Jason Wei provided exceptional client service. Main reason why we chose our Audi was because of his knowledge, care and patience. Scott Barker from finance was also great to deal with, no pressured sales, just good old fashion great client experience in explaining all the paper work and ensuring I understand. What I really loved was as a woman, I was treated equally with my husband which sadly not always the case when buying a car. Thanks Jason and Scott for making my car purchase so amazing!

I recently took delivery of my first Audi. A factory ordered ’24 A3 Technik in a gorgeous Daytona grey pearl colour. The entire experience purchasing at Royal Oak was top notch. Cory was exceptionally helpful in giving me all of the information I needed over several visits, and numerous emails, to help me make a decision between many different configurations of A3's and S3's. The entire process through sales with Cory, purchase with Scott, and delivery with Brayden was first class, professional and efficient. Everyone we met at the dealership were genuinely interested in giving the customer a great experience and it clearly showed.

I recently completed the purchase of an Audi S5 from Audi Royal Oak. This was my first Audi purchase and from start to finish, the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I want to particularly commend Scott, Brayden and especially Cory for their exceptional service.

This process began in early June when Cory, my Audi brand specialist got in touch with me to begin the process of building my new car. I was dealing with another member of the sales team, but my purchase got bumped over to Cory and I am glad it did. During this period many emails were exchanged, many questions were answered, and a lot of information was gathered. Cory was very attentive in communicating, provided quality insights and guided me every step of the way up until my delivery day on October 26th. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I cannot stress enough how refreshing it was to have a purchase experience where you genuinely feel like someone cares about you and goes the extra mile.

As for the S5, the car is a joy to drive and a pleasure to own. Especially with those “FCB” puddle lights. I would highly recommend this car and this dealership to anyone who is looking for a premium experience. Thanks again for helping me become a member of the Audi Royal Oak family.

Such a nice dealership from the receptionto the sales to the manager. I definitely would recommend this place, and if you go ask for Sam. He is such a helpful person, very patient with my questions and informative (and I asked a lot). He was supportive in getting me the best deal while listening to what I want. I know for sure I would be recommending this place and Sam to the people I know.

Ivan Yau is very knowledgeable and patient in listening to our needs before making recommendations. He introduced the models in detail and addressed our concerns right on. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision during the visit. Very comfortable experience.

Amazing experience dealing with Royal Oak Audi.your team is very nice polite and understanding customer needs…Ahmed is a wonderful person he helped us to make an informed decision He delivered what he promised in the initial meeting, there were no shocking jolts which I was apprehensive from my previous car buying experience.
It was very smooth process from beginning till delivery I appreciate the transparency and honesty keep it going Royal Oak…Scot explained everything to our satisfaction. This is first Audi vehicle in our family and now I feel my best decision.

I'm so pleased with the experience we had at Audi Royal Oak! My first time walking in the dealership I felt welcomed and no pressure. Our sales rep, Justin, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He helped set me up with a brand new Q3 that was exactly what I was looking for! The vehicle even arrived a month earlier than expected which was a nice bonus. Scott made the finance side of things so easy and was willing to answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend this great team!

We had a wonderful experience recently purchasing a vehicle from Audi Royal Oak. This is the second vehicle that we have bought through the dealership because we are always impressed with the outstanding customer service given by Cory Watson. He is very personable, friendly and professional. He promptly answered all of our questions through emails, texts or calls and ensured we were kept in the loop with any updates or changes. The finance portion was handled by Scott who was also very friendly & polite and took the time to easily explain what was expected for the finance portion as well as the delivery of the vehicle. We would highly recommed Audi Royal Oak and would definitely purchase from Cory again!

Great Service! Kim was wonderful to work with! She helped me get a great value on my trade in, found me the right vehicle in the right colour and was able to accommodate my schedule:)

Scott was great too. He gave me good information about the different paint protection options and different options to manage my financing.

We had the best service from Ian and his team! We are from Montreal (QC) and we were on a 10,000 km road trip when our Q5 broke down while we were visiting Banff. We had it towed to Audi Royal Oak and they were able to make a diagnosis the same day, even if we did not have an appointment. They had to keep the car for 3 days while waiting for the part and they were able to provide us with a courtesy car so that we could go back to our campground and continue our visit of Banff National Park. Thanks again!

Great service from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment with only a few days notice. The service was very fast even though I had recall work and an oil change. Best of all, I was able to use their customer lounge and complimentary wifi to do my work while I was waiting.

