ATV Edmonton

I purchased a 50cc scooter from ATV Edmonton. There was a factory issue with the gas tank vent line. Baffled me and confused them. I brought it back, they diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Good job and i would recommend them for any atv needs and service.

Was rather upset when the gx70 (dirtbike) I got for my daughters birthday only lasted about an hour and a half worth of riding then wouldn't start (just clicking) so i put the battery charger on it over night but did not help so i assumed starter. I contacted them the next day stating I'd be in to get fixed or a replacement bike. Very kind of the phone and they said they would fix it or replace it. And they did just that! I brought it in and within an hour and a half they had it up and running again. Even showed me pictures of what was wrong with it and how he fixed it. Costumer service I give 5 stars, being open and upfront was awesome. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because it originally only lasted a short period of time and it was a 1000km road trip I had to make but over all a decent experience! My other bike I purchased was a 250 dirt bike and iv had no problems at all with it so far!

I have been to atv Edmonton before for parts but this was the first time I used their service department. I took my sons 125cc Gio into them on Tuesday and was told it was fixed on Thursday. A great turn around. We are not missing a weekend which is very nice. Plus the price to get the things I had done was very reasonable and a bit cheaper than another dealership I had previously went to in the same area. Thank you Edmonton ATV North you have my business for future fixes.

Worst place ever. Called asking for parts and the gentleman in the phone hung up on me, then when I called back he said he didn’t have time to waste on me and my questions about parts. Never will I buy from here. If I could I would not even give a star

Amazing experience! I'm out of province and asked about a motorcycle trailer (Stinger XL) via email - very prompt responses over several emails and answered all of my questions. Purchased the trailer easily over a couple e-transfers. They mailed out the original bill of sale quickly so i could get my out of province plates. When I showed up to pick up the trailer, despite very short notice (my fault) they quickly unpackaged the trailer and got it set up to attach to my truck in no time. Very helpful and friendly throughout! Highly recommend!

I called to inquire about getting my kids quad fixed as the muffler and battery weren’t functioning properly. The guy told me it was no problem and to drop it off. It was fixed within 24 hours and I couldn’t have been happier. The labour and parts were completely reasonable. I highly suggest these guys! Awesome experience.

Good folks at ATV Edmonton. Purchased a Marlon ATV Riser that unfortunately did not work with my truck. They were kind enough to take it back for a refund. Will definitely shop there again.

After looking all over edmonton for place to help with my Pitster dirt bike atv was the only place that was able to help very kind service and very good pricing would 100% recommend going to and will be my new bike mechanic

I'm known by the owner of A. T. V.as Steve the scooter guy. All of the staff are extremely accommodating and when warranted they can be flexible. I've purchased 5 scooters from A. T. V.and I tried shopping around and I found that nobody is flexible except A. T. V. These folks are a family business and once u get to know them they treat you like family. Best prices in DEADMONTON!

So disappointing my scooter was stolen I reported to this dealership so if they try to buy parts parts there were only 5 or so of this scooter sold in this city he would not look for my records on the Vin number so we could have this for the police this information belongs to me he wanted $80

It was satisfactory. I bought a scooter for my wife. It seemed like they didn't really want us to test drive it though. (I don't like their return policy. Final sale.
I might be inclined to go somewhere else next time. Or shop around more first. We got what we were looking for.but only 3 month warranty. And I'm not sure about parts being available, should it need any repairs. You should ask about that before purchasing.

Igor and the rest of the staff at ATV Edmonton are the best in the west when it comes to getting help finding out what kind of scooter you're looking for and they are very accommodating. Whether it's electric or gas, I've been to the rest and ATV'S prices are the best. I found it was much better dealing with these guys than it is to paying those over priced other guys with all they're super high hidden fees and ridiculous gouging charges. I'm very happy that I found ATV Edmonton.

Staff are decent to deal with. Bought a 5x8 3 box you build aluminum trailer.
Some of the bolts are metric and some are imperial as is the case with the nuts. When assembling the trailer, some of the Holes are in the wrong spot or don't exist and others are either too small or to big. I'm handy and made holes where needed and went to the hardware store to get nuts and bolts that matched. Very annoying building this trailer and having to go to the hardware store 5 times and having to drill holes in the frame to assemble this trailer. The bearings were dry with a blob of grease inside the hub.
