Today my husband and I bought a new Audi Q3 from Aldin. This is the second time I have purchased from him and he is such a pleasure to deal with! He is very knowledgeable and professional. Aldin answered all of our questions and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured through the process. We plan to see Aldin again soon for our second one. Also, a shoutout to Stacy and Keegan in finance, and their fantastic shop Foreman, Max! Everyone is so great to deal with!

This review is specifically for the service department.
After having such poor service over the phone with Southgate Audi, being interrupted and talked down to by two of their service staff, i reached out to Audi Edmonton North.
I was greeted by a friendly young voice and I explained the exact procedure i was looking to have done to my car, and within 5 minutes had a proper quote on time and cost from their Tech/Shop foreman.

I will certainly be driving the extra distance to take my business to Audi Edmonton North.

We booked a Q5 a couple of months ago and we were provided the delivery date around mid August. Although the car arrived a few days later then expected but Andy never gave up on us and that too after constant follow ups as we needed the car badly.

His professionalism is beyond the BEST. He was polite and responsive through out the process and even offered a loaner car as we were short one car during that time period.

Before coming to Audi we went to Mercedes and Volvo but Audi's build quality and simplicity won the battle and we decided to go for Q5. It has been a week and we love the car so far.

If you want to buy a premium car, I recommend Audi over any other brands and if you want to buy an Audi, I recommend coming to this dealership and ask for Andy.

I had a great experience with Andy. Prior to going into the dealership, my husband had a pleasant experience over the phone with Andy, making it very worthwhile to go check out a car we had our eye on. There was great back and forth communication prior to heading in. Upon arrival to the dealership, the process was very smooth. After purchasing and picking up the vehicle, Andy took his time to go through all the options in the vehicle and helped with the setup. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and ask for Andy on arrival!

While I didn't end up buying a car (for reasons that are not related to the dealership), I had a good experience with everyone on the sales staff. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communication was always open and transparent, without ever being pushy. Highly recommended.

You guys are the best. Never had such care, attention to detail and just outright having my best interests at heart than I did with Kaz and Stacy. Ask for Kaz in sales. I feel blessed that i met Scott and had him help me, had a red CEL for faulty steering, covered by Audi. When i booked my car in they gave me an appointment for next week, i took it down as it was not safe to drive, they had it in, serviced and the steering rack changed in two days, I am very grateful for your help and great service, Thanks again Scott and the mechanics at Audi North.

Wonderful service department. I’ve never owned a luxury vehicle in my life, but took my VW Tiguan here for an oil change because VW and Audi are sister makes, and all the VW dealers are far away from my home. It wasn’t any pricier to get a full synthetic change here than anywhere else I’ve been, everyone was so pleasant and very communicative. Didn’t at all treat me ‘less than’. They gave my car a full wash, including spraying out my floor mats and even shammied my car dry. Will definitely always bring my car here for maintenance.

I dealt with Joshua and Stacy for the purchase of a Q5 TDI for my father and was beyond impressed with the whole process. As we live in another province, the amount of detailed pictures and information shared (not to mention countless questions answered) was above and beyond by any standard. The vehicle was in better condition than expected, and the delivery representative thoroughly went over every aspect of the vehicle from technology/features, to helping set presets, etc. All around class act from all involved.

Ive bought an Audi here twice first time with sales person Joshua Couch he was amazing he had me come to the dealership within a few days of purchase to go through the car and he set up my radio stations told me little details about the Q5 but this second time not good at all very little time spent at all, extremely disappointed wish I had bought from another dealership!

Purchased a used vehicle (2015) from this dealership from out of province.

I expected a fair assessment of the vehicle when buying from a large dealership, the delivered vehicle was not as described. Upon delivery there was undisclosed damage including; a large section of spider cracks on the rear bumper (8" x 8"), cracked roof rail, two dents in the hood, condensation in rear tail light, interior panel that someone attempted to repair and texture was gone. I received an insulting amount of pushback when presenting my documentation and evidence that this damage did not occur after leaving the dealership, and that it was not disclosed at any time during the buying process.

