A very pleasant experience shopping for a travel bag. Robin was knowledgeable and had recommendations and options. Unfortunately the bag (color) I decided on wasn't available in this store and I'm still calling around to find it. Thanks Robin!

Great experience today. I was looking for hiking boots and Robin took the time to explain what I needed to look for when trying different types of hiking boots. After trying a few pairs we could not find the right boot for me. He highly recommended the Scarpa Kailash Trek but unfortunately the store did not have them in stock for men. I ended up find them somewhere else and they really fit well.

My husband and I were there today looking to buy hiking shoes and we received excellent service from Robin. However, they were low on stock and we had to drive to another location to find what we needed. Thanks for all your help and advice, Robin!

Every time I come here I leave happy, this place always has what I need and a good variety of brands, their prices are reasonable considering the quality of items and brand! The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Shout out to Hayden and Jayme on their great customer service!

I went to this location for the first time looking for a specific Jetboil. Jesus helped me out and showed me the differences between all the Jetboil models. He convinced me to get the larger Jetboil Flash, which ended up being a great purchase because it makes the right amount of hot water that I need.

Incompetent customer service and Poor management = FAILURE.

Drove 50 minutes one way with my kid to purchase winter boots she wanted only to find out that the only pair they had in the store was damaged by someone who returned them. How does this happen? Didnt anyone check them?

We did check online for inventory.