If you value respect and good customer service I would not recommend going with Audi Royal Oak when purchasing a vehicle. The treatment I received was beyond hostile and disrespectful. I had an issue with the company, they didn’t disclose the information and blamed it on me for not asking. When it’s their job as a company to be honest and integral. When I reached out to the manager of the store he was very arrogant and swept it under the rug, I reached out to all the top people in management and still got nothing. I finally reached out to the owner who didn’t reply showing his lack of respect and basic decency. They showcase the brand and company as being open and having very good customer service when In reality it’s the worst I have ever received. Take caution if you decide to go with them.

We recently went to Audi Royal Oak to lease a new Q3. We ordered in late April and picked up around mid June. The overall experience was amazing. A big wow and thank you to Kim! We went to a couple dealers in April to search for a compact SUV, we chose Audi eventually because Kim really impressed us by her great customer service. She is super friendly, valuing customer’s time, providing knowledgeable information and resources, and very easy to approach for questions and requests. She answered all my questions with straightforward answers, provided me detailed price breakdown, payment plan, expected arrival date for each option that I was interested. She also explained Q3’s functions very well, and explained the lease process very clearly, but never pushed us to buy, always leave the decision to us, very polite and respectful. After we decided to order, she always kept us in loop and updated us the status of car. The car arrived sooner than expected. On the pickup day, she helped us set up the phone, downloaded the app, linked the car to the phone, explained every button in the car. She really made our pickup day stress free and very happy. Thank you very much Kim! And also thank you to Scott for making our financing process very fast and smooth. We really appreciated the 5 star services at Audi Royal Oak.

Royal oak Audi is one of the best Audi dealership in Calgary. They provide an exceptional outstanding service. Until now never changed me a single dine. I was there several times to fix my car had an oil change and few recalls. They care for your car and money as well and gives you a great service.

From start to finish Cory, Scott and Ahmed have all been amazing. We picked up our Audi Q3 Quattro S line last night and they made everything seemless. We love our new car. Not to mention the service you receive is bar none. No pressure just help from start to finish. I have never bought a brand new car only used and Cory helped us through every step of the way. The paperwork was all laid out for us and went so smooth. Scott was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. To end our night Ahmed took us through the entire car inside and out to detail everything the car does. We spent about an hour an a half there and by the time we left it was a lot of information but we were excited and not overwhelmed. Truly an amazing experience and we are so happy we went with Royal Oak Audi. Thank you all for such an amazing experience.

Amazing service! Our appointment was for 10: 30 but we drove up from Lethbridge and dropped it off at 8: 00 as we had other appointments. Their wonderful Uber driver Adnan (?) gave us a lift to our destination. We got a text from them shortly after 10: 30 that our vehicle was ready! They were so busy that morning that we thought we'd see our car late in the afternoon. Incredible service, wonderful staff. Thanks!

We recently went to Royal Oak Audi to purchase a new vehicle and had a couple of trade ins as well. Our overall experience was amazing as they were reasonable and very easy to deal with. The whole financing process went very smoothly and they kept us updated along the way while giving us a fair price for our trade ins. Having been to many dealerships in the past, I must acknowledge that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend Royal Oak Audi! This dealership is a joke. The worst service department I have every dealt with. Just got my winter tires changed. My appointment was at 9am. They close by 1pm. 4 hours to change tires on rims? !? At 1pm they still haven't called. They don't text till 2: 30pm. No apologies, no reasons. Waste of my time. Like I don't have things to do on a Sat? I will no longer deal with this dealership.

I recently picked up a 2021 Audi S5! This is the third Audi I have purchased from Royal Oak and the experience was amazing, Kim Van Dyck was my sales person and she was awesome. Listened to what I wanted and acted quickly to make it happen. It starts with a great sales person and Kim does not disappoint!

A very knowledgeable and comprehensive team. Most staff have been there for years and they highly value their work and their clients. Often the word "Family" is used by the staff to express their work environment, and they truly make you feel part of it.

Respect, honesty, friendliness and a deep understanding of the Audi product are all included in the Royal Oak experience.

Horrible after sales service from both dealer and Audi Canada. Purchased a 90K lemon. Dealership neglects to take responsibility and offer any help. Brush me off to deal with Audi Canada directly. Audi has been investigating for 6months now with no end in sight. I'm left with a defective EV for 3 more years. I will not recommend this dealership or Audi.
