I recently had a few massage sessions with Jody at Athletes Choice Massage, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had been experiencing persistent pain in my glute which prevented me from playing pickleball, and Jody was able to provide the relief I needed.

Jody's expertise in RAPID Neurofascial Reset truly impressed me. Not only did she have a deep understanding of the techniques, but she was also able to get to the root cause of my pain and effectively target the problem area. After 3 sessions my glute pain was completely gone. I can now play pickleball again.

I highly recommend Jody at Athletes Choice Massage for anyone seeking relief from muscle pain or tension.

I had a back and TMJ massage with Keltie. It was amazing! It was the first time that I felt so relaxed after getting a massage! I would recommend her 100%.

My 1st visit to the Southside location. What a fabulous facility tucked off of 99 Street! I booked a 60-minute massage with the Apprentice Therapist, Steven C.
I have to say, WOW! This young man certainly is in the right field! My treatment from the moment I walked in the door until the end of the session was exceptional! Steven is really competent in performing therapeutic massage and is very knowledgeable in his technique and experience.
I will definitely return for a follow-up treatment, and I recommend Steven C. To anyone!

Hi, I went back 2nd time to this location for an emergency visit, as I could not lift my arm. Lucky for me, I booked with Bastien, deep tissue massage therapist extrodeniare! What an amazing session and a very friendly, warm, hearted guy. Well, by lunch the next day
I could lift my arm. I will be back to see Bastien again.

I see Sarah K at this location and have been seeing her like 2 years now. She is just great. I am not an athlete but an office worker who likes to run hike bike and swim. Sarah know the pain points and is wonderful.

I got a massage from Alexis and she’s amazing! My shoulders were so sore and I suffered from bad migraines. Haven’t had one since! So glad I found her will be booking:)

I have been going to Athletes Choice South for a few months now - seeing both Mackenzie and Keltie. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. They take my problems and pains and take a well rounded approach to my care, reading my file and suggesting areas that could be helpful. Both therapeutic and relaxing - the best kind of massage there is. The space is also fantastic as it is quiet, calming, and neutral smelling. I can't wait to be back for my next appointment.

Bastien provides massages with the perfect pressure - not too much and not too little and I find that there is a sense of renewed energy and better performance when working out after each session. He also gives great advice and suggestions on how to alleviate any pain and tensions post workouts in between each visit. Highly recommend him!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Colton is amazing! Having chronic pain in most of my body parts, I've tried so many options. After only ONE visit with Colton I felt SO much better. If your suffering from anything - go see him!

I have seen Tendayi at the south location 3 times over the last 2 months and every session has been excellent! He is very professional and attentive to my needs (e.g. Assessing areas to focus on, pressure checks). I really appreciate some of the stretching and breathing exercises during the massage, which really make a difference to relieving the tension from my day-to-day and sport activities. I have always felt amazing for weeks after a treatment. Highly recommend him as a therapist (currently a student, so great value with the apprentice massage rate).

I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in need of a truly good massage. The staff listen attentively to your needs and make sure that these needs are met. I mentioned that I have arthritis in my knee that causes pain in the muscles in that leg. Bastien not only gave those muscles the attention that they needed but also had helpful guidance for me in keeping the pain from coming back.

I’ve been going to Eden for around a year and wouldn’t go to anyone else. He is a great massage therapist and always helps get the bad knots out of my back. Highly recommend!

Massage was good, i like using cash sometimes for pmt, which this company doesn't allow so have to go elsewhere. In response to Jaden M review further down on the list.if a therapist's music is too loud, you ask to have it turned down, if the lights are too bright you ask to turn them down if the option is there to do so. You are paying THEM not the other way around, ask for what you need instead of saying nothing and giving a bad review, it's not fair to a company when you didn't say anything in the first place.

Each and every person I have met here has been wonderful. Very professional, great technique, highly recommend.

Ive been seeing Candice C 1-2 times a month and I cant even describe how much this woman has changed my life. I suffer with constant back pain due to spinal arthritis and every time I finish a session with Candice, I feel so much better. She is brilliantly trained in so many modalities, including Thai Massage (so cool)! Aside from being an amazing therapist, Candice is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and genuine.

The clinic itself is warm, relaxing and clean and secure. The massage tables are motorized/electric with heaters and have the most comfortable head rests Ive ever experienced. The washroom is always stocked and tidy. Well done!

Rubbing me down with the bare minimal of oil is not a massage. Waste of an hour of time along with benefit money. Will not return ever.

I drive a lot for work with lots of bending too. Candice C has helped me so much. She finds all the very tight muscles in my neck and upper back. Keeps me limber to be able to perform my job. Very good at her job professional.
