Great place to go! Friendly honest family business with great customer service, it’s like dealing with small town folk in the early days where a hand shake still means something. Id highly recommend it!

Called these people recently to enquire about buying an implement through them (they are the only dealer within 300 km for me). Was told they would look into it and call me back. Never did. Called again a few days later. Was told I would get a call back that day. Never did. Tried one last time about a week later. After several apologies from the owner, he said he would call back within the hour. Never did. Gave up and made a road trip for the piece I needed.
I rarely see such incredibly poor service. If they didn't want to deal with me they should have said so. I could respect that. Instead they just ghosted me.
Needless to say, they will never see or hear from me again. If I could give zero stars I would.

After changing almost $7000 in parts at Bobcat of edmonton, I was told that I need to replace the engine in my Bobcat S175. That did not sit right with me. After taking it to a few more mechanics and no one was able to tell me what's wrong I took the machine to Chuck and his son Chris.
After taking me in last minute to help me out, not only did he diagnose the issue I had, he fixed it in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with the communication, video's and attitude to fix the machine. After picking it up and checking it out, I am officially a new customer of Attachments and More.
It's hard to find a true, reliable heavy duty mechanic in this day and age. But you can find a parts changer (as Chuck calls them) anywhere you go. But to find someone who will investigate the issue is a true gem.

This is a family owned and operated business that provides very personable service. They provided competitive prices and excellent service that went well beyond what the big stores offered.

Great customer service and knowledge. In todays day and age it is nice to speak with a human. Will be my first call next time I am in need.
