Do not rent from this property manager. Rented an illegal room 1 of 4 with a family of 5 living upstairs. No smoke alarms or egresse windows. 6 people live downstairs 1 washroom full of mold.
No one cleans. No one shovles the snow from the stairs leading to the basement.

Toilet is plugged often. Sink was plugged. No showerhead.
Washing machine door doesn't close properly.

It's a very unclean rental property.

Dog poo all over the back yard.

Upstairs tenants smoke in the house. Cigarettes and weed

Garbage is piled up in the kitchen and smells bad.

They made the video of our house fantastic and awesome (it’s a WOW) thats why we sold our house very quick that we need to move in 3 weeks. Which was quite difficult to us.
