Atmosphere Canada

My first time to Atmosphere was today. It was the 10th Avenue location in Calgary.

The salesperson (a 45+ ish male ice-climber) greeted us as we walked in today.

He left us alone to wander the store and in the end really helped me with many good ideas on how to keep my feet and body warm.

He was a no nonsense, no pressure salesperson that provided my buddy and I with honest information on what's really required instead of what he could sell.

Thank you Atmosphere for employing a real and honest staff member. I'll be back because of him.

We made a special trip down here to look at clothing for our upcoming vacation, and you would never know that anyone was working here. We had to find the girl with green hair to try some items on, and she didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. Not helpful, friendly, or kind at all. We did love some of the clothes, otherwise we would have walked right out. The brunette girl that checked us out was much more personable and friendlier, but otherwise we won't be back anytime soon because of this customer service experience. We work too hard for our money to be ignored by rude staff.

Found the right gear for my trip at Atmosphere earlier today! Great support from staff on a snowy day!

Loved it! This place has top notch winter Wear, awesome footwear, and it almost all feels unique and stuff that you don't see anywhere else. The staff were awesome as well. Very helpful and even opinionated when asked " how does this look". Your constructive criticism helped me with my purchases. I'll be back to shop there again for sure. Atmosphere you rock.

Some of the worst customer service from Scott. I was looking for rock climbing gear and every question I asked he made me feel stupid. Very unwelcoming store. Had to search around for a worker to even help me.
