Very thankful for Glen and Nicole for their services.this business is honest, fairly priced, reliable, upfront and VERY PATIENT with PIA questions of mine and always willing to listen to the sound I have recorded on my phone in hopes they will know what the heck is going on. I'm sure they shake their crainiums when I call or stop by- mean, I would.but they have a big smile and I know exactly what is going on before they start to remedy my vehicle and understand the service plan. THEY ARE STUCK with us.

My transmission failed while driving to Edmonton from Calgary. I got a tow to Aubin's and he helped to diagnose my car and let me leave it at his place for a little bit. I really appreciated how communicative they were and not having to worry about my car while I figured out how to get it back to Edmonton. Really nice people! Thank you!

My friend unfortunate originally went to a shifty location in Calgary NE to do his brakes less than a year ago. They clearly never did the back brakes and charged him for the front and back brakes. Today I thought I would do my friend a solid and get his brakes done for him as the brake noise was getting ridiculous. Every location I called was unable to help my friend. Aubin's had a full schedule but after telling them about our situation they committed to help us out.

I myself am in the customer service field and the couple already had a full load of work today but took my friend's car on who was from out of town and stranded in Olds. They literally were working on the car till almost 9 p.m. Most of the local businesses unfortunately could not take us on and must have forgotten it is the little things that count and sometimes you need to bleed in battle to win the war. Sorry for the military reference as I am a veteran, but the statement is true as they could have turned us away like most of the other locations. Staying open to 9 pm when you start your day before 8 am is a testament to work ethic and the desire to build a brand. I will be using them for my family vehicles. I felt compelled to write this review as I truly feel they went above and beyond to deliver results. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and she runs the admin. Glenn and the rest of the staff on the tools went above and beyond and thank you again for helping my friend as he needed to get to his kids as he had his kids this weekend.

Bought a new to me vehicle 2 weeks ago. Came in with brake issues. Brake dust in the FRONT and loud sound. Was told my REAR brakes needed to be REPLACED, front brakes needed to be serviced and my tires were to be replaced. Quote was over $900 just for brakes alone not including tires. Went to go replace the tires today as I already had the appointment set a few weeks ago in advance at kaltire And I had the shop go over the brakes, in hopes they could maybe quote me at a lower price, as I can’t afford to spend $900 on brakes and Kaltire found that my brakes in the REAR were completely BRAND NEW. And the front brakes did not need to be serviced. The brake dust in the FRONT was from some rust on a rotor and they took the rust off and everything is good. The pads are new in the front as well despite some wear from the rusty rotor they fixed.
So I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here. Not unless you want to spend money on things that aren’t broken. I was shocked. I still am and I’m still trying to process this. I feel completely taken advantage of by a small business owner who I thought was honest and reliable because they had been kind to me in the past. So lessen learned. Had I proceeded forward with the work I would have been back with the same issue only to probably be told the front needed to be replaced as well since the issue was in the FRONT. I was told my tires were also rotated. They were not. I have pictures to compare. In fact me noticing the tires weren’t rotated after I was told they were is what lead me to get Kaltire to check the vehicle. Thank goodness I have been paying extra attention to my vehicle recently to notice.

Took vehicle in wasnt fixed properly after waiting a month for part that wasn't ordered properly my vehicle not fixed had to take it somewhere else when I took the bill to Aubins owner he started yelling at me

Absolutely the best Customer service and rates in Old's. This locally owned and family ran business is more then considerate of your life's circumstances and WILL NOT try and price gouge you at all! Shop local and support small businesses!

I had a slow leak in a tire. Every other place wanted to sell me new tires. These guys found the real problem, a faulty valve. Saved me lots of bucks.
Now I bring all my business there.

Today my family and I had been driving down highway 2. When my tire pressure started dropping. As I stopped at the closest gas station to fill up for air I had noticed a fast leak in my tire. After calling the closest places to get a repair done Aubin's Auto Aid and Tires was our saving grace. Open 7 days a week stat holiday or not. Not only was the owner available, but did an amazing job patching the hole, re-balanced my tire, and was happy to walk a curious me through every step of the process. I highly recommend supporting this amazing local business!

I was having trouble with my truck the engine light was on and they found what the problem was and they were very nice to me so if i have any more problems with my truck i will go back to them thank you guys very much

Had tire troubles on the way to Calgary and Aubin’s Auto Aid and Tires was the only place open nearby - so grateful for their quick service and KIND staff. I’d give them service over any big name tire shop any day! Highly recommend!

We got a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon on hwy 2 and were referred to Aubin's through another business in Olds. Great customer service and they arrived quickly and got the job done in no time.

You will see a kindest and a very talented mechanic over there. I don’t remember his name. He is more focusing on giving you the best advise about the problem and help rather than rip you out by scaring you. If you ever got an emergency anywhere near to olds, go to this MAN.

Exceptional! G & N were responsive and helpful when I had a breakdown and were willing to help me out over the weekend, when no-one else was open. It was a swift fix with exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.

These guys are amazing. They truly want to help and do whats right for a great price. Absolutely amazing service. Very nice and respectful. Knowledgeable and efficient. Cant applaud this place enough and there open super late incase you need an emergency fix. 10/10 would recommend.

Aubin's auto aid is there for you, They will go out of there way to make sure you can continue your day or weekend they have comparable prices to all the competitors in town. They sell new tires, do all tire change overs plus batteries, lights and all lubrication services.

I had a flat while driving from Airdrie to Red Deer, I limped my vehicle in to Aubin's on the little spare doughnut at about 730 pm, they got me in right away and patched up my flat tire in about 20 mins, for a very reasonable price. Great service, I can't recommend highly enough.

Lemme tell yah 100/10 recommend this place. Great little tire shop able to do oil changes as well. Done in a timely efficient matter and really respectable! I’ve tried quite a few other places and they always overcharge and never seem to do it right the first time. Will always be bringing my vehicles back.thanks so much Keith and Glenn
