Today I had appointment with Chris to check my Subaru factory starter. He was able to reset my original and I don’t have to buy new one.
He didn’t charge me for this.

Chris can meet your needs for any sound product, camera, or whatever gizmo for your car, truck or RV. What I like is Chris’ ability to think outside the box, to come up with a work-around that will solve my particular issue. Recently, he did it again, finding a wiring issue that the big dealers had missed. Thanks Chris!

Chris repaired a Navigation and Radio problem that has been an issue for the past 18 months on our Honda Accord Crosstour. He was professional and provided timely updates during the repair process. He also replaced the defective car starter. Chris is a very knowledgeable and experienced technician and I highly recommend.

Chris was awesome. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He fixed my 2008 GMC 2500HD because the power windows and stereo stopped working. Also got me a remote for the starter because my old fobs were busted. He sent me updates and photos and talked to me about options to fix things based on how much money I wanted to spend. When I picked up the truck, he fixed the fobs for my car too! I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle to Audio Obsession and I will be back again if I ever have any issues in the future!

Was looking for some speakers for a home project was way more then helpful hard to find incredible service like I had when I visited audio obsessions will 100 percent be going there from now on for all my stereo needs!

Programmed my remote start, tuned my sound system, and diagnosed an issue with a door speaker all free of charge. They are super passionate and knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have been waiting for a call back on my appointment I had booked on Thanksgiving. The worker never showed up I sat and waited for 3 hrs. This appointment was to fix what the installer of my car starter didnt finish. And now I cant get a hold on anyone there to get my 2 way remote installed that was paid for that I didnt get the first appointment. Seriously unprofessional company!

Chris is a gem.
He very capably re-wired my car radio that hadn't been working for the past 2 years.
He also recently fixed my car starter that stopped working after my windshield was replaced.
I would definitely recommend Chris and Audio Obsession!

Another RAVE - I had a remote starter installed a few years ago by Audio Obsession Sound. It stopped working recently and I was stressed out since I’m high maintenance like that. Was anxious about having to actually walk out to my vehicle in the winter and start it like back in the olden days

Not going to lie, he’s not the easiest person to get ahold of, but definitely worth the wait.
