recommend April.

Miranda is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been seeing her for a few weeks now and honestly it is practically life changing. I got TMJ massage as well as deep tissue massage done and my back jaw and migraines are so much better.

I have had piriformis syndrome for at least 15 years and it had become unbearable to drive because of it. I had been told to take painkillers and stretch to manage the pain but other than that there was little hope it would get much better. I booked an appointment hoping to get temporary relief but after 2 massages a week apart (last one being about a month ago), I have all mobility and almost no pain at all.
I highly recommend Real for your massage.

My RMT was Natty and I definitely recommend her. Thai massage is a must try! Right away I felt less stiffness and much more limber. Online booking was easy and convenient too.
