They think of everything! Lots of water toys to rent and everything is so clean! Employees are friendly!

I could have given 0 star.one of the worst community association in Calgary.be aware while booking their community hall.they will charge lot of extra money for minor missed cleaning spots. Worst customer services

How awesome is it to have a beach right in your own neighbourhood and not have to drive for miles. The beach is always clean and it's great that they offer paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boats to enjoy on the lake. Enjoy using all the facilities with beautiful landscape. Overall an awesome place to take your family and friends.

Such a great community, moved here a few months ago, so festive and love the parade and the beautiful lights!

Nice place to read and get a tan, children seem to really enjoy it as well, there’s a playground, volleyball nets, basketball nets, a cute garden like walk way with water flowing, and tables set up.lake turns into an ice rink in the winter, and overall clean

Went ice skating with family. Great setup. It was really cold, but appreciated the gas firepit! We were able to stay out for a longer portion of time and had no crying kids. Would recommend a couple more firepit setups since there isn't much room to put on skates there.

I've had a unit in Auburn bay for 6 years now, and consistently, Auburn house mails out paper copy of the invoice of their annual fees. This past year, they switched to electronic, without my awareness, and emailed out invoices instead. But in this case, went to my junk mail box. 6 months roll by, and I get a call from my bank saying a lawyer have contacted them stating I owe money. Instead of calling me or mailing out a notice, or any other means of communication of notifying, Auburn house immediately went to lawyer as a debt collection agent. The lawyer demanded the money from me like I was being sued if I don't pay right away. Upon calling Auburn House to clarify the situation, their response was they went through legal means because it was just easier, "only takes them one email for them to engage a lawyer, so why would they take the time to make calls" to collect this debt and also said, "this will help me learn to pay their fees next year".

I ended up on the hook for their annual cost of $479 AND the legal fees of an extra $360. That's a 40% late fee for 5 months late, all because it was easier for Auburn House to "send one email to engage a lawyer" instead of making a call to me. Not impressed. And again, switching to electronic billing is new and without approval nor notification from their customers; I've never heard about it. Do note I've paid their fees on time and in full for the past five year. Terrible experience.

Lovely Beach area and surrounding park/facilities. Very well maintained. Interesting and fun events planned all year long.

Went as a guest with one of our friend who is an Auburn Bay resident. Entry is allowed only for Auburn Bay residents and their guests. Very nice place for picnic and for kids to spend a day at the beach. Two volley ball courts.spray park, Swing, slide etc present.

Nice facility, pretty good quality of ice on pleasure rink and on the lake, there is also sledding area.

This was a great place for our Xmas party. I was absolutely blown away by the visuals as I drove up. Well done.

An awesome lake with lots to do for the entire family members. The kids love the sandy beach and swimming in the lake. We love the tennis courts as we have plenty of them with always one or two are ready for us play in. There is a basketball area and other beach ball field. We love the boats ride as well which we do from time to time.

Beautiful View with a nice beach. It's a little small to hold large events. But other that that a very nice facility.

I did booked 3hours and paid a picnic shelter for my son's party. But it's a little bit sad, because we are about to start when the weather get change with thunder. We get off from the Lake. I understand, it was stated from their policy that we are unable to refund money when it comes to weather matter.
I am hoping in the future, that at least their is an alternate options when this situation occur for Residents and guests for sake.

Lake is nice and well maintained.

Auburn House was an excellent choice made by Calgary talent agent Wendy Lumby of Faces of Wendy. She hosted her first client appreciation gala at this lovely little location on the water.
Not only is it a pleasure having Wendy as my agent and to be one of guests at this event, but also a pleasure to be a guest of Auburn House.

Visited to pay our HOA fees but used my passport. A generous admin who wasn't even helping us pointed out that I could get an Alberta ID card. Thank god I was still able to pay my fees! 5 stars to the Dude who helped us. -2 stars to the condescending who piped up who wasn't needed.

New to the area but what a first class community. This winter with lights as you drive into the community or how amazing the staff work at keeping the ice rinks perfect makes this area the best.great work Auburn Bay Association.

We rented their A & B hall for our wedding and it was a marvelous experience! The price was right, the staff was accommodating and the location was perfect.