When it comes to identifying and disclosing defects, the specialist I dealt with lacks the attention to detail to that is required for the customer to confidently purchasing a used vehicle sight unseen from this dealership. He also failed to follow instructions and threw out parts that were removed prior to detailing that I received no compensation for. He and a technician couldn't find the block heater cord after two attempts and told me it did not have one although it does. He also told me it did not require an oil change as the technician said it was fine; when it arrived the oil life was at 14% on the indicator and 4,000km past the suggested interval on the sticker on the windshield.

Management strung me along and had me go to a local Jim Pattison collision center for an estimate on the repairs which amounted to $1,700. I was given the courtesy of a phone call today telling me they will not cover any of the repairs.

I just raced in my truck for a Suv. Jackson, Kaz and the rest of the team were very helpful and great to chat to. We got a great deal and love our new car. Cannot recommend them more

Aldin was an amazing help as I looked to trade in my C300. I’m new to Audi but he took his time to explain the differences and price out a couple different options. He was so easy to talk to and have an honest conversation with, which made it much easier to find something that met my needs. I’m very happy with my new Q3!

For the second time in 3 years (November 2018) and for the third time since 2014, Mike Beck and Audi Edmonton North have proved that they appreciate customers, treat them with respect and value their business. Our vehicle purchase this year was narrowed down to two options, one an Audi and the other was a Range Rover. Price was the same between the two choices, but the service and respectful treatment by everyone in Audi Edmonton North made the decision very easy for us. It is worth mentioning this is the third time we have selected an Audi over a Range Rover, for the same reason, being valued!

Twice I brought my vehicle to the dealership due to the summer tires being seized on and twice they assured me they cleaned them properly so it wouldn't happen again. After the last time I cleaned the rims myself and when I went to put my winter tires on the summer tires came off without an issue. If I hadn't done it myself I would have been forced to bring my car to them a third time. Other than that I haven't had issues with their service department which is why I am still giving them 3 stars even though I feel like I was duped into paying for a tire swap I shouldn't have.

I have had the same vehicle for the past 8years and it has been the only vehicle I have had. It was getting old and I needed to get a new one, an Audi was my first pick. I went in to go look and called them about a couple vehicles and I got Abdo on the phone. They didn’t have what I was looking for that day but Abdo said he would let me know when they got one in. It wasn’t long after and Abdo had let me know about a vehicle that they got. After going through their lot and waiting for them to get one in, I went to 2 other dealerships to go look at other brands of vehicles to keep my options open. Both of those dealerships I had the worst experience ever and I was scared to go to another dealership again because of how pushy these other 2 dealerships were (they were not Audi dealerships) then when Abdo asked me if I wanted to come check out the vehicle they got in I was really hesitant to go in because of the other 2 places I checked out.

Abdo was super friendly and professional. He was a lot of help, he was not pushy about me buying a vehicle at all and I truly felt like he was looking for my best interest and trying to get me the best deal he possibly could. This was the first time I was looking for a new vehicle and I had gone to these dealerships by myself which was super stressful for me and I had no idea what I was doing because I had never done that before. Abdo was amazing at answering all my questions and helping me pick out a vehicle. I wanted to go through everything with my parents before making a decision and Abdo was super helpful with that as well, we faced time my parents so he could answer any questions my parents had about the vehicle. The whole experience with Audi and with Abdo were amazing. Going to a dealership was super scary for me considering I have never done it before and after going to those other 2 dealerships I had told my parents I didn’t want to get a vehicle through a dealership because the one dealership literally left me in tears and I was there for 5 hours (again this wasn’t a Audi dealership where I had the bad experiences) but I’m so glad I decided to go into Audi and Abdo made me feel so much less stressed about getting a new vehicle by myself. Dealt with several dealerships throughout the years but I must admit this was a pleasure. Abdo Johma was extremely professional and not pushy what so ever. Originally was interested in a another vehicle but couldn't make it to the dealership to view before it was sold. Abdo asked he he could contact me after a week, at my request, to touch base. Really great experience for my first time buying an Audi and luxury vehicle in general. Everything was upfront and not pushy at all, made it easier to decide what we wanted. Aldin was fantastic at helping us decide on a vehicle without upselling, answered all our questions/requests/test drives. Also seemed the most knowledgeable of the actual product in comparison to salesman of vehicles we cross-shopped. The sales manager was great as well, easy to talk to without being pushy. Dealership is definitely a unique design and pretty large, easy to find. Hopefully I find the maintenance experience good as well.

