Audiology First

Went with my husband to have his hearing tested here. The audiologist was thorough and easy to work with. Did a great job. He made custom fitted ear plugs that my husband loves. Two thumbs up.

I was really pleased when I bought my hearing aid from them in 2020. Nice, clean office. Wonderful administrative staff.
I’ve always gotten great service up until this month. Both practitioners I seemed annoyed that I wanted a new rechargeable battery. (I was paying for it out of pocket so I didn’t understand)
Really unfortunate.
For my next purchase I’ll be seeking the expertise of someone who takes time to answer my questions and is eager to help.

Awesome place! The staff were so great to deal with, getting me booked in for an urgent need appointment even though they are booked solid. Dr Glen was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional and understanding. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Audiology First! I have dealt with both Glen and Joe. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I really appreciate their ‘No pressure’ approach to purchasing hearing aids ~ they advised hearing aids that were appropriate for my needs and didn’t try to upsell me on fancy ones. Both Glen and Joe are very kind, considerate and patient when it comes to answering questions.

I went to this place for over 5 years. I had no problems wit them when I had my fonac hearing aids.
They push oticon. I switched to oticon 1 1/2 years ago.
Nothing but problems with them! Feedback, chirping!
The technician tried to fix the numerous times! He could not fix them! Either th aides are that bad or the technician is.
I'm done with them. They promise an lie right to your face!

Glenn is an incredible Audiologist and I noticed a discernible difference between his service and clinic in comparison to another one in Lethbridge that I had been to previously. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and I felt like he truly wanted to help me in comparison to selling me something. Recommended!

First time to visit the clinic to have my cerumen/ear wax removal and they used a small suction to clean it, I think they call the method as “microsuction”). Ryan was very friendly and approachable, it was just less than 5 minutes and the cleaning was done as I’ve mention to him I felt like having a brand new ear. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
