Fantastic facilities and very professional staff. I came for an ear wax removal and after my checkup they determined my ear issue was not was related, and didn't even charge me for the consultation (a less trustworthy place would have done it regardless for the fee). Very impressed.

I have had great service from Elan at Audiology Innovations over the last 5-6 years! I suffer from full hearing loss in one ear which also then resulted in some loss in the other ear. I came in without fully knowing what I was getting into or what was available to me. I had been to two other places previously, and was still looking for answers and more information. After looking at my previous hearing tests, Elan did some more testing and set me up with the latest technology - so I would be able to function at my workplace. Holy cow - its amazing!
Since then, Elan has been incredibly accommodating and helpful with random adjustments to my hearing aids, as my hearing has steadily changed. Elan is compassionate, flexible, very knowledgeable, and always has a positive outlook.
The staff are so kind and ready to help out with rescheduling and making room for me to come in at short notice. My experience has given me trust in Elan and his team, and I have actually referred a friend to see Elan.

Elan and his staff are excellent audiologists supplying the best in equipment. What sets them apart is their willingness to help clients with any concern they may have. If you are not already a client, this is the audiologist of choice.

I was looking for a clinic that would clean my ears as well as a hearing test. Audiology Innovations does both. Office was clean and bright. Elan Feldman was professional and very easy to talk to. I have felt I should write a note to thank and comment on the service I have had from the Audiology Innovations at the Glenbrook location. This was after my recent visit when I felt moved by the trouble Elan to right what was wrong with my hearing. Let me first say that I am not quite new to the field of medicine having been in it during my earlier days…regarding the caregiver (being the doctor, technician or a nurse) and the care receiver/patient. That said, I need to mention that I have had the hearing problem for over 15 years and have been in many testing booths of some hearing aids providers before coming here. Again, let me emphatically say that to me none of the other providers WOULD COME ANYWHERE CLOSE to care I have had at Audiology Innovations under Elan. I have no doubt that many more clients will agree with me on this.
On my first visit, it was found that the set I have had from another provider needed some work to bring them to some good performance. Elan worked on them to somehow good results while I was looking for a way to finance a good new pair. In the end, the A. Innovations agreed to have me pay by several instalments (great kindness), which I did. Many thanks for that. I have been happy with the pair and mainly due tot the constant care Elan has given to it. Soon I will need to get a new pair and have no doubt Elan will take care of that when that time comes. By reading Dr. Scarff’s various presentations I hear of advancements of hearing aids technology and I am looking forwards to even a better hearing through A. Innovations.

I went to this place on the recommendation of my doctor. After the exam, I was told that my hearing was normal for someone my age and that hearing aids were not recommended. Contrary to the verbal report while I was at this facility, the written report submitted to my doctor totally contradicted what I was told in person. The written report stated that I suffered from significant hearing loss and that hearing aids are recommended for both ears.

I was so shocked to hear my doctor tell me that this place told her that I needed hearing aids in both ears. Please tell the truth to your patients when face to face so they're not shocked when consulting with their physcian.

I have had poor hearing for at least 5 years and did not realize how bad it had become. I was experiencing some feedback from others who were annoyed at having to repeat themselves in conversations. I attended the sessions about hearing loss at our seniors lodge and was given headphones with a microphone and it was like coming out of a cave and seeing light for the first time, except it was my hearing, not my sight. A month later I received demo hearing aids from Audiology Innovations and it was a life changing experience. I can carry on conversations with others which I had been avoiding before. This has been an absolutely incredible experience and I would recommend it to anyone who has decreased hearing. I have received my own hearing aids now and am enjoying every minute with them. They are not in any way annoying once I put them in every morning. I wish I had done it sooner. Thankyou very much for this life changing experience.

We have had nothing but great service from Elan and the Audiology Innovations staff. They really care about my mother's hearing and making sure things are working right. Mom's hearing aid accidentally got crushed few months ago and it was destroyed. AI had it replaced under warranty and no cost to us. Too many other examples of excellent service to mention here. Highly recommend!

Elan checked my rechargeable hearing aid and it needed servicing/replacement.he sent it away and the repaired hearing aid was returned quickly.

Elan was very helpful in assess my hearing and getting me set up with the latest technology. He has also been very helpful and responsive to any questions or issues I've had with the hearing aides over the past couple of years.

Both my husband and I came here for an appointment recently. The clinic staff was very warm in their welcoming of us when
we arrived. The office is bright and pleasant. It is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Keegan was helpful and we felt like he really cared about us, trying not to overwhelm us with all the info we needed to make the most of our hearing aids.

I received prompt service. The intern/practioner was Keegan. He was friendly, yet professional and was able to answer my questions, to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed at my initial appointment or my follow-up appointments. He fitted me with a great set of hearing aides, and can even assist me remotely. He was a very pleasant young man.

The owner, Dr. Carrie Scharf, introduced herself to me, during my visit. She was ready to assist with any questions or concerns, anytime. She is a dedicated and delightful individual.

I appreciate the fact that many of the staff have hearing loss themselves, and have been in my situation. Many much younger than I. Also all the staff appear to be highly educated and knowledgeable. I have met many of the staff, Rebecca the receptionist is friendly and very knowledgable, Eunice is bright and helpful. I do not hesitate giving them 5 stars out of 5.

The office in Mission area is inviting, and fresh feeling.i would highly recommend this clinic for professional attention, without pressure. They truly do want you to hear better.

I made an appointment with Keegan, the Audiology Technician, to review my hearing status and to discuss some concerns. Keegan addressed all my questions and eliminated the hissing sound in one ear. As I had not had a recent audiology assessment, Keegan offered to administer one. After this, he discussed my profile with me and compared this assessment with the previous one in 2017. He checked to see if I had any additional concerns, wanting to ensure my satisfaction with the devices. I found Keegan to be very diligent, thorough and very knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he spent with me. I would gladly recommend Keegan at Audiology Innovations to anyone requiring specialized audiology services.

Excellent staff that cares and goes a step further to emphasize how much their client’s health and well-being means to them. Very professional facility that I would recommend over any other location in the city.

I was recently fitted with hearing aids from Audiology Innovations, Glenbrook Plaza. Not only were the aids themselves immediately helpful in improving my hearing loss but the staff was wonderfully helpful, fitting and explaining their operation and use. Audiology Innovations offer other wireless devices that enhance one's hearing experience, such as a connection to one's iphone and a mini "microphone" to use in group situations or attach to the TV. Keegan and Cindy, a professional "team", are knowledgeable, patient and caring.

Clean, friendly, thorough yet quick. Very comfortable and functional hearing protection available.