I have had such a great experience from start to end with Audi Edmonton North. I visited several dealerships searching for the right vehicle and can be very picky with what I want. They did the perfect amount of follow up so it was not aggressive but also did not give up when I was indecisive. Edgar is polite and great to deal with along with the finance team.

If I could avoid even one star, I would. My experience is clear and vivid yet disturbing. We decided to inquire on one of the cars, Audi North had in stock which was Pre-Owned. Being a consumer and not having to deal with depreciation was important for me as a consumer. However, Mike Beck decided to degrade me in front of my family and make fun of me by saying I'm not even a speck of dust in this world. All because I did not want him to run my credit before I even checked the car. I must declare I do drive a 1997 Honda civic so it is deemed quite a poor mans car in his eyes. I was told to leave and was shamed in front of all the sales people and my family. I let it slide however, Mike Beck and Service manager Sandra have decided to take it into there hands and cause a ruckus regarding one of the services required by an individual with a white S7. They have tried to drain his wallet and cause a financial crisis. I plead towards the higher ups if Mike Beck remains GM you guys will for sure lose a lot of business this quarter. Thank you! I have had nothing but amazing experiences at Audi Edmonton North. They are not the closest Audi dealership to my home but I continue to drive the extra distance because of the incredible customer service I receive. They helped me out when I was really in a difficult position and needed repair ASAP and my original dealership was not providing the assistance I needed. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The service on my vehicle is always done to high standards and in the time frame as expected. I tagged along with my mother to get her oil changed and the service was so good! All of the staff was friendly and the lounge area upstairs is great! My mother was quite impressed that the team stuck to the time they quoted for the oil change. She always has to leave her car for the entire day if she goes to the South Audi location but she didn’t have to do that here. We were both given a little gift upon our leaving which surprised me. Our service advisor, Nicole, was very friendly and efficient. Thank you for the pleasant hour, Audi! (p.s. Love the biscotti!)

From the moment I walked in to the time it took to get my car (ordered from Factory), I've been wowed by their service, their professionalism and the transparency that this dealership has provided.

There were very specific things that I was looking for in my next vehicle purchase, the folks there were very patient and accommodating in waiting to find the right car fitting my requests. Keagan was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough with the delivery process. Jason was great to work with and got me great value for my trade in. My experience in the finance office with Stacy was also noteworthy as she was well prepared for my delivery appointment and had me out of the office and into my new car swiftly. It was a refreshing dealership experience, I never felt pressured or hounded. They were respectful of my budget and not once pushed to upsell me on something I didn't need or wasn't looking for. I can easily and whole heartedly recommend for anyone in search of a new vehicle to start here. Save yourself from wasting time and avoid the headaches of dealing with other dealerships. One of my biggest peeves is the time suck that you generally experience when purchasing a car, these folks broke that mold by being fast and efficient.

Just curious why a business would take advantage of someone bringing in an expensive vehicle to get serviced. I heard about the story with the S7, and was quite disappointed, you’d expect the Audi dealerships to provide service that’s associated with the costs of owning one of their vehicles. Very sad that the management was unable to resolve the issue and my friend pretty much ended up paying for the technicians errors. A small fix can go a long way, however these guys will never earn my business and I will strongly advise my friends, family and as well as anyone reading this to avoid this dealership. Scam artists.

Let's put it this way, I bought a VW in 2017. First year got an oil change at a random shop. Second year (Dec 2019) went to VW for the oil change, was treated poorly and left without getting the work done. Went to this Audi, now EVERY single service my vehicle needs will be at Audi.

The service writers were wonderfully pleasant, the price was as you would expect without any hoops to jump through, it was honestly great.

Lance, our salesman went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Calls on his day off to picking us up at the airport to meet our needs. Great job Lance! And Stacy had everything already arranged before we flew down and was a delight to deal with. Excellent service from all the members at North Edmonton Audi, I made a complaint and was upset at first, They made a small mistake with some paperwork. But made amends for it right away! They ended doing us more then a couple huge favours to compensate for everything. Saved my fiancée some money And I am very pleased with the service! Would recommend anyday. Will definitely be coming back!
